Claims (15)
- Device for writing, marking and/or painting with a liquid medium,
having a receiving housing (10) having a receiving chamber (11) for the medium,
wherein the receiving chamber (11) has a partition wall (20) having a through-hole (21), which divides the receiving chamber (11) into a storage chamber (11v) and a working chamber (11a),
wherein at least one sealing and/or mixing body (22) is arranged in the storage chamber (11v), said sealing and/or mixing body (22) interacting with a seat (23) formed in the region of the through-hole (21), and/or at least one sealing and/or mixing body (22) is arranged in the working chamber (11a), said sealing and/or mixing body (22) interacting with a seat (23) formed in the region of the through-hole (21),
wherein a valve device (30) is arranged in the working chamber (11a), which has a valve housing (32) having a valve seat (30s) and a valve sealing body (33), loaded via a return spring (34), which interacts with the valve seat (30s) and is mounted moveably in the valve housing (32),
having a writing tip (40), which is able to be connected to the working chamber (11a) by the valve device (30),
characterised in that,
at least one passage (20k) is arranged in the seat (23) that is arranged in the region of the through-hole (21), said passage (20k) also allowing an exchange of air and/or medium between storage chamber (11v) and working chamber (11a), occurring through the passage (20k) for the sealing and/or mixing body (22) supported on the seat (23). - Device according to claim 1,
characterised in that,
the sealing and/or mixing body (22) interacts with the at least one passage (20k) in such a way that the exchange of air and/or medium is reduced for the sealing and/or mixing body (22) supported on the seat (23). - Device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the at least one passage (20k) is formed as an upwardly open groove in the seat surface of the seat (23). - Device according to claim 3,
characterised in that,
the groove is covered at least in sections by the sealing and/or mixing body (22), if it is supported on the seat (23). - Device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
several passages (20k) are arranged in a distributed manner over the periphery of the seat (23) around the through-hole (21). - Device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the seat (23) is formed on an outer surface of a substantially annular body, which is inserted into the through-hole (21), and that the at least one passage (20k) is formed in this body. - Device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the seat (23) has a substantially conical and/or stepped seat surface and the at least one passage (20k) or the passages (20k)in the seat surface is or are directed radially towards the through-hole (21). - Device according to one of the preceding claims,
characterised in that,
the valve sealing body (33) is formed as a ram. - Device according to claim 8,
characterised in that,
the ram (33) engages with the through-hole (21) of the partition wall (20) with its end (33f) that is at a distance from the valve seat (23) and/or is formed to reach through the through-hole (21) of the partition wall (20) and therein to interact with the sealing and/or mixing body (22). - Device according to one of claims 8 or 9,
characterised in that,
a sealing element (20fh) is provided in the region of the through-hole (21) formed in the partition wall (20), said sealing element (20fh) being able to be moved away and/or destroyed by the end of the ram (33) that is at a distance to the valve seat (30s) by displacement of the ram (33) before the first use of the device. - Device according to claim 10,
characterised in that,
the sealing element is formed as a film skin (20fh) that is able to be broken through by the end of the ram (33). - Device according to claim 11,
characterised in that,
the film skin (20fh) is arranged on the side of the partition wall (20) facing towards the working chamber (11a). - Device according to one of claims 8 to 12,
characterised in that,
the ram (33) has a sealing section that interacts with the valve seat (30s). - Device according to one of claims 8 to 13,
characterised in that,
the ram (33) has a guide section (33f) which engages with the guide hole (32f) of the valve housing (32). - Device according to claim 14,
characterised in that,
the ram (33) has a stop section which interacts with the guide hole (32f).
