Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de tuiles photovoltaïques consistant à placer dans un outil de compression ouvert un substrat polymère de forme ondulée ainsi qu'un laminé photovoltaïque sensiblement plat dans ledit outil à proximité du substrat. Le laminé photovoltaïque est soumis à de la chaleur et à une pression, ce qui permet simultanément de le coller au substrat et de lui donner une forme ondulée correspondant aux ondulation du substrat. Chaleur et pression sont appliquées par fermeture de l'outil de compression de manière à soumettre le laminé photovoltaïque à la chaleur dégagée par ledit outil et à comprimer ledit laminé et le substrat l'un contre l'autre.
