dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Herstellung des Flügels (1) folgende Verfahrensschritte durchlaufen werden: Aufbringen einer Primärdichtung (9) an den Außenflächen mindestens zweier Aufnahmeprofile (6, 7), Aufbringen der mit der Primärdichtung (9) versehenen Aufnahmeprofile (6, 7) auf entsprechende Gegenflächen, z.B. auf einen Profilsteg (8d) des Trage- und/oder Randabschlussprofils (8), Aufbringen der Scheiben (2, 3) auf die äußeren, ebenfalls mit der Primärdichtung (9) versehenen Flächen der Aufnahmeprofile (6, 7), Verpressen der Scheiben (2, 3) mit den dazwischenliegenden Aufnahmeprofilen (6, 7) und dem Trage- und/oder Randabschlussprofil (8), Einbringen eines für die endgültige Verklebung (10) vorgesehenen Klebstoffs in die zwischen den Außenflächen der Profilschenkel (8a, 8b) des Trage- und/oder Randabschlussprofils (8) und den Innenflächen der Scheiben (2, 3) bestehenden Zwischenräume (11).
