Claims (8)
- Bauelementanordnung, umfassend zwei Profile oder Profilgruppen (100a und 100b), die zu Rahmen gehören oder nicht, und die ineinander durch Ineinanderfügen gemäß einer Achse, die quer zu ihrer Längsachse verläuft, befestigt werden,
und wenigstens eine Dichtung (200), die mit den zwei Profilen in Kontakt ist,
wobei die zwei Profile oder Profilgruppen (100a und 100b) Seiten (110a und 110b) aufweisen, die im Wesentlichen gegenüberliegen, von wo Vorsprünge zum anderen Profil vorragen, die zur Befestigungs- und Dichtungsfunktion beitragen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
ein erstes Profil (100b) einen Vorsprung (120b) aufweist, an dessen distalem Ende eine Befestigungsrille (121b) für die Dichtung (200) vorgeformt ist,
das zweite Profil (100a) einen Vorsprung (120a) aufweist, dessen distales Ende (121a) ein abgerundetes Profil annimmt,
die Dichtung (200) die zwei Profile (100a und 100b) im Wesentlichen über ihre gesamte Länge verbindet,
wobei die Dichtung (200) an einem Ende mit einem Fuß (210) ausgestattet ist, der in der Rille (121b) befestigt wird, und an einem anderen Ende mit einer abgerundeten Form (220), die mit dem distalen Ende (121a) des Vorsprungs (120a) des zweiten Profils (100a) zusammenwirkt, so dass eine lineare, ringförmige Verbindung gebildet wird. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abmessungen der Dichtung (200) und des Abstands, der die zwei distalen Enden (121a und 121b) trennt, die zur Verbindung der Dichtung (200) zwischen den zwei Profilen (100a und 100b) beitragen, so definiert sind, dass die Dichtung (200) in Kompression gehalten wird.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper der Dichtung (200) einen Hohlleiter (130) annimmt, der zwischen seinem Ende, das mit dem Fuß (210) ausgestattet ist, und seinem abgerundeten Ende (220) in Fächer geteilt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Elastizität des Körpers die Ausdehnung und die Kompression der Dichtung (200) gemäß der Entfernung oder der Annäherung der distalen Enden (121a und 121b) zulässt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Körper der Dichtung (200) Außenwände annimmt, die durch Kanten (231) verbunden sind, die Faltlinien bilden.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die abgerundete Form des distalen Endes (121a) des zweiten Vorsprungs (120a) eine Mitte annimmt, die im Wesentlichen in der Symmetrieebene angeordnet ist, die die zwei Profile (100a und 100b) trennt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Vorsprünge (120a und 120b) eine gleiche Symmetrieebene annehmen, die in Bezug auf die Längsachsen der Profile (100a und 100b) quer verläuft.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Profile (100a und 100b) auf deren gegenüberliegenden Seiten (110a und 110b) mit identischen, symmetrischen Rillen (130a und 130b) vorgeformt sind, die weitere identische, symmetrische Dichtungen (300a und 300b) aufnehmen, die ein flaches, zu den Seiten (110a und 110b) im Wesentlichen paralleles Profil aufweisen und von denen eine erste Seite mit einem oder mehreren Füßen (310a und 310b) ausgestattet ist, um in den Rillen (130a und 130b) befestigt zu werden, und deren andere Seite mit ebenen Vorsprüngen (320a und 320b) ausgestattet ist, die senkrecht zum flachen Profil verlaufen und in einer gleichen quer verlaufenden Ebene mit den ebenen Vorsprüngen der anderen Dichtung kollidieren, so dass ein Teil der Oberfläche des ebenen Vorsprungs einer ersten Dichtung mit der Oberfläche des ebenen Vorsprungs der anderen Dichtung in Kontakt ist.
