Claims (8)
- Outil à moteur avec un mode marteau perforateur comprenant une chaîne cinématique d'entrée (2) et une chaîne cinématique de sortie (6) qui comprend une douille de perçage (10) et un mécanisme de frappe (88), dans lequel la douille de perçage (10) est montée sur palier radial par rapport à un carter de machine (33) pour tourner autour de son axe longitudinal et est en outre appuyée axialement, au moins par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de roulement (42), pour recevoir des forces axiales transmises par l'intermédiaire de l'outil, caractérisé en ce que la douille de perçage (10) est tenue dans le carter de machine (33), sur chacun des deux côtés axiaux, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément amortisseur souple élastiquement déformable à action axiale (34, 36).
- Outil selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les éléments amortisseurs (34, 36) exercent une précontrainte l'un en sens inverse de l'autre sur la douille de perçage (10), de sorte que cette dernière est tenue sans jeu axial par rapport au carter de machine (33).
- Outil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément amortisseur (34) éloigné de l'outil est prévu sur le côté du dispositif de roulement (42) qui est éloigné de la douille de perçage (10).
- Outil selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément amortisseur (34) éloigné de l'outil est prévu adjacent à un collet de butée axiale d'une douille de palier (46) solidaire du carter, et appuyé contre ce collet.
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'un et/ou l'autre des éléments amortisseurs (34, 36) est ou sont prévu(s) entre deux épaulements (38; 48, 50) dirigés axialement l'un vers l'autre, qui sont formés dans le carter de machine (33) et radialement à l'extérieur sur la douille de perçage (10).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément amortisseur (36) dirigé vers l'outil est logé entre deux éléments d'appui (52, 54) en forme de disque annulaire qui, de leur côté, prennent appui contre des épaulements (48, 50) dirigés axialement l'un vers l'autre qui sont formés dans le carter de machine (33) et radialement à l'extérieur sur la douille de perçage (10).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments amortisseurs (34, 36) sont réalisés en forme de disques annulaires et entourent concentriquement la douille de perçage (10).
- Outil selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les éléments amortisseurs (34, 36) sont réalisés en une matière plastique élastomère.
