Claims (8)

  1. Audio-Buchse für einen Audio-Stecker zur Verwendung in einer elektrischen Vorrichtung, die aufweist:
    eine nicht-leitende Umhüllung (200), die eine Vorderseite hat und einen Hohlraum (202) mit einer Öffnung (204) in der Vorderseite definiert zum Aufnehmen des Audio-Steckers, wobei die Öffnung (204) einen ersten Durchmesser hat, wobei sich der Hohlraum (202) entlang einer Längsachse (230) erstreckt;
    eine leitende Abschirmung (100), die aus Metallblech gebildet wird, das über zumindest fünf Seiten der Umhüllung (200) gefaltet ist, einschließlich der Vorderseite, wobei die Abschirmung (100) eine Abschirmungsöffnung (114) definiert, die auf der Umhüllungsöffnung (204) zentriert ist und einen zweiten Durchmesser hat, der größer als der erste Durchmesser ist;
    einen Massekontakt (112), der mit der leitenden Abschirmung (100) verbunden ist und einen Massefederkontakt (112) hat extern zu der nichtleitenden Umhüllung und gespannt, um eine Masseebene auf einer Leiterplatte zu kontaktieren;
    einen oder mehrere Hohlraumkontakte (210, 212), der/die sich in dem Hohlraum befindet/befinden, um in elektrische Verbindung mit einer oder mehreren leitenden Oberflächen eines eingeführten Audio-Steckers zu kommen;
    einen oder mehrere Feder-PCB-Kontakte (218, 220, 222, 224, 226), die gespannt sind zum Kontaktieren und elektrischen Verbinden mit Leitungen der Leiterplatte, wobei jeder PCB-Kontakt in elektrischer Verbindung mit einem oder mehreren der Hohlraumkontakte ist; und
    ein nicht-leitendes Stopelement (208), das sich von einer Oberfläche der Umhüllung (200) gegenüberliegend zu den Federkontakten durch eine Öffnung in der Abschirmung (100) erstreckt, wobei sich das nicht-leitende Stopelement (208) im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Längsachse (230) des Hohlraums (202) erstreckt und ausgebildet ist, an einer komplementären Oberfläche (304) anzugrenzen, wodurch es Kräfte auf die Audio-Buchse entlang der Längsachse (230) an die komplementäre Oberfläche (304) überträgt.
  2. Audio-Buchse gemäß Anspruch 1, wobei der Massekontakt (112) mit der leitenden Abschirmung (100) in der Nähe der Abschirmungsöffnung (114) verbunden ist.
  3. Elektronische Vorrichtung (300) mit der Audio-Buchse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, die ein starres nicht-leitendes Gehäuse (306) aufweist, das eine Gehäuseöffnung (308) definiert, zentriert auf der Umhüllungsöffnung und mit einem Durchmesser, der geringer ist als der zweite Durchmesser.
  4. Elektronische Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 3, wobei der Durchmesser der Gehäuseöffnung (308) im Wesentlichen gleich ist zu dem ersten Durchmesser.
  5. Elektronische Vorrichtung (300) gemäß Anspruch 3 oder 4, die weiter aufweist:
    ein Audioteilsystem mit einem linken Stereolautsprechersignalausgang, einem rechten Stereolautsprechersignalausgang, einem Mikrofonsignaleingang und einer Audiomasse; und
    wobei die Leiterplatte (302) eine linke Stereolautsprecherleitung in Verbindung mit dem linken Stereolautsprechersignalausgang des Audioteilsystems hat, eine rechte Stereolautsprecherleitung in Verbindung mit dem rechten Stereolautsprechersignalausgang des Audioteilsystems, eine Mikrofonleitung in Verbindung mit dem Mikrofonsignaleingang des Audioteilsystems, und eine Audiomasseleitung in Verbindung mit der Audiomasse,
    wobei die linke Stereolautsprecherleitung, die rechte Stereolautsprecherleitung, die Mikrofonleitung und die Audiomasseleitung derart positioniert sind, dass jede in Kontakt kommt mit einem oder mehreren der PCB-Kontakte der Audio-Buchse, wenn die Audio-Buchse auf der Leiterplatte (302) befestigt ist.
  6. Elektronische Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 5, wobei die Hohlraumkontakte der Audio-Buchse aufweisen:
    einen Mikrofon-Hohlraumkontakt in Verbindung mit einem PCB-Kontakt, positioniert, um mit der Mikrofonleitung der Leiterplatte (302) zu kommunizieren;
    einen "rechter Lautsprecher"- Hohlraumkontakt in Verbindung mit einem PCB-Kontakt, positioniert, um mit der rechten Lautsprecherleitung der Leiterplatte (302) zu kommunizieren;
    einen "linker Lautsprecher"- Hohlraumkontakt in Verbindung mit einem PCB-Kontakt, positioniert, um mit der linken Lautsprecherleitung der Leiterplatte (302) zu kommunizieren; und
    einen Audiomasse-Hohlraumkontakt in Verbindung mit einem PCB-Kontakt, positioniert, um mit der Audiomasseleitung der Leiterplatte (302) zu kommunizieren.
  7. Elektronische Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 6, wobei der Mikrofon-Hohlraumkontakt, der Audiomasse-Hohlraumkontakt, der "rechter Lautsprecher"- Hohlraumkontakt und der "linker Lautsprecher"-Hohlraumkontakt in Reihe von der Umhüllungsöffnung (114) zu dem distalen Ende des Hohlraums (202) angeordnet sind.
  8. Elektronische Vorrichtung (300) mit der Audio-Buchse gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, die aufweist:
    ein starres nicht-leitendes Gehäuse (306), das eine Gehäuseöffnung (308) definiert, zentriert auf der Umhüllungsöffnung (114) und mit einem Durchmesser, der geringer ist als der zweite Durchmesser; und
    eine stoppende Oberfläche (304), die platziert ist, um an das nicht-leitende Stopelement (208) anzugrenzen und dieses zu komplementieren und eine Kraft auf die Audio-Buchse entlang der Längsachse (230) zu absorbieren.
