Description

The invention relates to a transport carrier with a variable storage volume for goods.

The goods are in particular goods of office communication technology such as printers, copiers and the like.

The invention relates in particular to reusable transport carriers, that is to say so-called circulation pallets.

The technical problem underlying the invention is to provide a transport carrier, which is very easy to use and beyond flat collapsible and stackable in the unused state and in addition has no loose or during proper use detachable parts.

This technical problem is solved by a transport carrier with the features of claim 1.

According to a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention, two pivotable, the storage space volume laterally limiting side parts are provided. The side parts are advantageously fixed to the vertically arranged ramp. The two side parts are advantageously arranged opposite to the transport carrier. There is also the possibility that the two side parts are arranged side by side and thus a side part of the ramp opposite. The ramp forms a first lateral boundary of the storage volume and the two side parts form a second and a third lateral boundary of the storage space volume.

The fact that the storage volume can be limited by at least one pivotable side part and its size is variable, on the one hand for ease of handling, since the at least one side part is pivoted only in the storage space volume. Due to the pivoting the side parts are movably arranged on the transport carrier, without having to be solved for changing the storage space volume or for folding the transport carrier.

The fixation of the goods is done according to an advantageous embodiment of the invention via at least one strap.

The ramp is pivotally mounted to the base of the transport carrier so that the ramp can be arranged in a ramp position such that the product can be pushed or rolled onto the pallet.

The at least one side part is also advantageously arranged pivotably on the base of the transport carrier.

The pivotable arrangement of the ramp and the at least one side part ensures that no loose parts of the transport carrier are present. All parts of the transport carrier are fixed or fixed to the transport carrier.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the invention, the at least one side part is arranged in an open position at an angle of at least 90 ° to the base. If the product is fixed with stretch film, it is also advantageous if the pivotable side part is shorter than the product itself, since in this case the stretch film also applies to the goods and fixes them.

If the side parts are shorter than the goods arranged on the transport carrier, then it is possible to fix the goods with the at least one tension belt in such a way that the goods are pressed against the folded-up ramp.

In principle, there is also the possibility that at least one pivotable, the storage space volume laterally limiting side part is provided and additionally at least one fixed, the storage space volume laterally limiting side part.

The pivoting side parts are pivoted into the storage space volume after loading the transport carrier with the goods, such that the at least one side part rests against the goods. Advantageously, the at least one side part is positively against the goods, so that movement of the goods on the transport carrier after fixing with the at least one strap is avoided.

To be able to load the transport carrier in a simple manner, the ramp advantageously has a width which corresponds to the width of the transport carrier.

So that the at least one side part does not damage the goods, a pivotable end strip is advantageously arranged on the at least one side part.

The pivotable end strip is designed such that it is always arranged in a vertical position during pivoting of the side part in the storage volume. As a result, the pivotal end strip sets form-fitting to the goods, if the product has smooth side walls and the side wall of the goods is aligned parallel to an upper end edge of the side part of the transport carrier. In this case, the pivoting end strip is also aligned parallel to the side surface of the goods and is applied to the goods. As a result, the forces acting on the goods from the end bar forces are distributed over a larger area, and it is a damage of the goods avoided.

According to a further advantageous embodiment, as already stated, at least one tension belt is provided for enclosing the ramp of the at least one side part and the goods.

The tension belt fixes the goods and exerts a force in the direction of the ramp.

The tension belt is advantageously arranged on the ramp, so that the tensile force of the tension belt acts in the direction of the ramp.

The tension belt is advantageously arranged in a guide on the side facing away from the storage space volume of the ramp. Advantageously, a cover plate is provided on the side facing away from the storage space volume of the ramp. The tension belt is guided between ramp and cover plate. This ensures that the strap between the ramp and cover plate is movable so that it can be pulled through the space between the ramp and cover plate and passed through. For this reason, it is advantageous to protect the strap with a cover plate.

At the same time, the cover sheet serves to prevent the tension belt from being stolen, since the tension belt with a metal buckle at one end and a second thickened end can not be completely pulled through the space between the cover plate and the ramp.

This also ensures that the belt is not unintentionally detached from the ramp and thus exists as a single part.

The guidance of the tensioning belt under the cover plate on the ramp additionally serves for occupational safety, as no one can get caught on the tensioning belt.

On the at least one side part is advantageously arranged in each case at least one engaging through a recess in the ramp ramp.

The end plate of the base is advantageously formed over the entire surface. This avoids that the goods canted in the arrangement on the transport carrier. Moreover, dirt can not settle in grooves and the like.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the side parts, the ramp, the end plate and / or the bottom plate of the transport carrier are formed as MDF boards.

The damping layer is advantageously formed from at least one elastomer. This is a material that is well suited for damping and is also inexpensive.

According to a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, at least one end plate with an open edge in the loading direction is arranged on the ramp. Claims (18)

1.
