Abstract

Verfahren zur Synchronisierung mehrerer Einzelantriebe auf eine gemeinsame Antriebs-Position, insbesondere eingesetzt in einer Druckmaschine mit Falzwerk mit wenigstens einem Falz-Einzelantrieb, wobei die Einzelantriebe über wenigstens ein Positions-, Geschwindigkeits- und/oder Beschleunigungsinformationen vermittelndes Bus- oder sonstiges Kommunikationssystem zu einem positionssynchronen Antriebsverbund zusammen gefasst werden, welcher von einer Leitachssteuerung mit einem Leitachs-Bewegungsprofil gespeist wird, wobei von einem einzeln angetriebenen Referenzantrieb, beispielsweise der Falz-Einzelantrieb, Informationen für die gemeinsame Position abgeleitet werden, mit folgenden Schritten:
- als Referenzantrieb wird ein Einzelantrieb des Antriebsverbunds ausgewählt,
- und bei einer Vorgabe des Leitachs-Bewegungsprofils an den Antriebsverbund wird ein Versatz der Lage beziehungsweise Position des Referenzantriebs zum Leitachs-Bewegungsprofil berücksichtigt.
