Claims (13)

le dispositif d'aspiration (8) étant disposé dans la région d'un doigt d'entrée (24) de l'entrée de tubes (2),

dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (8) est conçu pour aspirer de l'air provenant d'un secteur angulaire des segments de filtre prévu pour le cordon. - Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (8) est disposé dans la région de l'entrée de tubes (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel on déploie une force d'aspiration du dispositif d'aspiration (8) permettant d'aspirer des particules de charbon adhérant en particulier aux segments de filtre (3) et/ou à la bande de matériau de gainage (5).

dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (8) coopère avec un canal d'aspiration (14) formé au moins sur une face du doigt d'entrée (24) opposée à la surface de guidage (29), présentant de préférence une section transversale aussi réduite que possible, plus préférablement fermée en amont. - Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le dispositif d'aspiration (8) présente un tube d'aspiration (12) débouchant dans le canal d'aspiration (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel le tube d'aspiration (12) est disposé en formant un angle aigu en aval entre une direction de transport (22) du doigt d'entrée (24) et une direction de transport (22) du tube d'aspiration (12), de préférence compris entre 30 et 60 degrés, plus préférablement entre 45 et 60 degrés,
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la courbure de surface des segments de filtre à guider est convexe et/ou la surface de guidage (29) est concave.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'évidement (32) a une profondeur maximale, au niveau de la tête (26) de l'évidement (32), vu de préférence dans la direction de transport, d'environ 1 à 4 mm et/ou une longueur d'environ 0,5 à 2 cm.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel l'évidement (32) présente une profondeur variable, de préférence une profondeur variable allant en diminuant vers l'aval, de préférence de manière continue.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel l'évidement (32) est situé dans la région du dispositif d'aspiration (8), de préférence en dessous.
- Procédé pour former un tube de filtre de l'industrie de transformation du tabac à partir de segments de filtre (3), en particulier pour former un tube multifiltres à partir de segments de filtre (3) présentant au moins en partie des particules de filtres à charbon et/ou du granulat, comprenant les étapes suivantes :- les segments de filtre sont amenés à une unité de formation de tubes (4) via une entrée de tubes (2),- les segments de filtre sont enveloppés d'une bande de matériau de gainage dans l'unité de formation de tubes (4),- la bande de matériau de gainage est fermée,caractérisé en ce qu'avant une fermeture de la bande de matériau de gainage (5), on procède à une aspiration d'air provenant du milieu environnant les segments de filtre,
