Description

    Technical Field
  • The present invention relates to a landing doorway device for an elevator, and more particularly, to an improvement of heat resistance thereof.
  • Background Art
  • A conventional landing door device for an elevator includes a heat-insulating material provided on a surface of a door panel on a hoistway side (for example, see Patent Document 1).
  • Patent Document 1: JP 2002-514701 A
  • US 20050133313 A1 discloses an elevator shaft door frame which incorporates a control arrangement for an elevator installation including a control unit.
  • EP 1857400 A1 discloses a jamb for an elevator which has a back board fixed to an edge of a landing doorway, and a front board mounted on the back board in a removable manner.
  • Disclosure of the Invention Problem to Be Solved by the Invention
  • In a conventional elevator, however, not only the door panel but also a landing doorway frame face a landing and a hoistway. Therefore, when the landing doorway frame is heated due to a fire, the landing doorway frame has an elevated temperature. As a result, there is a fear in that a device present in the hoistway may take fire due to the elevated temperature.
  • The present invention has been made to solve the problem described above, and has an object to provide a landing doorway device for an elevator, which can more reliably prevent heat generated in a landing from being transferred to the interior of a hoistway.
  • Means for Solving the Problem
  • A landing doorway device for an elevator according to the present invention includes: a tubular vertical frame provided to a side portion of a landing doorway, the tubular vertical frame including a landing doorway-facing portion facing the landing doorway and a hoistway-facing portion facing an interior of a hoistway; and a vertical frame heat-insulating material provided to the hoistway-facing portion, for preventing heat conducted from the landing doorway-facing portion to the hoistway-facing portion from being transferred to the interior of the hoistway.

  • Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention are described referring to the drawings.
  • First Embodiment
  • FIG. 1 is a front view of a landing doorway device for an elevator according to a first embodiment of the present invention. In the drawing, a landing doorway 1 is provided to an elevator landing. A landing doorway frame 2 is provided to a right portion, a left portion, and a top portion of the landing doorway 1. The landing doorway frame 2 includes: a door-stop side vertical frame 3; a door-pocket side vertical frame 4; and an upper frame 5. The landing doorway 1 is opened and closed by a first landing door (high-speed door) 6 and a second landing door (low-speed door) 7.
  • FIG. 2 is a sectional view, taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view illustrating a principal part of FIG. 2 in an enlarged manner. The first landing door 6 includes: a first door panel 8; a first doorheat-insulatingmaterial 9 provided on the hoistway side of the first door panel 8; and a first shield plate 10 having an L-shaped cross section, which is fixed to an end portion of the first door panel 8 on the door pocket side. The first shield plate 10 is provided so as to be continuous along a vertical direction and shields a clearance between the first landing door and the second landing door 7 when the landing doors are fully closed.
  • The second landing door 7 includes: a second door panel 11; a second door heat-insulating material 12 provided on the hoistway side of the second door panel 11; and a second shield plate 13 having an L-shaped cross section, which is fixed to an end portion of the second door panel 11 on the door pocket side. The second shield plate 13 is provided so as to be continuous along the vertical direction and shields a clearance between the second landing door and the door-pocket side vertical frame 4 when the landing doors are fully closed.
  • A door concave portion (groove) 11a, into which a distal end portion of the first shield plate 10 is inserted when the landing doors are fully closed, is provided along the vertical direction to an end portion of the second door panel 11, which is opposite to the door pocket side. A vertical-frame concave portion (groove) 4a, into which a distal end portion of the second shield plate 13 is inserted when the landing doors are fully closed, is provided to the door-pocket side vertical frame 4 along the vertical direction.
  • Each of the door-stop side vertical frame 3 and the door-pocket side vertical frame 4 has a tubular shape. A first fireproof material 14a is inserted partially into an internal space of an end portion of the door-stop side vertical frame 3, the end portion being on the landing side. A second fireproof material 14b is inserted partially into an internal space of an end portion of the door-pocket side vertical frame 4, the end portion being on the landing side. As each of the first fireproof material 14a and the second fireproof material 14b, rock wool is used, for example. Moreover, a door bumper rubber 15, against which the end portion of the first landing door 6 on the side opposite to the door pocket abuts when the landing doors are fully closed, is fixed to the door-stop side vertical frame 3.
  • The door-stop side vertical frame 3 includes a vertical frame main body 16 and a.closure plate 17 fixed to the vertical frame main body 16 with a screw or a rivet. An opening 16a which is continuous along the vertical direction is provided to a portion of the vertical frame main body 16, the portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway 1. The closure plate 17 is fixed to the vertical frame main body 16 so as to close the opening 16a.
