Description
The invention relates to a support structure, in particular a step, with a grate floor, which is connected to at least one side cheek, wherein the grate floor support rods and filler rods, wherein the support rods are parallel to the side wall and the grate floor has at least one reinforcing profile, which is substantially perpendicular extends to the side wall.
This has the disadvantage that on the one hand for the production of the support structure, a comparatively complex and thus costly welding process is required and on the other hand, a modular production of the support structure, which takes place especially at the installation site, is difficult.
The object of the invention is to provide a support structure, which represents a reliable, solid and robust construction with simple installation, and an arrangement of two such support structures, which is compact to store and transport.
With regard to the support structure, this object is solved by the features of
In the construction according to
According to
With regard to the arrangement of two support structures, the object of the invention is achieved by the features of claim 17. According to claim 17, an arrangement of two support structures is provided, in which the two support structures are arranged one above the other, that each of the recesses facing each other, wherein a recess of a support structure at the edge receives a reinforcing profile of the other support structure and a reinforcing profile of a support structure at the edge into a Recess engages the other support structure. As a result, a compact stacking of several support structures is possible, whereby transport and storage costs can be minimized.
Compared to the prior art, therefore, no welded connection between the reinforcing profile and the supporting bars is absolutely necessary, so that the reinforcing profile and the supporting bars are significantly easier and faster with each other to connect. In particular, a tool-free mounting of the support rods is made possible on the reinforcing profile.
Preferably, the reinforcing profile is connected to some support bars or to all of the support bars on a first side of the support structure by means of a rabbet joint, tenon connection, collar joining, riveting, screwing, press fitting, clamping, clinch connection, plug connection, tongue and groove connection or the like. On one of the first side along the support rods opposite the second side of the support structure, in particular a further reinforcing profile is arranged, which is also non-positively and / or positively connected with some support rods or with all support rods. The type of non-positive and / or positive connection is the same in particular on both sides. Alternatively, however, a different connection on the first and second side is conceivable.
In one embodiment, on at least one side of the support structure, the ends of the support rods on envelopes, pivoting bends and / or on out of the reinforcing profiles in the direction of the support rods bent out collars of the reinforcing profiles. In an advantageous manner, reinforcing profiles with integrated supports for the support rods can thereby be produced in a particularly cost-effective manner.
A planar support rod and a flat filler rod according to the present invention are rods which preferably have a rectangular or square cross-section and are particularly preferably made of sheet steel and in particular hot-dip galvanized sheet steel. A support rod according to the invention serves to accommodate the loads that are placed on the grate floor, and to initiate the loads in the reinforcement profile and the side cheek. A filler within the meaning of the invention is essentially a connection between the support rods and prevents objects from slipping between the support rods or reduces the risk of injury and increases the surefootedness of the grate floors. As a rule, the filler rods have a lower height than the support rods. The filler rod is preferably not on the support carriers. The filling and support rods are preferably positive and / or non-positive connected with each other. In particular, the support and the filler rods are pressed together. This is done in particular in that both the Tragals and the filler rods are slotted in the joints, this slot is dimensioned slightly smaller than the thickness of the respective rods, so that it comes when pressing the filler bars on the support rods to a compression of the rods. The support rods run parallel to the support beams.
Another object of the present invention is an arrangement of two support structures, wherein both supporting structures are stacked on each other, that in each case the first areas facing each other, wherein a first recess of a support structure receives at the edge side a first reinforcing profile of the other support structure and wherein a second recess of the a supporting structure at the edge receives a second reinforcing profile of the other support structure. Alternatively, the two support structures are stacked on each other such that each of the recesses on the respective side cheeks facing each other, wherein a recess of a support structure receives a reinforcing profile of the other support structure at the edge and wherein a reinforcing profile engages the one support structure edge into a recess of the other support structure.
Advantageously, thus a comparatively compact stacking of several support structures is possible, whereby the transport and storage costs are significantly reduced. Furthermore, the support structures are secured by the engagement of the reinforcing profiles in the respective recesses against displacement relative to each other, so that a particularly stable stacking of the support structures is achieved. The two support structures are in particular parallel to the respective reinforcing profiles, as well as offset parallel to the respective side cheeks arranged to each other, so that the side cheeks for a particularly low stack height of the arrangement can overlap parallel to the reinforcing profiles against each other.

The
In
