Abstract

Klappenventil, insbesondere für Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem Gehäuse (7), das mindestens eine Einlassöffnung (2) und mindestens zwei Auslassöffnungen (3,4) aufweist, wobei eine Verschlussklappe (5) exzentrisch im Gehäuse (7) gelagert ist und derart um eine Drehachse (6) schwenkbar ist, dass die Verschlussklappe (5) mit deren vorderseitigen und rückseitigen Anlageflächen (13,14) mit zwei Ventilsitzen (10,11) zusammenwirkt, wobei die zum Ventilsitz gerichtete Anlagefläche (13,14) in einer gekrümmten Ebene verläuft, derart, dass bei einem von der Drehachse abgewandten Ventilsitz (10) die in Öffnungsrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (13) einen größeren Abstand zur Drehachse (6) aufweist, als die in Schließrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (13) und das bei einem der Drehachse (6) zugewandten Ventilsitz die in Öffnungsrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (14) ein geringeren Abstand zur Drehachse (6) aufweist, als die in Schließrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (14).
