Claims (14)
- Method of producing packaging containers (1) from single-layered or multi-layered film which can be sealed or welded at least by means of a layer situated on an inner side and which is folded together into a tubular form from flat film and is formed into a tube by a longitudinal seam (2) between the longitudinal edges (9, 10, 17, 18) which are placed together, which tube is first closed at the bottom end by a transversely directed bottom seam (3) to give an open packaging container and is cut free behind the bottom seam (3) and which tube is also closed at the top end by a further, transversely directed, head seam (4), at least a portion or portions of the longitudinal seam (2) taking the form of a sealed seam able to be pulled open by hand, characterised in that, at at least one of the longitudinal edges, in the region of the longitudinal seam (2) to be made, the film is pre-treated in a strip or strips with a release lacquer or by corona treatment to reduce the peel strength.
- Method of producing packaging containers (1) from single-layered or multi-layered film which can be sealed or welded at least by means of a layer situated on an inner side and which is folded together into a tubular form from flat film and is formed into a tube by a longitudinal seam (2) between the longitudinal edges (9, 10, 17, 18) which are placed together, which tube is first closed at the bottom end by a transversely directed bottom seam (3) to give an open packaging container and is cut free behind the bottom seam (3) and which tube is also closed at the top end by a further, transversely directed, head seam (4), at least a portion or portions of the longitudinal seam (2) taking the form of a seam able to be pulled open by hand, characterised in that the longitudinal seam takes the form of an adhesive-bonded seam (13, 16) having an adhesive (14, 19) applied to at least one of the longitudinal edges (9, 18) of the flat film.
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the longitudinal seam (2) is made in edges (9, 10) of the film which are placed flat on top of one another with an inner side on an outer side.
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the longitudinal seam (2) is applied as a fin seam (16, 23) between two edges (17, 18) of the film whose inner sides are placed against one another, and is positioned flat against one of the adjoining edge regions (17) of the film as a fin-seam strip.
- Method according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the film, in the form of a continuous tube, is wound into a transportable and storable reel before the bottom and head seams are applied.
- Method according to claim 5, characterised in that, before being wound, the film in tube form is put into a gusseted form in which the side gussets already assume the form of side gussets for the packaging containers to be produced.
- Method according to claim 5 or 6, characterised in that the film in tube form is provided at a point or points with a region for gripping (12, 22) at least one of the longitudinal edges which projects beyond the longitudinal seam.
- Method according to claim 7, characterised in that the region for gripping takes the form of a continuous projecting strip for gripping (12, 22)
- Method according to claim 7 or 8, characterised in that the region for gripping (12, 22) is formed at a longitudinal edge (10, 18) which is situated at the top.
- Film tube for producing packaging containers by the FFS (form, fill and seal) process, having a longitudinal seam (2) which connects two edge regions (9, 10, 17, 18) of a single-layered or multi-layered flat film which are placed together to form a tube, the film being sealable or weldable at least by a layer which is situated on the inside in the film tube, characterised in that the longitudinal seam (2) takes the form of a sealed seam able to be pulled open by hand, the film being pre-treated, at at least one of the longitudinal edges, in the region of the longitudinal seam (2), in a strip or strips with a release lacquer or by corona treatment to reduce the peel strength.
- Film tube for producing packaging containers by the FFS (form, fill and seal) process, having a longitudinal seam (2) which connects two edge regions (9, 10, 17, 18) of a single-layered or multi-layered flat film which are placed together to form a tube, the film being sealable or weldable at least by a layer which is situated on the inside in the film tube and the longitudinal seam taking the form of a seam which can be pulled open by hand, characterised in that the longitudinal seam (2) takes the form of an adhesive-bonded seam (13, 16).
- Film tube according to claim 10 or 11, characterised in that the film is provided at least at a point or points with a region for gripping (12, 22) which projects beyond the longitudinal seam (2).
- Packaging container (1) made from single-layered or multi-layered film which is sealed or weldable at least by means of a layer situated on an inner side and which is folded together into a tubular form from flat film and is formed into a tube by a longitudinal seam (2) between the longitudinal edges (9, 10, 17, 18) which are placed together, which tube is closed at the bottom end by a transversely directed bottom seam (3) and is also closed at the top end by a further, transversely directed, head seam (4), at least a portion or portions of the longitudinal seam (2) taking the form of a sealed seam able to be pulled open by hand, characterised in that, to reduce the peel strength, the longitudinal seam extends onto a strip which has been pre-treated with a release lacquer or by corona treatment.
- Packaging container (1) made from single-layered or multi-layered film which is sealed or weldable at least by means of a layer situated on an inner side and which is folded together into a tubular form from flat film and is formed into a tube by a longitudinal seam (2) between the longitudinal edges (9, 10, 17, 18) which are placed together, which tube is closed at the bottom end by a transversely directed bottom seam (3) and is also closed at the top end by a further, transversely directed, head seam (4), at least a portion or portions of the longitudinal seam (2) taking the form of a seam able to be pulled open by hand, characterised in that the longitudinal seam takes the form of an adhesive-bonded seam (13, 16) whose adhesive (14, 19) is applied to at least one of the longitudinal edges (9, 18) of the flat film.
