Description

  • L'invention concerne un couvercle pour la fermeture d'un pot de préparation de yaourt ou de fromage blanc selon le préambule de la revendication 1.
  • La fabrication domestique d'un yaourt est généralement réalisée à l'aide d'une yaourtière à l'intérieur de laquelle sont disposés des pots remplis d'une préparation à base de lait. La yaourtière comporte classiquement une base chauffante et régulée en température, définissant un logement pour un ou plusieurs pots, surmontée d'un couvercle. La yaourtière se comporte à la manière d'une étuve et transforme la préparation contenue dans les pots en yaourt.
  • Après un temps de chauffage prédéfini, les yaourts sont sortis de la yaourtière, les pots étant fermés à l'aide de couvercles puis placés au réfrigérateur.
  • Lors du chauffage, les couvercles ne sont pas montés sur les pots, de manière à permettre à la condensation ainsi formée de pouvoir s'échapper de chaque pot.
  • La fabrication d'un fromage blanc est réalisée, à l'intérieur d'une faisselle. La préparation de la faisselle se déroule suivant les étapes suivantes.
  • Tout d'abord du fromage blanc, ainsi que de la présure, sont ajoutés à du lait entier. Cette préparation repose ensuite pendant 50 à 60 minutes, de manière à faire cailler le lait, afin qu'il ait la consistance d'un yaourt.
  • La préparation est alors composée de lait caillé, qui constitue le fromage blanc, et d'un liquide d'aspect jaunâtre appelé sérum ou petit-lait. Cette préparation est découpée puis est ensuite disposée à la louche dans une faisselle.
  • Une faisselle est un moule présentant des ouvertures permettant l'égouttage de la préparation. La faisselle est disposée à l'intérieur d'un pot et permet de séparer le lait caillé, qui reste dans la faisselle et prend la forme de cette dernière, du sérum qui s'écoule dans le récipient. Le pot est fermé par un couvercle.
  • Lorsque les produits ne sont pas consommés immédiatement, il est important de pouvoir déterminer avec précision à quelle date ils ont été fabriqués, afin d'évaluer leur date de péremption. Il peut également être utile d'indiquer le type de produits fabriqué.
  • A cet effet, une première solution consiste à écrire directement sur le pot.
  • Les yaourtières et machines de fabrication de fromage classiques sont livrées avec leurs propres pots et couvercles, ces derniers étant réutilisables. Il est donc préférable d'éviter de réaliser des inscriptions sur les pots ou sur les couvercles.
  • Une solution consiste à utiliser un dispositif permettant de dater la fabrication du yaourt, tel que celui décrit dans le document FR 2 829 906 . Ce dispositif comporte un disque dans lequel est ménagée une lumière. Le disque est monté pivotant par rapport à une embase sur laquelle des chiffres sont inscrits. La lumière est disposée en regard des chiffres de l'embase de sorte que l'utilisateur peut placer le disque en fonction de la date du jour, alors affichée au travers de la lumière.
  • D'autres dispositifs dateurs sont connus des documents US 6 938 768 et US 3 818 858 .
  • Ce type de dispositif est complexe et couteux. En outre, il est difficile de pouvoir les laver puisque des saletés peuvent s'introduire dans les interstices situés entre les parties mobiles les unes par rapport aux autres.
  • Il est également connu du document FR 2 908 548 de disposer une étiquette magnétique sur la face supérieure d'un couvercle métallique d'un pot de confiture. L'étiquette magnétique présente une surface externe permettant de réaliser des inscriptions effaçables à sec.
  • Il est alors possible d'inscrire la date du jour à l'aide d'un stylo approprié.
  • Ce type d'étiquette ne peut toutefois pas être utilisé dans le cas d'un pot de préparation de yaourt puisque ces derniers sont généralement réalisés en matériau synthétique, et donc non magnétiques.
  • En outre, ces étiquettes peuvent être retirées facilement par erreur, lors de la manipulation des pots.
  • L'invention vise à remédier à ces inconvénients en proposant un couvercle permettant de dater da manière fiable et économique les pots de yaourt ou de fromage blanc, tout en permettant une réutilisation du dispositif de marquage.
  • A cet effet, l'invention concerne un couvercle pour la fermeture d'un pot de préparation de yaourt ou de fromage blanc, comportant un logement destiné à l'insertion d'un col du pot, le logement étant délimité par une paroi latérale et une paroi de fond, la surface intérieure de la paroi latérale étant équipée de moyens de fixation destinés à coopérer avec des moyens de fixation complémentaires du col du pot, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de fond présente une surface externe sur laquelle est fixée une étiquette dont le revêtement permet de recevoir des inscriptions effaçables à sec, la surface externe de la paroi de fond étant équipée d'un rebord périphérique entourant, au moins en partie, le bord de l'étiquette.
  • L'étiquette permet ainsi de pouvoir écrire, de façon non permanente, la date du jour ou tout autre type d'inscription. En outre, le rebord périphérique permet d'éviter le retrait ou l'arrachage accidentel de l'étiquette, ce rebord couvrant le bord de l'étiquette.
  • Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, le rebord présente une section arrondie.
  • Avantageusement, l'étiquette est fixée sur la surface externe de la paroi de fond à l'aide d'un adhésif.
