Description

The invention relates to a support structure, in particular a step, with a grate floor, which is connected to at least one side cheek, wherein the grate floor support rods and filler rods, wherein the support rods are parallel to the side wall and the grate floor has at least one reinforcing profile, which is substantially perpendicular extends to the side wall.

Such support structures are well known. For example, from the document US 2 994 417 A a step with grid-like arranged filling and support rods known, the support rods are connected to a side wall and with a perpendicular to the side cheek extending reinforcement profile. The support rods and the reinforcing profile are each welded together.

This has the disadvantage that on the one hand for the production of the support structure, a comparatively complex and thus costly welding process is required and on the other hand, a modular production of the support structure, which takes place especially at the installation site, is difficult.

The document GB 2 378 713 A shows a support structure, which has two side walls. Between these side cheeks, a grid is arranged, which consists of several interconnected rods, which is connected to the side walls.

The object of the invention is to provide a support structure, which represents a reliable, solid and robust construction with simple installation, and an arrangement of two such support structures, which is compact to store and transport.

With regard to the support structure, this object is solved by the features of claims 1 and 7.

In the construction according to claim 1 is to be regarded as essential that the reinforcing profile comprises a U-profile and the support rods are arranged on the end side preferably between substantially horizontal flanges of the U-profile. This results in an easy-to-install bond between the support bars and reinforcement profile, which also proves to be extremely reliable, solid and robust.

According to claim 7 is considered essential that the connection on the first and the second side is designed differently, wherein on one side, the reinforcing profile, in particular at its lower end an envelope and / or a pivoting bend, wherein the support rods preferably on the folded or rest on bent leg of the reinforcing profile. On the opposite side, the reinforcing profile, at least in sections, an L or T-profile, the connection of the reinforcing profile with at least a plurality of support rods by means of a tongue and groove connection. In this way, a simple assembly is achieved by the insertion of the support rods and yet created a very reliable, solid and robust construction.

With regard to the arrangement of two support structures, the object of the invention is achieved by the features of claim 17. According to claim 17, an arrangement of two support structures is provided, in which the two support structures are arranged one above the other, that each of the recesses facing each other, wherein a recess of a support structure at the edge receives a reinforcing profile of the other support structure and a reinforcing profile of a support structure at the edge into a Recess engages the other support structure. As a result, a compact stacking of several support structures is possible, whereby transport and storage costs can be minimized.
Compared to the prior art, therefore, no welded connection between the reinforcing profile and the supporting bars is absolutely necessary, so that the reinforcing profile and the supporting bars are significantly easier and faster with each other to connect. In particular, a tool-free mounting of the support rods is made possible on the reinforcing profile.

Preferably, the reinforcing profile is connected to some support bars or to all of the support bars on a first side of the support structure by means of a rabbet joint, tenon connection, collar joining, riveting, screwing, press fitting, clamping, clinch connection, plug connection, tongue and groove connection or the like. On one of the first side along the support rods opposite the second side of the support structure, in particular a further reinforcing profile is arranged, which is also non-positively and / or positively connected with some support rods or with all support rods. The type of non-positive and / or positive connection is the same in particular on both sides. Alternatively, however, a different connection on the first and second side is conceivable.

In one embodiment, on at least one side of the support structure, the ends of the support rods on envelopes, pivoting bends and / or on out of the reinforcing profiles in the direction of the support rods bent out collars of the reinforcing profiles. In an advantageous manner, reinforcing profiles with integrated supports for the support rods can thereby be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner.

A planar support rod and a flat filler rod according to the present invention are rods which preferably have a rectangular or square cross-section and are particularly preferably made of sheet steel and in particular hot-dip galvanized sheet steel. A support rod according to the invention serves to accommodate the loads that are placed on the grate floor, and to initiate the loads in the reinforcement profile and the side cheek. A filler within the meaning of the invention is essentially a connection between the support rods and prevents objects from slipping between the support rods or reduces the risk of injury and increases the surefootedness of the grate floors. As a rule, the filler rods have a lower height than the support rods. The filler rod is preferably not on the support carriers. The filling and support rods are preferably positive and / or non-positive connected with each other. In particular, the support and the filler rods are pressed together. This is done in particular in that both the Tragals and the filler rods are slotted in the joints, this slot is dimensioned slightly smaller than the thickness of the respective rods, so that it comes when pressing the filler bars on the support rods to a compression of the rods. The support rods run parallel to the support beams.

Another object of the present invention is an arrangement of two support structures, wherein both supporting structures are stacked on each other, that in each case the first areas facing each other, wherein a first recess of a support structure receives at the edge side a first reinforcing profile of the other support structure and wherein a second recess of the a supporting structure at the edge receives a second reinforcing profile of the other support structure. Alternatively, the two support structures are stacked on each other such that each of the recesses on the respective side cheeks facing each other, wherein a recess of a support structure receives a reinforcing profile of the other support structure at the edge and wherein a reinforcing profile engages the one support structure edge into a recess of the other support structure.

