Claims (11)
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) comprenant :un arbre d'essieu (22) définissant un axe de rotation, ledit arbre d'essieu (22) comportant une extrémité intérieure (44) et une extrémité extérieure (46) ;un ensemble formant engrenage planétaire (30) comprenant un planétaire (50) entraîné par ledit arbre d'essieu (22), une pluralité de satellites (52) engrenés avec ledit planétaire (50), une couronne non rotative (54) engrenée avec ladite pluralité de satellites (52), et un croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) supportant lesdits satellites (52), ledit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) produisant une sortie d'entraînement afin de faire tourner un composant de roue ; etun élément de support en rotation (64) positionné radialement entre ladite extrémité extérieure (46) dudit arbre d'essieu (22) et ledit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) de façon à permettre une rotation relative entre ledit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) et ladite extrémité extérieure (46) dudit arbre d'essieu (22),ledit élément de support en rotation comprenant un roulement ou un coussinet ; etune chemise d'arbre (98) entourant ledit arbre d'essieu (22), ladite chemise d'arbre (98) comportant une extrémité de chemise intérieure (100) et une extrémité de chemise extérieure (102), ladite extrémité extérieure (46) dudit arbre d'essieu (22) s'étendant du côté extérieur de ladite extrémité de chemise extérieure (102) de ladite chemise d'arbre (98), et ladite chemise d'arbre (98) étant fixée à des fins de rotation avec ledit arbre d'essieu (22) autour dudit axe de rotation, et ledit planétaire (50) étant fixé à des fins de rotation avec ladite chemise d'arbre (98), et ladite extrémité extérieure dudit arbre d'essieu (22) s'étendant extérieurement à ladite chemise d'arbre (98) et dans un orifice (60) formé dans une face d'extrémité intérieure (62) dudit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) ; etcaractérisé en ce que ledit planétaire (50) et ladite chemise d'arbre (98) sont des composants distincts qui sont fixés l'un à l'autre, et en ce que ledit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue comprend en outre un frein à disques humide (38) logé à l'intérieur d'une partie d'extrémité intérieure (90) d'un carter (34), et le frein à disques humide comprend un carter d'actionneur (91), un carter de frein (92), une pluralité de disques stationnaires (94) qui sont fixés au carter de frein et une pluralité de disques rotatifs (96) qui sont fixés à des fins de rotation avec l'arbre d'essieu (22).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56) comprend un orifice (60) qui reçoit ladite extrémité extérieure (46) dudit arbre d'essieu (22), et dans lequel ledit élément de support en rotation (64) est positionné à l'intérieur dudit orifice (60) à un emplacement qui se trouve radialement entre une surface extérieure dudit arbre d'essieu (22) et une surface intérieure dudit orifice (60).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 2, dans lequel une surface extérieure (66) dudit élément de support en rotation (64) interagit directement avec ladite surface intérieure dudit orifice (60) et dans lequel une surface intérieure (68) dudit élément de support en rotation (64) interagit directement avec ladite surface extérieure dudit arbre d'essieu (22).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel ledit arbre d'essieu (22) comprend une première butée (104) destinée à interagir avec une face d'extrémité intérieure de ladite chemise d'arbre (98) et une seconde butée (106) destinée à interagir avec une face d'extrémité extérieure de ladite chemise d'arbre (98) de façon à empêcher un déplacement axial relatif entre ladite chemise d'arbre (98) et ledit arbre d'essieu (22).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite première butée (104) comprend une partie élargie formant épaulement formée autour d'une circonférence extérieure dudit arbre d'essieu (22) .
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 4 ou la revendication 5, dans lequel ladite seconde butée (106) comprend un segment d'arrêt.
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel ladite chemise d'arbre (98) et ledit élément de support en rotation (64) sont espacés axialement l'un de l'autre dans une direction s'étendant le long dudit axe de rotation.
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le frein à disques humide (38) comprend un actionneur qui exerce une force axiale de façon à déplacer lesdits disques rotatifs (96) et lesdits disques stationnaires (94) de sorte qu'ils interagissent les uns avec les autres.
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel ledit actionneur comprend un piston (108).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel ledit carter (34) renferme ledit frein à disques humide (38) et ledit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire (30), de préférence dans lequel ledit frein à disques humide (38) est positionné axialement intérieurement par rapport audit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire (30).
- Ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue (30) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit carter (34) renferme ledit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire (30), et dans lequel ledit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire de roue comprend en outre un arbre de sortie (40) fixé audit croisillon d'engrenage planétaire (56), et un ensemble formant palier de roue (82) installé entre ledit arbre de sortie (40) et ledit carter (34), de préférence dans lequel ledit ensemble formant palier de roue (82) est positionné essentiellement du côté extérieur dudit ensemble formant engrenage planétaire (30).
