    où l'élément protubérant (50) est formé et arrangé de sorte que, lorsque l'élément protubérant (50) tourne dans l'espace d'accueil (36), il pousse contre la première paroi (30) ou la seconde paroi (32) dans l'espace d'accueil (36), l'élément de guidage (14) est réglé de manière latérale par rapport au deuxième élément coulissant (12), et les protubérances (56) penchent contre le deuxième panneau (20) du premier élément coulissant (10) pour positionner la base de réglage (42).