Advantageously, thus a comparatively compact stacking of several support structures is possible, whereby the transport and storage costs are significantly reduced. Furthermore, the support structures are secured by the engagement of the reinforcing profiles in the respective recesses against displacement relative to each other, so that a particularly stable stacking of the support structures is achieved. The two support structures are in particular parallel to the respective reinforcing profiles, as well as offset parallel to the respective side cheeks arranged to each other, so that the side cheeks for a particularly low stack height of the arrangement can overlap parallel to the reinforcing profiles against each other.

In the following, the invention is based on the FIGS. 1 to 12 explained. These explanations are merely exemplary and do not limit the general inventive concept.

In the various figures, the same parts are always provided with the same reference numerals and are therefore usually named or mentioned only once in each case.

In Figures 1 and 2 are shown a schematic perspective view and a schematic side view of a first embodiment of the support structure 1 according to the invention, wherein the support structure 1 comprises, for example, a step. The support structure 1 has a grate floor 2, which comprises a plurality of support rods 3 and 4 Füllstäben. The support rods 3 are arranged substantially perpendicular to the filler rods 4, wherein the filler rods 4 with the support rods positively and / or non-positively, in particular by pressing, are connected. The filler rods 4 have perpendicular to the lattice plane a lower height H than the support rods 3 and serve in particular to improve slip resistance, accident prevention and to avoid that larger objects fall through the grate floor 2. The support and the fill rods 3, 4 are substantially flat and made of sheet steel. The finished grate floor 2 is in particular galvanized. Furthermore, the support structure 1 on a first side and on one of the first side along the support rods. 3 on the opposite second side in each case a reinforcing profile 5, which extend substantially parallel to the filler rods 4.

The removal of loads perpendicular to the lattice plane takes place mainly by the support rods 3 and the reinforcing profiles 5. The loads are thereby introduced into side cheeks 6 arranged laterally. The side cheeks 6 are used for attachment and in particular for suspension of the support structure 1 to other structures not shown and are arranged parallel to the support rods 3 such that the reinforcing profiles 5 extend between the side walls 6. In FIG. 1 For reasons of clarity, only a single side wall 6 is shown. For attachment of the support structure 1, the side cheeks 6 8 holes. The reinforcing profile 5 are positively, positively and / or materially connected to two side cheeks 6, for example by means of a welded joint.

At the in FIG. 1 Left marked reinforcing profile 5 is a leading edge 7 is arranged, which is provided to prevent injury to the step. The leading edge 7 is preferably provided integrally with a reinforcing profile 5. In the present case, however, the leading edge 7 is a separate component for the step. The side cheeks 6 have at their lower edge on a substantially horizontal first portion 25 and a relative to the first region 25 inclined second portion 26, which is in particular beveled according to the slope of the stairs and the rear side of the step forms.

The grate floor 2 has a width which is defined by the distance between the side walls 6. By varying the length which extends between the reinforcing profiles 5, the carrying capacity of the grate floor 2 can preferably be adapted to the respective load situation, since the load-bearing capacity of the support bars 3 is dependent, inter alia, on the length of the support bars 3. The higher the load of the grate floor 2, the lower the length must be selected.

The support rods 3 are positively and positively connected to the reinforcing profile 5, so that the load entry of the support rods 3 thus takes place directly in the reinforcing profiles 5, without an additional load-bearing welded connection between the support rods 3 and the reinforcing profiles 5 is required. It may alternatively be useful to weld individual support rods 3 or even all support rods 3 in addition to the reinforcing profiles 5. The load entry, however, takes place primarily by form and adhesion. In Figures 1 and 2 the reinforcing profiles 5 comprise a U-profile 55, in each of which the support rods 3 are inserted with their ends. The ends of the support rods 3 are arranged in a form-fitting manner between two almost horizontal flanges 55 'of the U-profiles. In order to improve the positive connection between the reinforcing profiles 5 and the support rods 3, the support rods 3 at their ends indentations 31, in which the horizontal flanges 55 'are arranged. Preferably, the ends of the horizontal flanges 55 'are bent in the direction of the support rods 3 and in particular bent into the indentations 31, so that the support rods 3 are positively clamped between the horizontal flanges 55'. The support rods 3 are thus fixed positively and non-positively against movements perpendicular to the lattice plane or parallel to its longitudinal extent. A weld is therefore not required and can be saved during the manufacturing process of the stair step in an advantageous manner. Preferably, the support rods 3 are introduced in the tool-free production of the support structure 1 at an angle less than 90 degrees relative to the reinforcing profiles 5 in the lattice plane and then rotated to the end position (90 degrees to the reinforcing profiles 5), the ends in the U-profiles introduced and anchored there. Subsequently, the support rods 3 are additionally fixed by pressing the filler rods 4 relative to each other.

