Abstract
The device has a valve (5) rotatable in a housing, where radiator inlet openings (42, 44) stay in connection with a radiator outlet opening (52) via a bypass opening (35) by bypassing an exhaust-gas recirculation radiator (2), if the valve is lifted by a hub (11). The valve is provided with a completely closed bypass in a position, if the valve is placed on the hub, where the valve blocks the bypass opening. The position is defined with the completely closed bypass between the openings (42, 44) and the opening (52).
