Claims (18)

  1. Paquet à ouverture facile (100) formé à partir d'un stratifié thermoplastique pelable (300) ayant un premier bord latéral (300a) et un second bord latéral opposé (300b) ; ledit paquet comprenant :
    une couture longitudinale (101) qui raccorde ledit premier bord latéral dudit stratifié audit second bord latéral opposé dudit stratifié et qui définit un élément tubulaire (200) ayant une première extrémité (200a) et une seconde extrémité opposée (200b), ainsi qu'une surface interne et une surface externe ; dans lequel ladite couture longitudinale comprend une partie thermoscellée (102) possédant une résistance de scellement prédéterminée et une partie non thermoscellée (103) adjacente et parallèle à ladite partie thermoscellée ; ladite partie non thermoscellée comprenant une pluralité d'encoches de déchirure (104) ;
    une fermeture supérieure (105) formée près de ladite première extrémité d'élément ;
    une fermeture inférieure (106) formée près de ladite seconde extrémité d'élément ; et
    ledit paquet étant adapté pour s'ouvrir par pelage pour exposer un produit (108) enfermé dans celui-ci en déchirant manuellement ladite partie non thermoscellée entre deux encoches de déchirure et en entraînant la formation d'une bandelette amovible (107) dans ledit paquet d'une largeur définie par des bords latéraux sensiblement parallèles s'étendant perpendiculairement à ladite couture longitudinale et d'une longueur définie par au moins une partie de la circonférence dudit paquet ;
    dans lequel ledit stratifié thermoplastique pelable comprend :
    un premier substrat multicouches non orienté (400) présentant un thermorétrécissement d'entre 0 et 10 % à 102 °C et comprenant une première couche (401) de polyéthylène et une seconde couche (402) d'un mélange de copolymère d'éthylène/acétate de vinyle et de polybutène ; ladite première couche dudit premier substrat étant une couche externe et constituant au moins 25% en poids dudit stratifié ;
    un second substrat multicouches non orienté (600) présentant une valeur de thermorétrécissement d'entre 0 et 10 % à 102°C et comprenant une première couche (601) de polyéthylène,
    une couche adhésive (500) de polyéthylène ou de polyuréthane à base de solvant joignant ladite première couche dudit premier substrat à ladite première couche dudit second substrat ; et ledit stratifié comportant un système pelable adapté pour se séparer à l'intérieur de ladite seconde couche dudit premier substrat par une force d'entre 60 et 2500 grammes-force/pouce.
  2. Paquet selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit second substrat multicouche non orienté (600) comprend une première couche (601) de polyéthylène.
  3. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite couche adhésive (500) est un adhésif de polyuréthane polyéther à base de solvant.
  4. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit stratifié pelable (300) a une valeur de Résistance à la Pénétration à Vitesse Lente supérieure à 11 Newtons.
  5. Paquet selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ledit stratifié pelable (300) a une valeur de Résistance à la Pénétration à Vitesse Lente supérieure à 14 Newtons.
  6. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites premières couches (401, 601) ont une énergie de surface d'au moins 36 dynes/cm2.
  7. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ladite première couche (601) dudit second substrat (600) constitue au moins 30% en poids dudit stratifié.
  8. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel ledit second substrat comporte en outre :
    une deuxième couche (603) de polyamide ;
    une troisième couche (604) d'alcool d'ethylène/vinyle ; et
    une quatrième couche (605) de polyamide.
  9. Paquet selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel lesdites premières couches (401, 601) ont une énergie de surface d'au moins 36 dynes/cm2.
  10. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit stratifié (300) a une résistance à la déchirure de moins de 400 grammes-force dans un sens perpendiculaire à ladite couture longitudinale.
  11. Paquet selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit stratifié (300) a une résistance à la déchirure de moins de 200 grammes-force dans un sens perpendiculaire à ladite couture longitudinale.
  12. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit sens perpendiculaire à ladite couture longitudinale (101) est le sens transversal dudit stratifié.
  13. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite force de fermeture de ladite partie thermoscellée (102) est comprise entre 60 et 2500 grammes-force/pouce.
  14. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie thermoscellée (102) forme une fermeture chevauchante.
  15. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie thermoscellée (102) forme une fermeture chair sur chair.
  16. Paquet selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdites fermetures supérieure et inférieure (105, 106) sont formées en sertissant ensemble lesdites surfaces d'élément internes.