  • The vertical frame main body 16 includes: a landing doorway-facing portion 16b which faces the landing doorway 1; and a vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c which corresponds to apart of a hoistway-facingportion facing the interior of the hoistway. A bent portion 16d, which is bent at a right angle toward the landing, is provided to an end portion of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c, the end portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway-facing portion 16b.
  • A vertical frame heat-insulating material 18 is contacted to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c. The vertical frame heat-insulating material 18 is provided so as to be continuous over the entire vertical length of the door-stop side vertical frame 3. The vertical frame heat-insulating material 18 is held by a fitting 19 against the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c.
  • As the vertical frame heat-insulating material 18, for example, a silica heat-insulating material, a plasterboard, a calcium silicate board, a rock wool board, or the like is used. Further, the heat insulating property of the vertical frame heat-insulating material 18 can be set lower than those of the door heat-insulating materials 9 and 12 because the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c is more distant from a heat source than the door panels 8 and 11.
  • The fitting 19 has a first end portion 19a which is distant from the landing doorway-facing portion 16b and a second end portion 19b which is close to the landing doorway-facing portion 16b. The first end portion 19a is contacted to the bent portion 16d so as to be fixed thereto. Further, the first end portion 19a is fixed to the bent portion 16d with the screw or the rivet. A clearance of, for example, about 5 mm is ensured between the second end portion 19b and the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c.
  • In the landing doorway device as described above, when the landing doorway-facing portion 16b is heated by a fire occurring on the landing side, the heat is conducted to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c. However, the vertical frame heat-insulating material 18 is provided to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c. Therefore, a device present in the hoistway can be prevented from being heated to take fire due to the heat of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c. That is, the transfer of the heat generated in the landing to the interior of the hoistway can be more reliably prevented.
  • Further, a temperature distribution inside the vertical frame main body 16 shows that a temperature becomes the highest at the landing doorway-facing portion 16b which is close to the heat source and becomes lower as separating away from the landing doorway-facing portion 16b. The first end portion 19a of the fitting 19, which is distant from the landing doorway-facing portion 16b, is fixed to the bent portion 16d, whereas the clearance is provided between the second end portion 19b and the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c. Therefore, the temperature of the fitting 19 can also be prevented from being elevated.
  • Second Embodiment
  • Next, FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a landing doorway device for an elevator according to a second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a sectional view illustrating a principal part of FIG. 4 in an enlarged manner, and FIG. 6 is a rear view of a door-stop side vertical frame illustrated in FIG. 5, as viewed from the hoistway, side. Further, FIG. 4 corresponds to a cross section taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1. In the drawings, the landing doorway frame 2 includes a door-stop side vertical frame 21, the door-pocket side vertical frame 4, and the upper frame 5.
  • The door-stop side vertical frame 21 has a tubular shape and includes a vertical frame main body 22 and a closure plate 23 fixed to the vertical frame main body 22 with a screw or a rivet. An opening 22a which is continuous along the vertical direction is provided to a portion of the vertical frame main body 22, the portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway 1. The closure plate 23 is fixed to the vertical frame main body 22 so as to close the opening 22a.
  • The vertical frame main body 22 includes: a landing doorway-facing portion 22b which faces the landing doorway 1; and a vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c which corresponds to a part of a hoistway- facing portion facing the interior of the hoistway. The vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c has a lower end portion which is firmly fixed to a landing sill (not shown) and has a cross section similar to that of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 16c described in the first embodiment so that the stiffness of the vertical frame main body 22 itself is ensured. A bent portion 22d, which is bent at a right angle toward the landing, is provided to an end portion of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c, the end portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway-facing portion 22b. An opening (notch) 22e is provided to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c. The opening 22e is provided so as to be continuous along the vertical direction.
  • On a rear surface of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c, a vertical frame heat-insulating material 24 is provided. The vertical frame heat-insulating material 24 is exposed to the interior of the hoistway through the opening 22e. The vertical frame heat-insulating material 24 is held by a fitting 25 having a U-shaped cross section against an edge of the opening 22e. The fitting 25 is contacted to the bent portion 22d and the closure plate 23 so as to be fixed thereto. The remaining structure is the same as that of the first embodiment.
  • In the landing doorway device as described above, when the landing doorway-facing portion 22b is heated by a fire occurring on the landing side, the heat is conducted to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c. However, the large opening 22e is provided to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c. Therefore, a portion through which the heat is conducted is small. Moreover, the opening 22e is shielded by the vertical frame heating-insulating material 24. Therefore, the device present in the hoistway can be prevented from being heated to take fire due to the heat of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 22c. That is, the transfer of the heat generated in the landing to the interior of the hoistway can be more reliably prevented.