  • Cette caractéristique permet de pouvoir autoriser la fixation de l'étiquette sur tout type de couvercle, et en particulier sur des couvercles non métalliques. En outre, une telle étiquette ne peut pas être retirée de manière accidentelle.
  • Selon une possibilité de l'invention, les moyens de fixation de la surface interne de la paroi latérale comportent un taraudage.
  • Dans ce cas, le col du pot de préparation de yaourt ou de fromage blanc est équipé d'un filetage complémentaire.
  • L'invention concerne également un ensemble comportant un pot de yaourt ou de fromage blanc muni d'un col, caractérisé en ce qu'un couvercle selon l'invention est fixé sur le col.
  • De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant, à titre d'exemple non limitatif, une forme d'exécution de ce couvercle et de cet ensemble.
    • Figure 1 est une vue en perspective, de dessus, d'un pot de yaourt et du couvercle selon l'invention ;
    • Figure 2 est une vue correspondant à la figure 1, sur laquelle le couvercle est monté sur le pot, des inscriptions étant écrites sur l'étiquette ;
    • Figure 3 est une vue de dessus du couvercle, illustrant l'étape d'effacement des inscriptions ;
    • Figure 4 est une vue correspondant à la figure 3, illustrant l'étape d'écriture ou de réécriture sur l'étiquette.
    • Figure 5 et 6 sont deux vues correspondant respectivement aux figures 1 et 2 dans le cas d'un pot de fromage blanc.
    • Les figures 1 et 2 illustrent un pot 1 en verre ou en matériau synthétique contenant une préparation 2 à base de lait, pour la réalisation d'un yaourt à l'aide d'une yaourtière, ou un yaourt déjà réalisé.
  • Le pot 1 comporte une base 3 à partir de laquelle s'étend une paroi latérale 4 de forme sensiblement cylindrique surmontée d'un col 5 de diamètre inférieur à celui de la paroi latérale 4. Le col 5 est équipé d'un filetage 6 permettant la fixation d'un couvercle 7 en matériau synthétique.
  • Le couvercle 7 comporte un logement ouvert vers le bas, délimité par une paroi latérale 8 et une paroi de fond 9. La surface intérieure de la paroi latérale 8 présente un taraudage (non visible) destiné à coopérer avec le filetage 6 du col 5. La paroi externe 10 du fond 9, c'est-à-dire-sa paroi tournée vers le haut, présente un rebord périphérique 11 de section arrondie.
  • Une étiquette 12 de forme générale circulaire et de diamètre correspondant à celui de la paroi de fond 9, est collée sur la paroi externe 10 du fond 9, le bord 13 de l'étiquette 12 étant entourés par le rebord périphérique 11. La surface inférieure de l'étiquette 12 est préencollée. La surface supérieure 14 de l'étiquette est munie d'un revêtement permettant de recevoir des inscriptions effaçables à sec. Un tel revêtement est par exemple connu sous la marque Velleda. Un tel revêtement est également décrit dans le document FR 2 833 624 .
  • Comme cela est illustré aux figures 2 et 4, il est possible d'écrire tout type d'information 15 sur l'étiquette 12 à l'aide d'un stylo spécifique 16 prévu à cet effet, couramment vendu dans le commerce. Les informations apportées 15 peuvent notamment être la date de fabrication ou la date de péremption, ou le type de yaourt fabriqué. Après consommation du yaourt, les informations peuvent être effacées à l'aide d'un chiffon sec 17, le pot 1 et le couvercle 7 pouvant être lavés avant une nouvelle utilisation.
  • Les figures 5 et 6 correspondant respectivement aux figures 1 et 2 représentent un pot 1 pour un fromage blanc. Pour des raisons de cohérence, les mêmes éléments sont désignés par les mêmes références que précédemment. La différence essentielle dans cette seconde forme d'exécution est que le fromage blanc est à l'intérieur d'une faisselle 18 qui comportent des ouvertures, est elle-même montée dans le pot 1.
  • L'utilisation du couvercle 7 du pot, qui est fixé par encliquetage, et notamment le marquage de l'étiquette 12, est réalisée comme précédemment.
  • Comme il va de soi, l'invention ne se limite pas à la seule forme d'exécution de ce couvercle, décrite ci-dessus à titre d'exemple, mais elle embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes.

Claims (5)

  1. Couvercle (7) pour la fermeture d'un pot (1) de préparation de yaourt (2), comportant un logement destiné à l'insertion d'un col (5) du pot (1), le logement étant délimité par une paroi latérale (8) et une paroi de fond (9), la surface intérieure de la paroi latérale (8) étant équipée de moyens de fixation destinés à coopérer avec des moyens de fixation complémentaires (6) du col (5) du pot (1), caractérisé en ce que la paroi de fond (9) présente une surface externe (10) sur laquelle est fixée une étiquette (12) dont le revêtement (14) permet de recevoir des inscriptions (15) effaçables à sec, la surface externe (10) de la paroi de fond (9) étant équipée d'un rebord périphérique (11) entourant, au moins en partie, le bord (13) de l'étiquette (12).
  2. Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le rebord (11) présente une section arrondie.
  3. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (12) est fixée sur la surface externe (10) de la paroi de fond (9) à l'aide d'un adhésif.
  4. Couvercle selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation de la surface interne de la paroi latérale (8) du couvercle comportent un taraudage.
  5. Ensemble comportant un pot de yaourt (1) ou de fromage blanc muni d'un col (5), caractérisé en ce qu'un couvercle (7) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4 est fixé sur le col (5) du pot.
