Claims (11)
- Household appliance, in particular a dishwasher, comprising at least one container (3) for receiving goods to be treated, particularly dishes, comprising a container opening that can be closed by an appliance door (1), associated at least in sections with stiffening means for increasing the rigidity of the container (3) in the region of the container opening, said means comprising at least one centring element (37) by which the appliance door (1) can be aligned to the container opening when the appliance door (1) is closed, characterised in that the stiffening means and the at least one centring element (37) are made of a uniform material and/or embodied in one piece as a plastic profile part, particularly in a plastic injection moulding process.
- Household appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that, in the closed position, the appliance door (1) is located between at least two opposite sections of the stiffening means arranged on the container opening.
- Household appliance according to claim 2, characterised in that the stiffening means are embodied as frame parts (7) at least partly surrounding the container opening.
- Household appliance according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the at least one centring element (37) defines a gap dimension (a) between the appliance door and the stiffening means.
- Household appliance according to claim 3 or 4, characterised in that, in its closed position, the appliance door (1) is submerged between delimiting sides (19) of the frame parts (7) assigned to each other until it makes sealing contact with the sealing element (25).
- Household appliance according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that the centring element (37) is elongated in a depth direction (x) in the form of a strip.
- Household appliance according to one of claims 3 to 6, characterised in that the delimiting side (19) of each of the frame parts (7) extends up to a step (33) on which the sealing element (25) sits.
- Household appliance according to one of claims 3 to 7, characterised in that the centring element (37) is a protrusion projecting from the frame part (7) which is preferably elongated in a depth direction (x) of the household appliance.
- Household appliance according to one of claims 3 to 8, characterised in that the centring element (37) extends up to a section projecting from the delimiting side (19) of the frame part (7), such as the step (33).
- Household appliance according to one of the previous claims, characterised in that stiffening means comprise a rigid basic body (24) which encloses the loading opening, and a connecting flange (34) which is connected to the container (3).
- Household appliance according to claim 10, characterised in that the centring element (37) is arranged on the basic body (24).
