Claims (15)
- Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] zum Einsatz in einem Schuh mit einer Schuhsohle [200], einer medialen und einer lateralen Seite, einem Rückfußbereich [224], und einem Fußgewölbebereich [226], wobei die Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] umfasst: ein erstes Ende [202] zur Befestigung im Rückfußbereich [224]; ein zweites Ende [203] zur Befestigung im Fußgewölbebereich [226]; einen zwischen dem ersten Ende [202] und dem zweiten Ende [203] positionierten länglichen Abschnitt [204], welcher angepasst ist, sich entlang einer Peripherie der Schuhsohle [200] vom Rückfußbereich [224] bis in den Fußgewölbereich [227] hinein zu erstrecken; einen einen unteren Abschnitt [207] umfassenden Seitenabschnitt [205], der angepasst ist, sich ausgehend von dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] in Richtung einer Bodenberührungsfläche [210] des Schuhs und sich ausgehend vom Rückfußbereich [224] bis in den Fußgewölbebereich [227] hinein zu erstrecken, wobei sich der Seitenwandabschnitt [205] quer ausgehend von dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] erstreckt, angepasst ist einen Abschnitt einer peripheren Wand [209] des Schuhs lediglich auf der medialen und/oder der lateralen Seite zu bilden, und der Seitenwandabschnitt [205] eine Steife aufweist, die kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] variiert; und einen unteren Verlängerungsabschnitt [208], der sich quer ausgehend von einem Ende des unteren Abschnitts [207] weg von dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] erstreckt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steife des Seitenwandabschnitts [205] kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] abnimmt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Steife des Seitenwandabschnitts [205] kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] zunimmt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der aus dem Seitenwandabschnitt [205] und dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] gebildete Querschnittsbereich kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] variiert.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei der Querschnittsbereich kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] abnimmt oder vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] zunimmt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Steife des länglichen Abschnitts [204] kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] variiert.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei eine Steife des länglichen Abschnitts [204] kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] abnimmt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, wobei eine Steife des länglichen Abschnitts [204] kontinuierlich vom ersten Ende [202] bis zum zweiten Ende [203] zunimmt.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] angepasst ist sich im Rückfußbereich [226], ausgehend von der medialen und/oder lateralen Seite, über 20% bis 35% der Breite des Schuhs zu erstrecken.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der längliche Abschnitt [204] eine Oberfläche hat, die angepasst ist, eine mit einer oberen Fläche [212] der Schuhsohle [200] des Schuhs bündige Lage einzunehmen.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] einstückig aus einem thermoplastischen Material, wahlweise aus einem im Einspritzverfahren hergestellten thermoplastischen Material, hergestellt ist.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] angepasst ist, entlang der medialen Seite des Schuhs oder entlang der lateralen Seite des Schuhs positioniert zu werden.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] weiterhin einen verlängerten Absatzabschnitt [213] aufweist, welcher umfasst: einen verlängerten länglichen Abschnitt [214], der einstückig mit dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] verbunden ist; und einen verlängerten Seitenwandabschnitt [215], der einstückig mit dem Seitenwandabschnitt [205] verbunden ist, wobei der verlängerte Seitenwandabschnitt [215] eine Steife aufweist, die kontinuierlich variiert; wobei der verlängerte Absatzabschnitt [213] angepasst ist, sich ausgehend von der einen medialen bzw. lateralen Seite um den Absatz oder das Endes des Schuhs herum bis zu der anderen medialen bzw. lateralen Seite des Schuhs zu erstrecken.
- Stabilisiervorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, wobei die Steife mindestens des verlängerten Seitenwandabschnitts [215] und/oder des verlängerten länglichen Abschnitts [214] kontinuierlich entlang der medialen und lateralen Seite bis zu der Rückseite des verlängerten Absatzschnitts [213] zunimmt oder kontinuierlich entlang der medialen und lateralen Seite bis zur Rückseite des verlängerten Absatzabschnitts [213] abnimmt.
- Schuh, umfassend ein Oberteil, eine Schuhsohle [200], eine mediale und eine laterale Seite, einen Rückfußbereich [224], einen Fußgewölbebereich [226], und eine entlang der medialen Seite und/oder der lateralen Seite positionierte Stabilisiervorrichtung [201] nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, so dass:das erste Ende [202] im Rückfußbereich [224] des Schuhs befestigt ist;das zweite Ende [203] im Fußgewölbebereich [226] des Schuhs befestigt ist;der längliche Abschnitt [204] sich entlang einer Peripherie der Schuhsohle [200] von dem Rückfußbereich [224] bis in den Gewölbebereich [226] hinein erstreckt; undder Seitenwandabschnitt [205] sich von dem Rückfußbereich [224] bis in den Fußgewölbebereich [226] hinein erstreckt, sich quer ausgehend von dem länglichen Abschnitt [204] erstreckt und einen Abschnitt einer peripheren Wand [209] des Schuhs auf der medialen und/oder lateralen Seite bildet.
