Claims (15)

  1. Flasche (1) zur Aufnahme von injizierbaren Fluiden, insbesondere medizinischen, pharmazeutischen, kosmetischen Produkten oder dergleichen, mit:
    mindestens einem Behälter (2) zur Aufnahme eines injizierbaren Fluids (3), der mindestens eine zugangsöffnung (7) besitzt,
    mindestens einem Verschlusselement (8), das mindestens teilweise in die Zugangsöffnung (7) eingeschoben ist, und das mindestens einen Bereich aus durchlässigem Material besitzt, durch den ein Abzugselement hindurchgehen kann, um das injizierbare Fluid abzuziehen, und
    mindestens ein Schutzstopfen (10) zum Schutz des Verschlusselementes (8), der seinerseits folgendes aufweist:
    mindestens eine Kappe (11), die derart angebracht werden kann, dass sie das Verschlusselement (8) zumindest teilweise abdeckt, und die mindestens eine Öffnung (12) für den Zugang zu dem Bereich (9) besitzt, und
    mindestens eine Abdeckung (16), die mit der Kappe (11) durch Einfügen von Drehelementen (17) um eine Drehachse herum verbunden ist, und die mindestens ein Schließelement (18) hält, das in der Öffnung (12) dicht verschlossen angebracht werden kann, wobei die Flasche (1) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass
    der Stopfen (10) zweite manipulationssichere bzw. entnahmesichere Abdichtelemente (25, 26) besitzt, die zwischen der Abdeckung (16) und dem Schließelement (18) des Stopfens (10) eingeschoben sind.
  2. Flasche (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehelemente (17) im Wesentlichen am äußeren Umfang der Kappe (11) angeordnet sind.
  3. Flasche (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehelemente mindestens eine erste Falzlinie (17) mit abgeschwächtem Abschnitt bzw. Sollbruchstelle aufweisen.
  4. Flasche (1) nach einem mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (18) mindestens einen Hauptteil mit einer Form in Ergänzung zu der Öffnung (12) besitzt.
  5. Flasche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stopfen (10) weiterhin erste manipulationssichere bzw. entnahmesichere Abdichtelemente (19, 20, 21) besitzt, die zwischen der Abdeckung (16) und der Kappe (11) eingeschoben sind, und die mindestens ein vorstehendes Element (19) aufweisen, das durch Einfügen erster zerreißbarer Halteelemente (20) mit einer Abdeckung (16) und einer Kappe (11) verbunden ist, und mindestens einen Haltesitz (21), der sich an der anderen Kappe (11) und an der anderen Abdeckung (16) befindet, und in den das vorstehende Element (19) eingesteckt werden kann.
  6. Flasche nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das vorstehende Element (19) mit einer Klappe (22) der Abdeckung (16) verbunden ist.
  7. Flasche nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klappe (22) mit dem Rest der Abdeckung (16) entlang einer Falzlinie (23) mit abgeschwächtem Abschnitt bzw. Sollbruchstelle verbunden ist.
  8. Flasche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten zerreißbaren Halteelemente (20) mindestens eine Verbindungsbrücke mit Sollbruchstelle aufweisen.
  9. Flasche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten manipulationssicheren bzw. entnahmesicheren Abdichtelemente (25, 26) zweite zerreißbare Halteelemente (25) aufweisen, die zwischen der Abdeckung (16) und dem Schließelement (18) eingeschoben sind.
  10. Flasche nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten zerreißbaren Halteelemente (25) mindestens eine Verbindungsbrücke mit Sollbruchstelle aufweisen.
  11. Flasche nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweiten manipulationssicheren bzw. entnahmesicheren Abdichtelemente (25, 26) mindestens einen Auflagerand (26) besitzen, der zwischen der Abdeckung (16) und dem Schließelement (18) eingeschoben ist, und der geeignet ist, die Abdeckung (16) und das Schließelement (18) beim Aufbrechen des zweiten zerreißbare Halteelementes (25) zusammenzuhalten.
  12. Flasche (1) nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (11) mindestens ein Innengewinde (14) aufweist, das durch Aufschrauben auf den Behälter (2) an der Zugangsöffnung (7) in Eingriff gebracht werden kann.
  13. Flasche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie dritte manipulationssichere bzw. entnahmesichere Abdichtelemente (27, 28, 29) besitzt, die zwischen der Kappe (11) und dem Behälter (2) eingeschoben sind, und mindestens einen Dichtungsring (27) besitzen, der durch Einschieben eines dritten manipulationssicheren bzw. entnahmesicheren Abdichtelementes (28) mit der Basis der Kappe (11) verbunden ist, und durch Einstecken in eine Haltekante (29) an dem Behälter (2) koppelbar ist.
  14. Flasche nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das dritte manipulationssichere bzw. entnahmesichere Abdichtelement (28) mindestens eine Verbindungsbrücke mit Sollbruchstelle besitzt.
  15. Flasche nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Schließelement (18) und die Abdeckung (16) starr und stabil miteinander verbunden sind.