In FIG. 3 schematic views of further embodiments of the support structure 1 according to the invention are shown, wherein the other embodiments substantially identical to those in Figures 1 and 2 illustrated first embodiment and differ from the first embodiment in particular only with regard to the formation of the reinforcing profiles 5. Moreover, the leading edge 7 is formed integrally with the reinforcing profile 5 on the left side of the support structure 1. The reinforcing profiles 5 are depending on the application with different long horizontal flanges 55 'and formed with differently shaped lower legs. In FIG. 3 For example, a total of seven differently shaped reinforcing profiles 5 are shown, which can be used in any manner and combined with each other.

In FIG. 4 a further embodiment of the support structure 1 according to the invention is shown, which substantially the in Figures 3 illustrated embodiments, wherein the support rods 3 are positively enclosed along the main extension direction between the reinforcing profiles 5 and in particular clamped non-positively. Die Verstärkungsprofile 5 umfassen in diesem Fall ein Z-Profil 50.In FIGS. 7a to 7e are sections of further embodiments of the support structure 1 according to the invention shown, which substantially the in Figures 1 and 2 illustrated, wherein the horizontal flanges 55 'of the reinforcing profiles 5, which are substantially U-shaped, are formed differently. In FIG. 7d the upper and lower horizontal flange 55 'each have an opening 56, which could alternatively be formed as a recess or bulge in the flange, in which a bulge 33 of the support rods 3 preferably engages in the sense of a tongue and groove connection. The bulges 33 are arranged in the recesses 31 of the support rods 3 and prevent slipping out of the ends of the support rods 3 from the u-profiled reinforcing profiles 5. In Figure 7e the reinforcing profile 5 has no upper horizontal flange 55 ', so that the support rods 3 only rest on the lower horizontal flange 50'. The reinforcing profiles 5 in this case comprise a Z-profile 50.

In FIGS. 11a to 11c are schematic views of various embodiments of the inventive arrangement of two support structures 1, 1 ', wherein FIG. 11a initially illustrates a side wall 6, which has on its underside in the first region 25 a first recess 20 and in the second region 26, a second recess 22, and a further second recess 23. In FIG. 11b are two support structures 1, 1 ', each of which substantially in FIG. 4 similar supporting structure 1, wherein the two support structures 1,1 'each with side cheeks 6 according to the FIG. 11a are equipped. The supporting structures 1, 1 'are stacked on one another in such a way that the grate floors 2, 2' face away from one another perpendicular to the lattice plane, while the recesses 20, 22, 23 face one another. Furthermore, the first areas 25, 25 'facing away from each other parallel to the lattice plane. The first recess 20 of the upper support structure 1 now receives a first reinforcement profile 5 'of the lower support structure 1', while the first recess 20 'of the lower support structure 1' receives a first reinforcement profile 5 of the upper support structure 1. Furthermore, the second recess 22 of the upper support structure 1 receives a second reinforcement profile 5 'of the lower support structure 1', while the second recess 22 'of the lower support structure 1' receives a second reinforcement profile 5 of the upper support structure 1. The support structures 1, 1 'are arranged offset to one another both along the reinforcing profiles 5, 5', and along the side cheeks 6, 6 ', so that the side cheeks 6, 6', which have the greatest height, along the reinforcing profiles. 5 , 5 'overlap and thus a comparatively compact stacking of the support structures 1, 1' is achieved with a low stack height and a high stability. In FIG. 11c is one to FIG. 11b similar arrangement of two support structures 1, 1 'shown, wherein only the reinforcing profiles 5 have a different configuration, so that the first recess 20 of the upper support structure 1, a first reinforcing profile 5' of the lower support structure 1 'receives, while the first recess 20 of the lower support structure 1 'receives a first reinforcing profile 5 of the upper support structure 1. Furthermore, the second recess 22 of the upper support structure 1 now takes a second reinforcement profile 5 'of the lower support structure 1 ', while the second recess 22' of the lower support structure 1 'receives a second reinforcing profile 5 of the upper support structure 1.

In FIGS. 12a to 12d are schematic views of various embodiments of the inventive arrangement of two support structures 1, 1 ', which substantially the in FIGS. 11b to 11c illustrated arrangements of two support structures 1, 1 'same. In FIG. 12a Initially, a side wall 6 is illustrated, which essentially corresponds to the one in FIG FIG. 11a illustrated side wall 6 is similar, wherein in the first section 25, a further first recess 21 is formed. In the Figures 12b and 12c two arrangements of two support structures 1, 1 'are shown, which essentially correspond to those in FIG FIGS. 11b and 11c similar arrangements shown.
