Claims (6)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un boulon à broche ou d'ancrage (110 ; 210) s'étendant dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) comportant les étapes comprenant le fait de :a) fournir une pièce à usiner solide (10a) constituée d'un matériau approprié et présentant une longueur appropriée dans la direction longitudinale et une largeur/un diamètre approprié(e) dans la direction transversale ;
dans lequel la longueur suivant la direction longitudinale de la pièce à usiner solide (10a) initiale est inférieure à la longueur dans la direction longitudinale du boulon à broche ou d'ancrage fini ;c) comprimer la pièce à usiner solide (10b) à l'intérieur d'un second moule (20c) associé à un second poinçon (30c) avec formation d'une pièce à usiner (10c) présentant une longueur dans la direction longitudinale étirée à la dimension finale souhaitée et dotée d'une cavité longitudinale interne (11 c) présentant une profondeur finale appropriée ;e) comprimer dans la direction transverse la pièce à usiner (10d) à l'intérieur d'un quatrième moule (20e) avec un étirement orienté longitudinalement et une fermeture partielle de la cavité interne longitudinale avec formation d'une pièce à usiner (10e) qui présente une partie supérieure cylindrique (10f1) fermée au diamètre final souhaité, un épaulement de raccordement conique creux (13e) présentant la dimension finale et une partie centrale cylindrique creuse (10f2) d'un diamètre plus grand que celui de la partie supérieure cylindrique (10f1) et présentant la dimension finale. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape c) est précédée d'une étape de pré-formage qui envisage de :b) enfermer la pièce à usiner solide (10a) à l'intérieur d'un premier moule (20b) avec compression de la pièce à usiner solide et une insertion simultanée dans la direction longitudinale (X-X) d'un premier poinçon (30b) d'une longueur appropriée dans la direction axiale et une compression simultanée et une mise en forme de la partie inférieure (12b) du boulon à broche ou d'ancrage de façon à préparer celui-ci à l'étape c) suivante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étape e) est précédée d'une étape de pré-formage qui envisage de :d) comprimer la partie creuse de la pièce à usiner (10c) en laissant le second moule (20c) à l'intérieur d'un troisième moule (20d) de façon à former une pièce à usiner (10d), dont la partie supérieure présente un diamètre plus petit, un épaulement conique creux (13d) raccordant ensemble la partie supérieure cylindrique creuse (10d1) de diamètre plus petit et une partie centrale cylindrique creuse (10d2) de diamètre supérieur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape supplémentaire impliquant de :g) laminer le boulon à broche ou d'ancrage de façon à produire une tige inférieure filetée (112 ; 212).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une étape supplémentaire impliquant de :f) poinçonner l'extrémité supérieure suivant une direction coaxiale afin de former une tête (14f) avec une embase incrustée appropriée pour être rendue opérationnelle au moyen d'un outil.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les étapes de formage sont des étapes de formage à froid.
