Abstract
Klappenventil, insbesondere für Brennkraftmaschinen, mit einem Gehäuse (7), das mindestens eine Einlassöffnung (2) und mindestens zwei Auslassöffnungen (3,4) aufweist, wobei eine Verschlussklappe (5) exzentrisch im Gehäuse (7) gelagert ist und derart um eine Drehachse (6) schwenkbar ist, dass die Verschlussklappe (5) mit deren vorderseitigen und rückseitigen Anlageflächen (13,14) mit zwei Ventilsitzen (10,11) zusammenwirkt, wobei die zum Ventilsitz gerichtete Anlagefläche (13,14) in einer gekrümmten Ebene verläuft, derart, dass bei einem von der Drehachse abgewandten Ventilsitz (10) die in Öffnungsrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (13) einen größeren Abstand zur Drehachse (6) aufweist, als die in Schließrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (13) und das bei einem der Drehachse (6) zugewandten Ventilsitz die in Öffnungsrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (14) ein geringeren Abstand zur Drehachse (6) aufweist, als die in Schließrichtung weisende Seite der Anlagefläche (14). Flap valve, in particular for internal combustion engines, comprising a housing (7) having at least one inlet opening (2) and at least two outlet openings (3,4), wherein a closure flap (5) is mounted eccentrically in the housing (7) and thus about an axis of rotation (6) is pivotable, that the closure flap (5) with its front and rear abutment surfaces (13,14) cooperates with two valve seats (10,11), wherein the valve seat directed to the contact surface (13,14) extends in a curved plane, in such a way that, in the case of a valve seat (10) facing away from the axis of rotation, the side of the contact surface (13) pointing in the opening direction has a greater distance from the axis of rotation (6) than the side of the contact surface (13) pointing in the closing direction and that at one of the axes of rotation (6) facing the valve seat in the opening direction facing side of the contact surface (14) has a smaller distance from the axis of rotation (6), as the pointing in the closing direction side de r contact surface (14).
