Claims (10)

  1. Ein Etikett (1), das auf Verpackungen und Produkte im Allgemeinen angebracht werden kann und Folgendes umfasst: eine erste Außenseite (2a), die normalerweise Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen trägt und mit einer zweiten, inneren Seite (2b) mit einer vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) eines Produkts, eines Kastens, einer Kiste, einer Verpackung (A) des Produkts im Allgemeinen, verbunden werden kann; - ein Klebematerial, das auf mindestens einen Teil der inneren Seite (2b) aufgetragen und geeignet ist zur lösbaren und wiederholbaren Befestigung der Innenseite (2b) an der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B), derart, dass das partielle Entfernen des Etiketts (1) ermöglicht wird, um weitere Bilder, Symbole und Beschriftung verschiedener Art sichtbar zu machen, die auf der inneren Seite (2b) und der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) angebracht sind, und es anschließend auf der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) neu zu positionieren; und Mittel (4) zur nicht lösbaren Verbindung einer Endlasche (3) des Etiketts (1) mit der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B), um das Etikett (1) nur teilweise zu entfernen und die anschließende korrekte Neupositionierung desselben nach dem partiellen Entfernen zu unterstützen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht lösbaren Verbindungsmittel (4) eine Kerbe (5) umfassen, die auf dem Etikett (1), angrenzend an die Endlasche (3), angebracht ist und eine Diskontinuität entlang dem Profil des Etiketts (1) bildet, - wobei die Kerbe (5) eine solche Form hat, dass die Endlasche (3) U-förmig ist, mit zwei Schenkeln, die parallel zur Abziehrichtung des Etiketts (1) sind, um so den Ablösewiderstand der Endlasche (3) zu erhöhen.
  2. Das Etikett gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Etikett (1) ausgebildet ist, um auf eine Verpackung von der Art angebracht zu werden, die eine erste Klappe (C) umfasst, welche wiederum die vordefinierte Oberfläche (B) umfasst, und mindestens eine zweite Klappe (D), die in der Endkonfiguration für den Gebrauch auf die erste Klappe (C) umgeknickt ist; wobei die Endlasche (3) des Etiketts (1) ausgebildet ist, um mit der ersten Klappe (C) der Verpackung (A) verbunden zu werden, um so eine nicht lösbare Verbindung für die Endlasche (3) zu bilden.
  3. Das Etikett gemäß einem beliebigen der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (4) eine weitere klebende Substanz umfassen, die auf die Endlasche (3) aufgetragen werden kann, wobei die klebende Substanz für die nicht lösbare Befestigung derselben an der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) geeignet ist.
  4. Das Etikett gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es eine Endlippe umfasst, die zumindest reduzierte Haftung an der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) im Vergleich zu derjenigen des übrigen Teils des Etiketts (1) aufweist, um dafür eine Führung zum Zwecke seiner zumindest partiellen Entfernung zu bilden.
  5. Das Etikett gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es im Wesentlichen aus einer Schicht von durchsichtigem Kunststoffmaterial besteht, mit der Innenseite (2b) zum Auftragen des Klebematerials und der Außenseite (2a) zum Auftragen einer ersten Schicht Lack, um Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen zu bilden, die von der Seite gelesen werden können, die der Innenseite (2b) entspricht, einer zweiten Schicht Mattierungslack und einer dritten Schicht Lack, um Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen zu bilden, die von der Seite gelesen werden können, die der Außenseite (2a) entspricht.
  6. Das Etikett gemäß einem oder mehreren der obigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klebematerial zum lösbaren und wiederholbaren Auftragen mindestens eines zweiten Etiketts (1) auf mindestens einen Teil der Außenseite (2a) aufgetragen wird.
  7. Ein Satz von Etiketten, wobei die Etiketten wie in einem beliebigen der obigen Ansprüche ausgeführt sind, jedes Etikett (1) eine erste Außenseite (2a) hat, die normalerweise Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen trägt, und mit einer entsprechenden zweiten, inneren Seite (2b) davon auf ein unteres Etikett (1) und auf eine vordefinierte Oberfläche (B) eines Produkts, eines Kastens, einer Kiste, einer Verpackung (A) des Produkts selbst im Allgemeinen, aufgebracht werden kann, wobei es ein Klebematerial umfasst, das auf mindestens einen Teil jeder Innenseite (2b) aufgetragen wird, wobei das Klebematerial geeignet ist zur lösbaren und wiederholbaren Befestigung der Innenseite (2b) am unteren Etikett (1) und an der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B), um zumindest teilweise jedes der Etiketten (1) zu entfernen und anschließend neu zu positionieren, mindestens eine jeder der Innenseiten (2b).
  8. Ein Verpackungskit, das Folgendes umfasst: mindestens ein Etikett (1) gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-7 und mindestens eine vordefinierte Oberfläche (B), die an einem Produkt, einem Kasten, einem Halter, einer Verpackung (A) im Allgemeinen des Produkts geformt ist, wobei das Etikett (1) eine erste Außenseite (2a) hat, die normalerweise Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen trägt und über eine zweite, innere Seite (2b) davon mit der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) verbunden werden kann, wobei es ein Klebematerial umfasst, das auf mindestens einen Teil der Innenseite (2b) des Etiketts (1) aufgetragen ist, wobei das Klebematerial geeignet ist zur lösbaren und wiederholbaren Befestigung der Innenseite (2b) an der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B), zum zumindest partiellen Entfernen des Etiketts (1) und seiner anschließenden Neupositionierung auf der vordefinierten Oberfläche (B), wobei die Innenseite (2b) und/oder die vordefinierte Oberfläche (B) weitere Bilder, Symbole und Beschriftung verschiedener Art tragen, die durch die zumindest partielle Entfernung des Etiketts (1) sichtbar gemacht werden.
  9. Das Verpackungskit gemäß Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl die Innenseite (2b) als auch die vordefinierte Oberfläche (B) weitere Bilder, Symbole und Beschriftung verschiedener Art tragen, die durch die zumindest partielle Entfernung des Etiketts (1) sichtbar gemacht werden.
  10. Ein Verfahren zur Bereitstellung eines Etiketts gemäß einem beliebigen der Ansprüche 1-7, das weiter folgende Schritte umfasst:
    a. Auftragen, auf die Außenseite (2a) einer Schicht aus durchsichtigem Kunststoffmaterial, einer ersten Schicht Lack zum Bilden von Bildern, Symbolen, Beschriftung und dergleichen, die von der Seite gelesen werden können, die der Innenseite (2b) entspricht;
    b. Auftragen, auf die erste Lackschicht, einer zweiten Schicht von Mattierungslack;
    c. Auftragen, auf die zweite Lackschicht, einer dritten Lackschicht, um Bilder, Symbole, Beschriftung und dergleichen zu bilden, die von der Seite gelesen werden können, die der Außenseite (2a) entspricht;
    d. Auftragen des Klebematerials auf mindestens einen Teil der Innenseite (2b) der Schicht; und
    e. Bereitstellen von Mitteln (4) für die nicht lösbare Verbindung einer Endlasche (3) des Etiketts (1) mit einer vordefinierten Oberfläche (B) eines Produkts, die eine Kerbe (5) umfassen, welche auf dem Etikett (1) angrenzend an die Endlasche (3) angebracht ist und eine Diskontinuität entlang dem Profil des Etiketts (1) bildet, wobei die Kerbe (4) eine solche Form hat, dass die Endlasche (3) U-förmig ist, mit zwei Schenkeln, die parallel zur Abziehrichtung des Etiketts (1) sind, um so den Ablösewiderstand der Endlasche (3) zu erhöhen.
