Die bisher bekannten Magazinhalter zur lösbaren Halterung eines Patronenmagazins in einem Griffstück einer Handfeuerwaffe weisen üblicherweise ein einseitig oder beidseitig bedienbares Betätigungselement und einen mittels eines Federelements beaufschlagten Verriegelungsmechanismus auf, durch den das Patronenmagazin innerhalb eines Magazinschachts fixiert oder zum Wechsel des Patronenmagazins freigegeben werden kann. Bei bekannten Magazinhaltern dienen die Federelemente nur zur Zurückstellung des Verriegelungsmechanismus nach der Betätigung. Der erfindungsgemäße Magazinhalter enthält ein durch zwei an beiden Seiten des Griffstücks vorstehende Bedienelemente quer zum Griffstück verschiebbares Betätigungselement und ein Federelement, das nicht nur zur Rückstellung des Betätigungselements in eine Mittelstellung dient, sondern auch ein oder mehrere Rastelemente zum verrastenden Eingriff in Arretiernuten des Patronenmagazins aufweist. Das als Rückstellfeder wirkende Federelement übernimmt gleichzeitig die Rastfunktion für die lösbare Halterung des Patronenmagazins im Griffstück, wodurch die Anzahl der erforderlichen Teile reduziert und der Fertigungs- bzw. - Magazine holder (3) for releasable holding of a cartridge magazine (2) in a handle (1) of a hand fire arm, with an actuating element (12) which is displaceable transversely to the handle (1) by two operating elements (13) projecting on both sides of the handle (1), and with a spring element (11) for returning the actuating element (12) to a middle position, characterised in that the spring element (11) comprises one or more detent elements (16) for locking engagement in locking grooves (27) of the cartridge magazine (2).
- Magazine holder according to claim 1, characterised in that the detent elements (16) are embodied as detent edges on two curved holding limbs (15) of the spring element.
- Magazine holder according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the actuating element (12) comprises openings (22) for engagement of the detent elements (16) of the spring element (11).
- Magazine holder according to claim 3, characterised in that inner and outer edges (28, 29) are provided in the openings (22) of the actuating element (12) for moving the holding limbs (15) into an unlocking position.
- Magazine holder according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the actuating element (12) is displaceable transversely in a through opening (8) of the handle (1) and connected releasably with the operating elements (13).
- Magazine holder according to claim 5, characterised in that the operating elements (13) are connected releasably with the actuating element (12) by means of detent projections (25) engaging in openings (20) in the actuating element (12).
- Magazine holder according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that the spring element (11) exhibits a central holding part (14) for fastening on a holding projection (9) of the handle (1).
- Magazine holder according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that on the inside the operating element (13) comprises a recess (23) with a slot (24) for receiving an end projection (19) of the actuating element (12).
- Magazine holder according to one of claims 1 to 8, characterised in that the spring element (11) and the actuating element (12) is a punched bending part.
- Magazine holder according to one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that the operating elements (13) are made of plastic.
