Z.B.wird das Montageprofil 92 auf ein in einer Schiene geführtes Laufwerk abgestützt, so dassdas Trennelement 1000 entlang der Schiene verschiebbar ist.Die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung 100mit der Profilleiste 2 wird bei diesem Trennelement 1000 an den Seiten der Glasplatte 4 montiert, wodurch die Glasplatte 4 seitlich gerahmt und gegen mechanische Einwirkungen geschützt wird. An beiden Enden der montierten Profilleiste 2 werden Abschlussteile 5 aufgesetzt und mittels Montageschrauben 55 befestigt. Die Montageschrauben 55 werden durch einen Schraubenkanal 53 im Abschlussteil 5 hindurch geführt und zwischen drei Gewinderippen 2112 eingedreht, dieim Ankerkanal 211 in gleichem Abstand parallel zueinander verlaufen (sieheFigur 1a ). -
Figur 6a zeigt eines der Abschlussteile 5von Figur 6 . Dabei ist ersichtlich, dass dieses eine Öffnung 51 zur Aufnahme einer Ecke der Glasplatte 4 sowie Montagenocken 512 aufweist, die indie Profilleiste 2 eingreifen und das Abschlussteil 5 in der gewünschten Position halten können. Weiter ist gezeigt, dass das Abschlussteil 5 an ein Abdeckprofil 8 angepasst ist, welches an der Unterseite der Glasplatte 4 vorgesehen ist. -
Figur 7 zeigt die mit der Glasplatte 4verbundene Verbindungsvorrichtung 100 mit einem auf dieProfilleiste 2 aufgesetzten Hilfsprofil 70, dessen Innenprofil andas Aussenprofil 200der Profilleiste 2 angepasst ist. Wie dies gezeigt ist, greift das Innenprofil des Hilfsprofils 70 inMontagenuten 222, 223 ein, die an 22, 23den Seitenelementen der Profilleiste 2 vorgesehen sind.Das Hilfsprofil 70 dient in dieser Ausgestaltung als Handgriff zum Erfassen und Verschieben desTrennelements 1000. -
Figur 8 zeigt ein symmetrisch ausgestaltetes Trennprofil 1", welches an 12, 13 mit je einer Dichtungsrippe 16 versehen ist.beiden Seitenteilen Trennprofile 1" dieser Art können vorteilhaft verwendet werden, wenn die Platten 4 stets den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen. -
Figur 9 zeigt ein verschiebbar gelagertes Trennelement 1000 mit einer Glasplatte 4, an deren Oberseite eine erfindungsgemässe Verbindungsvorrichtung 100 mit einerProfilleiste 2 montiert ist.Das Rückenelement 211der Profilleiste 21weist eine Haltenut 212 auf, innerhalb der das Kopfstück 711 einer Kopplungsvorrichtung 71 gehalten ist, welche mit einerFührungsvorrichtung 6 verbunden ist.Die Führungsvorrichtung 6 umfasst ein in einer Laufschiene 62 geführtes Laufwerk 61, welches einen Laufwerkskörper 611 und daran befestigte Laufrollen 612 aufweist.Die Laufrollen 612 sind aufden Oberflächen 6211von Fusselementen 612 der Laufschiene 62 geführt, innerhalb der eine einen Endanschlag bildende Puffervorrichtung 65 vorgesehen ist.

FIG. 6a shows one of the end parts 5 ofFIG. 6 , It can be seen that this has an opening 51 for receiving a corner of the glass plate 4 and mounting cam 512, which engage in theprofile strip 2 and can hold the final part 5 in the desired position. Next is shown that the end part 5 is adapted to a cover 8, which is provided on the underside of the glass plate 4. -
FIG. 7 shows the connectingdevice 100 connected to the glass plate 4 with an attached to theprofile strip 2auxiliary profile 70, whose inner profile is adapted to theouter profile 200 of theprofile strip 2. Claims (15)
- Connecting device (100) for a separation element (1000) with a panel (4), in particular a glass panel, with at least one profile strip (2), which comprises a back element (21) and a first and a second side element (22, 23), which delimit a hollow (24), within which the edge of the panel (4) is held by means of an adhesive (3), characterised in that the profile strip (2) comprises an anchor channel (211), which is connected by a through slot (2111) to the hollow (24), within which a separation profile (1, 1', 1''), which is provided with window openings (14), through which the introduced adhesive (3) can penetrate into the anchor channel (211), separates with a middle part (11) the back element (21) and separates with a first and a second side part (12, 13) the first or second side element (22 or 23) of the profile strip (2) from the panel (4) respectively.
