Description
The present invention relates to a hinged footmuff for a stroller and a stroller with a hinged footmuff.

The present invention therefore an object of the invention to provide a footmuff and equipped with a footmuff pram according to the
By pressing the first and second sections of the first zipper, an area is created on the front wall of the footmuff that can be completely folded up or down, thereby releasing the inside of the footmuff. This results in a particularly undisturbed loading and unloading process, even if this hinged area of the footmuff is not attached to a bracket or safety bar and can be folded together with this. For even without being attached to such a hinged bracket, this hinged area of the footmuff can be completely turned over. There is no risk of folding back and thus not the need to simultaneously hold the area of the footmuff open by pressing the zipper against the automatic folding back during loading and unloading at the same time.
The footmuff according to the invention may in one embodiment have a sack bottom and then has only one access to the interior of the sack with the sack opening. This bag bottom can also be designed as a reversibly removable bottom, for example, by using a circumferential zipper, also called second zipper. In a further embodiment, the footmuff according to the invention can also be present without a bag bottom. In the place of the bag floor occurs in this case another opening. In particular, for use in warmer climates or even in warmer weather, it may be advantageous if the footmuff next to the bag opening also has a bottom opening.
The first tear, Velcro, (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschluss is an integral part of the bag wall in the context of the present invention, when the bag wall can be separated or opened by pressing the zipper, so that there is a passage to the bag interior. This applies equally to the second Velcro and (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschluss. The footmuff has a back and a front wall. Especially in the unfolded or extended state, the front wall can rest on the rear wall. The opposing longitudinal sides or longitudinal outer sides of the footmuff thereby form first and second transitions from the front wall to the rear wall. Halving this distance from the first to the second transition leads to the middle of the front wall of the footmuff. The first portion of the first tear, Velcro, (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschlusses lies beyond this center of the footbag or the front wall of the footmuff in the direction of the first transition.
In a preferred embodiment, it is provided that the first section of the first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschlusses extends adjacent to the rear wall or along or spaced from the first transition from the front wall to the rear wall and that the second portion of the tear , Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschlusses extends to the opposite second transition from front wall to rear wall. The first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschluss is preferably at least partially directly in the transition from the front to the rear wall, for example, as part of the seam of the front and rear wall. In a further embodiment, the first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschluss be slightly spaced from this mounted on the front wall. Suitably, average spacings of the first portion of this transition are in the range of 0.5 cm to 10 cm. The length of the first portion from the footmuff opening to the transition to the second portion is generally dependent on the length of the footmuff and is usually in the range of 30 cm to 150 cm.
The second section preferably extends to or nearly to the second transition from the front wall to the rear wall or ends shortly before on the front wall. The second section of the first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Kopfverschlusses extends particularly preferably to the opposite transition from the front wall to the rear wall. If this transition represents a seam between the front and rear wall, the end of the second section is preferably incorporated in this seam. The first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfverschluss has in one embodiment over a substantially L-shaped basic shape, wherein the transition region of the two legs is advantageously designed rounded. The normals of the first and second sections preferably form an angle α in the range of 70 to 100 °. In a preferred embodiment, the transition region from first to second section is curved. A further development of the footmuff according to the invention provides that the first section of the tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschlusses in the direction of the foot-bag opening, in particular to an increasing extent, further spaced from the first transition from the front wall to the rear wall than the section adjoining this section in the direction of the bag bottom or the second section, of the first section of the first tear, hook and loop fastener. or (pressure) button latch.
The footmuff further comprises on the outside or as part of the front wall of the footmuff on this side of the second portion of the first tear, Velcro or (pressure) -Knopfleistenverschlusses towards the bag opening at least one fastening device for attachment to a, in particular hinged, strap a stroller , By attaching a fastening device, for example in the form of loops, straps, Velcro fasteners or snaps, the hinged on actuation of the first zipper portion of the bag front wall can be attached to a hinged bracket of a stroller. The fastening device or devices are preferably mounted on the hinged portion of the footmuff at a height on which straps of stroller can usually be located.
With the footmuff according to the invention, it is possible to expose a large section of the front wall of a footmuff in a very user-friendly and simple manner in order to introduce a child or toddler into this footmuff without difficulty. Although the effective length of the first tear, hook-and-loop or button closure may be considerable, its handling is made extremely light and complication-free by the presence of two portions at an angle to each other.
The object underlying the invention is further achieved by a stroller, comprising a) a stroller frame with a first frame frame side and an opposite second frame frame side, comprising a reversible hinged bracket, in particular safety bar, with a first and a second, the first end portion opposite second end portion extending from the first frame frame side to an opposing second frame side, wherein the first and / or the second end portion is reversibly releasably attachable to the stroller frame and wherein the first and / or second end portion comprises a hinge or hinge represents or in this opens, wherein at least one end portion is reversibly detachable and the remaining end portion comprises a hinge or hinge, represents or opens into this, and b) a footmuff according to the invention which has on the outside or as part of the front wall of the footmuff on this side of the second portion in the direction of the sack opening at least one fastening device for attachment to a, in particular hinged, bracket of a stroller, wherein the fastening device can be fastened or attached to the hinged bracket is. The fastening device or devices are preferably mounted at a height such that, when present in a stroller, they can readily be attached to the strap or foldable strap thereof.
