Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de régulation sans contact de l'épaisseur d'une couche de préparation appliquée sur un fil et un montage pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé, permettant à la fois de surveiller et éventuellement de commander l'application de préparation en direct et en continu pendant le processus de production de filage de fil continu au niveau de chaque filière, et de rééquiper des machines textiles pré-existantes. A cet effet, l'effet du champ est déterminé directement, sans détour lié à sa compensation, par l'intermédiaire de son influence électrostatique, une tension électrique proportionnelle à l'influence électrostatique est produite en fonction de ladite influence, et cette tension électrique est évaluée quant à son intensité et ses variations. L'invention concerne également un procédé de régulation sans contact de l'épaisseur d'une couche de préparation appliquée sur un fil et un montage pour mettre en oeuvre le procédé.