  • Further, a temperature distribution inside the vertical frame main body 22 shows that a temperature becomes the highest at the landing doorway-facing portion 22b which is close to the heat source and becomes lower as separating away from the landing doorway-facing portion 22b. The fitting 25 is fixed to the bent portion 22d and the closure plate 23, which are distant from the landing doorway-facing portion 22b. Therefore, the temperature of the fitting 25 can also be prevented from being elevated. Moreover, the heat conducted to the fitting 25 can be blocked by the vertical frame heat-insulating material 24 arranged on the hoistway side of the fitting 25.
  • The opening 22e may be vertically divided into a plurality of openings.
  • Third Embodiment
  • Next, FIG. 7 is a sectional view of a landing doorway device for an elevator according to a.third embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a sectional view illustrating a principal part of FIG. 7 in an enlarged manner. FIG. 7 corresponds to a cross section taken along the line II-II of FIG. 1. In the drawings, the landing doorway frame 2 includes a door-stop side vertical frame 31, the door-pocket side vertical frame 4, and the upper frame 5.
  • The door-stop side vertical frame 31 has a tubular shape and includes a vertical frame main body 32 and a closure plate 33 fixed to the vertical frame main body 32 with a screw or a rivet. An opening 32a which is continuous along the vertical direction is provided to a portion of the vertical frame main body 32, the portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway 1. The closure plate 33 is fixed to the vertical frame main body 32 so as to close the opening 32a.
  • The vertical frame main body 32 includes: a landing doorway-facing portion 32b which faces the landing doorway 1; and a vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c which corresponds to a part of a hoistway-facing portion facing the interior of the hoistway. A bent portion 32d, which is bent at a right angle toward the landing, is provided to an end portion of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c, the end portion being on the side opposite to the landing doorway-facing portion 32b. A first vertical frame heat-insulating material 34 is contacted to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c. The first vertical frame heat-insulating material 34 is provided so as to be continuous over the entire vertical length of the door-stop side vertical frame 31. Further, the first vertical frame heat-insulating material 34 is held by a fitting 35 against the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c.
  • The fitting 35 has a first end portion 35a which is distant from the landing doorway-facing portion 32b and a second end portion 35b which is close to the landing doorway-facing portion 32b. The first end portion 35a is contacted to the bent portion 32d so as to be fixed thereto. A clearance of, for example, about 5 mm is ensured between the second end portion 35b and the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c.
  • Onto a rear surface of the closure plate 33, which corresponds to a part of the hoistway-facing portion, a second vertical frame heat-insulating material 36 is contacted. The second vertical frame heat-insulating material 36 is provided over the entire vertical length of the door-stop side vertical frame 31. The second vertical frame heat-insulating material 36 is held by a plurality of brackets 37a and 37b, each having a substantially Z-shaped cross section, against the closure plate 33. The brackets 37a and 37b are fixed to the closure plate 33 with screws or rivets.
  • In the landing doorway device as described above, when the landing doorway-facing portion 32b is heated by a fire occurring on the landing side, the heat is conducted to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c. However, the first vertical frame heat-insulating material 34 is provided to the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c. Therefore, a device present in the hoistway can be prevented from being heated to take fire due to the heat of the vertical frame main body hoistway-facing portion 32c. That is, the transfer of the heat generated in the landing to the interior of the hoistway can be more reliably prevented.
  • Although the heat of the landing doorway-facing portion 32b is also radiated to the inner side of the door-stop side vertical frame 31, the temperature of the closure plate 33 can be prevented from being elevated because the second vertical frame heat-insulating material 36 is provided to the closure plate 33. Therefore, the transfer of the heat generated in the landing to the interior of the hoistway can be more reliably prevented.
  • Although the vertical frame heat-insulating material (s) 18, 24, or 34 and 36 is (are) provided only to the door-stop side vertical frame 3, 21, or 31 in the examples described above, the vertical frame heat-insulating material may be provided to the door-pocket side vertical frame in the case where an area of the portion of the door-pocket side vertical frame 4 facing the interior of the hoistway, that is, an area of the hoistway-facing portion, is large.
  • Although the side opening landing doorway device has been described in the aforementioned examples, the present invention is also applicable to a center opening landing doorway device. However, the door-stop side vertical frame 3, 21, or 31 of the side opening landing doorway device normally has the hoistway-facing portion with a large area. Therefore, it is particularly effective to provide the vertical frame heat-insulating material.
