Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Steuern einer Reinigungsvorrichtung. Derartige Reinigungsvorrichtungen und Verfahren werden allgemein eingesetzt, um Reinigungsgut zu reinigen. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei im Rahmen der vorliegenden Erfindung auf der Reinigung von Geschirr wie beispielsweise Tellern, Tassen, Gläsern, Besteck, Schalen, Schüsseln, Tabletts oder anderen Arten von Reinigungsgut, welches direkt oder indirekt mit Speisen oder Getränken in Berührung kommt oder für die Zubereitung oder Darreichung von Speisen oder Getränken einsetzbar ist. Die Reinigungsvorrichtung kann dementsprechend insbesondere als Transportgeschirrspülmaschine ausgestaltet sein, insbesondere als Korbtransport- oder Bandtransport-Geschirrspülmaschine. Die Vorrichtung weist eine Erfassungseinrichtung auf, welche bei Betätigung einen ankommenden Geschirrkorb erkennt und jeweils eine Reinigungszone aktiviert, in welcher sich der Geschirrkorb befindet. Wenn die Erfassungseinrichtung während einer Motorumdrehung mehr als einmal betätigt wird, so werden sämtliche Reinigungszonen aktiviert.

Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the control instruction comprises one or more of the following control instructions: switching off the transportation apparatus (118); starting the transportation apparatus (118); changing a transportation speed of the transportation apparatus (118); actuating a pump (140, 148, 158) for conveying the at least one cleaning fluid, in particular switching on or switching off the pump (140, 148, 158); actuating at least one fan (170, 174), in particular switching on or switching off the fan (170, 174); reversing a transportation direction (130).
  4. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the cleaning apparatus (110) has at least one cleaning tunnel (116) and at least one inlet (124), wherein the at least one cleaning zone (126) is accommodated in the cleaning tunnel (116), wherein the washware (120) enters the cleaning tunnel (116) at the inlet (124), wherein the at least one sensor (182) is arranged at the inlet (124).
  5. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to the preceding claim, wherein the sensor (182) at the inlet (124) can be operated by a user from both sides of the transportation apparatus (118).
  6. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the two preceding claims, wherein the sensor (182) at least partially spans at least an inlet opening (123) of the inlet (124).
  7. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the sensor (182) comprises a movable trim part of the cleaning apparatus (110), in particular a trim part above an inlet opening (123) of the cleaning apparatus (110), in particular a foldable strip, a foldable plate or a foldable clip.
  8. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the sensor (182) comprises at least one height sensor (180) for detecting an excess height of the washware (120) and/or at least one width sensor for detecting an excess width of the washware (120).
  9. Cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein the sensor (182) comprises at least one of the following sensors (182) : an optical sensor, in particular a light barrier; a mechanical sensor (182), in particular a cable sensor, a switch, in particular a pressure switch and/or a rocker switch, a pivotable clip, a foldable switching strip.
  10. Method for controlling a cleaning apparatus (110) according to one of the preceding claims, wherein at least one sensor (182) is used for identifying the washware (120), wherein the sensor (182) is accessible to a user of the cleaning apparatus (110) from the outside, and wherein the sensor (182) is additionally used to transmit control instructions from a user to a control system (178) of the cleaning apparatus (110), characterized in that the sensor (182) is operated by the user in at least one type of operation which differs from an operation of the sensor (182) by the washware (120), and wherein the control system (178) is designed to interpret this operation as a control instruction.