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the side elements (22, 23) of the profile strip (2) comprise at least one anchor groove (221; 231) open towards the hollow (24), which anchor groove (221; 231) serves to receive an anchor element (121, 131) provided on the separation profile (1, 1', 1") or adhesive (3).
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the anchor channel (211) tapers towards the through slot (2111) and, together with the through slot (2111), preferably forms a T-shaped profile.
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 1, 2 or 3, characterised in that the profile strip (2) comprises an inner profile (20) adapted to the separation profile (1, 1', 1"); and/or comprises an outer profile (200) preferably provided with at least one mounting element (212; 222; 232), which outer profile (200) can be connected to an auxiliary profile (70), such as a holding grip or a frame element, and/or to a coupling device (71), which is connected or can be connected to a carriage (61) guided in a rail (62).
- Connecting device (100) according to one of the claims 1 - 4, characterised in that at least one mounting groove (222, 232) is provided on the side of the side elements (22, 23) facing away from the panel (4), and/or in that at least one holding element, preferably a holding groove (212), is provided on the side of the back element (21) facing away from the panel (4).
- Connecting device (100) according to one of the claims 1 - 5, characterised in that a termination part (5) can be mounted at both ends of the profile strip (2), which termination part (5) comprises an opening (51) for receiving a corner of the panel (4) and which is adapted to a further profile strip (2) and/or to a cover profile (8).
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 6, characterised in that thread ribs (2112) are provided in the anchor channel (211), which serve to receive a mounting screw (55), which can be guided through a screw channel (53) provided in the termination part (5).
- Connecting device (100) according to one of the claims 1 - 7, characterised in that the separation profile (1, 1', 1") is produced from non-elastic plastic in a form adapted to the hollow (24), or that the separation profile (1, 1', 1'') is produced from elastic plastic, wherein the middle part (11) of the strip-formed separation profile (1, 1', 1") is connected via flexible hinge zones (11) to the two side parts (12, 13).
- Connecting device (100) according to one of the claims 1 - 8, characterised in thata) a sealing rib (16) facing the panel (4) is arranged on the first side part (12) of the separation profile (1) and at least one fin (15) facing the panel (4) is arranged on the second side part (13) of the separation profile (1); orb) at least one fin (15) facing the panel (4) is arranged on the first side part (12) and on the second side part (13) of the separation profile (1');c) at least one sealing rib (16) facing the panel (4) is arranged on the first side part (12) and on the second side part (13) of the separation profile (1").
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 9, characterised in that the at least one fin (15) or sealing rib (16) is arranged on the first and/or the second side part (12; 13) of the separation profile (1, 1', 1") in such a way that it is flush with the associated end of the side element (22; 23) of the profile strip (2).
- Connecting device (100) according to claim 1, characterised in that the window openings (14) overlap the middle part (11) or also partially the side parts (12, 13) and/or are arranged at equal distances.
- Separation element (1000) with a panel (4), in particular a glass panel, which is provided on one or several, possibly all sides, with a connecting device (100) according to one of the claims 1 to 11.
- Separation element (1000) according to claim 12, characterised in that the connecting device (100) forms a frame element or termination element on at least on one side of the panel (4), which frame element or termination element is possibly connected to an auxiliary profile (70) such as a holding grip.
- Separation element (1000) according to claim 12, characterised in that a connecting device (100) with a profile strip (2) is provided on the upper side and/or the lower side of the panel (4), which profile strip (2) is connected by means of at least one coupling device (71) to a guide device (6), in particular to a carriage (61) guided in a rail (62).
- Separation element (1000) according to claim 12, characterised in that the profile strip is connected by a connecting screw or by a profile part to the carriage (61).
