Definitions
- the present invention relates to a mobile construction machine with a hydraulic system having at least two piston-cylinder units, a compensation line for pressure equalization between the piston-cylinder units and control piston, wherein each control piston is associated with a port of a piston-cylinder unit
- Such hydraulic systems are used for example in mobile construction machines, especially in hydraulic excavators.
- hydraulic excavators and other mobile construction machines are also used for lifting work.
- pipe rupture valves are prescribed for safety reasons that allow the controlled lowering of the load when bursting a hose or a pipe.
- GB 2 055 977 discloses a mobile construction machine with a hydraulic system of the prior art.
- two parallel piston-cylinder units are typically used for the boom, in the case of larger machines also for the handle.
- a compensation line is installed.
- the disturbances include, among others, the hydrodynamic radiant power f ⁇ p ; Q . which requires that the control piston at the same setpoint releases less cross-section and thus carries more load. That is, as soon as the pressures get out of balance, the load is only carried by a cylinder. For a safe dynamic operation, a sufficient compensation amount is required even with a small pressure difference between the cylinders. Due to the flow behavior of nozzles f ⁇ p ; A can take place at a small pressure difference, especially in larger machines, not sufficient compensation to compensate for the influence of tolerances. By installing a throttle with a larger throttle cross-section, the standard would no longer be met.
- a mobile construction machine with a hydraulic system with the features of claim 1.
- a hydraulic system at least two piston-cylinder units, at least one equalization line for pressure equalization between the piston-cylinder units and control piston, wherein each a control piston associated with a port of a piston-cylinder unit and wherein at least one 2-way flow control valve with check valve function is in communication with the at least one compensation line.
- the 2-way flow control valve connects the equalizing line, a control piston and a connection of the piston-cylinder unit. This arrangement advantageously allows safe pressure equalization in dynamic operation with a simple design.
- each piston-cylinder unit is assigned a 2-way flow control valve. This results in the advantage that previously used hydraulic systems can be retrofitted, since the 2-way flow control valves can be used advantageously instead of the throttles used previously. Further, it thereby becomes possible to provide a symmetrical structure of the hydraulic system.
- a symmetrical design advantageously facilitates a symmetrical load distribution in dynamic operation.
- the two-way flow control valve are each arranged at the end of the compensation line.
- the two-way flow control valve has two parallel fluid guides, wherein in a first fluid guide, a first throttle element is provided with adjustable diameter and / or wherein a check element and a second throttle element are arranged in series in a second fluid guide.
- the check element may be, for example, a check valve.
- the non-return element is preferably a non-return element designed in this way, which only triggers at a certain limit pressure or abrupt pressure drop.
- the second throttle element is a nozzle.
- the second throttle element is a throttle valve.
- the 2-way flow control valve is arranged integrated in a housing and / or in an intermediate plate. This makes it possible to provide a compact design of the hydraulic system. Furthermore, such an integrated design allows protection against harsh environmental conditions, as they are not uncommon, for example, in mobile construction machines.
- the housing may also be a housing for a hitherto used conventional rupture valve.
- the two-way flow control valve is arranged in a line branching off from the line connecting the control piston and connection of the piston-cylinder unit and connects this branching line to one end of the compensation line.
- piston-cylinder units are of identical construction.
- the piston-cylinder unit has a cylindrical piston chamber and an annular space, wherein the connection of the piston chamber is connected to a connection of the 2-way flow control valve.
- FIG. 1 shows a schematic representation of a known hydraulic system 10 for a mobile construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator, which is not shown in detail.
- the hydraulic system 10 is constructed substantially symmetrical and has two parallel-connected, identical executed piston-cylinder units 20, 22.
- the piston-cylinder units 20, 22 have cylindrical piston chambers 21, 23, which via connections 24, 25 with the other components of the hydraulic system 10 are in fluid communication.
- the piston 34, 36 of the piston-cylinder unit 20, 22 also has a piston rod 35, 37, which can be extended by increasing the volume or pressure in the piston chamber 21, 23.
- a line 120 which has a throttle element 40 is branched off from the line 110, 110 'connected to the connections 24, 25.
- the components throttle element 40, line 110 and line 120 or throttle element 42 and lines 110 'and 120' can each advantageously be summarized to a pipe rupture valve 45, 45 '.
- the throttle elements 40, 42 limit the maximum flow to 10 l / min, so that at a fraction of the line 50 a maximum of 10 l / min of hydraulic fluid per piston-cylinder unit 20, 22 can escape.
- the compensation line 50 is in each case connected to the end of the pipe rupture valve 45, 45 'and the throttles 40, 42.
- hydraulic fluid is pumped to the piston chambers 21, 23 via the hydraulic lines 100 or 100 'from the reservoir 60, 62.
- the hydraulic fluid Before the hydraulic fluid enters via the connections 24, 25 of the piston chambers 21, 23, the hydraulic fluid first flows through the control pistons 30, 32, which determine their flow cross-section on the basis of the predetermined desired value z. B. for the applied pressure against the piston 34, 36 set.
- FIG. 2 An inventive embodiment of a hydraulic system 10 for a mobile construction machine such as a hydraulic excavator is in FIG. 2 shown, on the one hand allows a highly dynamic compensation of hydraulic fluid through the equalizing lines 50, for example, even with slightly different cross-section of the control piston 30, 32, which at the same time continue to meet the standard, according to which a bursting of the compensation line 50 a maximum of 10 l / min of hydraulic fluid per Piston cylinder unit 20, 22 can emerge, so that the indirectly raised by the piston-cylinder units 20, 22 load is slowly lowered.
- FIG. 2 embodiment shown substantially similar to the in FIG. 1 constructed hydraulic system 10 constructed. Accordingly, comparable components are given the same reference numerals. Only the previously known pipe rupture valve 45, 45 'has been replaced by a 2-way flow control valve 70, 72.
- the 2-way flow control valve 70, 72 is in each case arranged at the end in the compensation line 50 and connected via the line 120 or 120 'with the connection 24 supplying line 110, 110'.
- the higher pressure that would normally act on the spool 34 will be compensated via the equalization line 50 as follows throttled escape of hydraulic fluid such as hydraulic oil allows:
- a portion of the fluid coming from the control piston 30 branches off via the line 120 into the 2-way flow control valve 70, which in turn has two fluid guide paths connected in parallel.
- a throttle element 74 is provided with an adjustable opening cross-section in a first fluid guide path of the 2-way flow control valve 70.
- a throttle element 76 and downstream thereof, a check valve 75 is arranged.
- the 2-way flow control valve 72 is identical to the 2-way flow control valve 70th
- the check valves 75 prevent more than 10 l / min of hydraulic fluid from leaking out per piston-cylinder unit 20, 22, so that the pistons 34, 36 retract smoothly and slowly.
- the second fluid guides are blocked with the throttle element 76 in each case via the throttle element 75, so that a fluid outlet can take place only via the first throttle element 74 with the variable diameter.
- the throttle element 74 only has an opening cross-section, which allows a maximum flow of 10 l / min.
- the throttle elements 74 are returned to the zero position.
- the throttle elements 74 may be self-resetting, d. H. that for an enlarged diameter a separate activation must be made. Such activation can then be withdrawn at the latest in a detected bursting event, so that the throttle elements 74 automatically reset to a diameter that allows a maximum flow of 10 l / min.

Description
- Fig. 1:
- eine schematische Darstellung eines bekannten Hydrauliksystems und
