Description

Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Gargerät nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruches 1.
Bei einer bekannten Gebläsevorrichtung ( EP 1793171 A1 ) für einen Heißluftbackofen ist im hinteren Teil des Garraumes des Backofens eine Wandeinheit vorgesehen, die einen dahinter liegenden, ein Gebläse mit ringförmigem Heizkörper aufnehmenden Gebläseraum begrenzt und die obere und untere jeweils durch eine Vielzahl von Löchern gebildete Durchlassöffnungen aufweist. In der Nähe dieser Durchlassöffnungen sind Strömungsmittel in Form von rechtwinkligen Laschen an der Wandeinheit angeordnet, die in den Gebläseraum hineinragen und jeweils an dem strömungstechnisch hinteren Ende der zugeordneten Durchlassöffnung und damit außerhalb des Strömungspfades zwischen Gebläse und Durchlassöffnung platziert sind. Der hier ankommende Teil-Luftstrom prallt an der entsprechenden Lasche ab und soll bestimmungsgemäß umgelenkt werden und durch die Durchlassöffnung hindurch ordnungsgemäß in den Garraum gelangen, wo alle umgelenkten Luftströme an der Garraum-Frontfläche (Backofentür) reflektiert und den Garraum durchströmend und das dort gelagerte Gargut erhitzend zu der dem Gebläse vorgelagerten Einlassöffnung gelangen sollen.
Zudem ist aus der WO 2007/020587 A ein Gargerät mit umrandeten Durchlassöffnungen bekannt.

Damit sind den Durchlassöffnungen weitgehend individuell Luftleitelemente vorzugsweise in Form von als in die Luftströmung ragende und diese Luftströmung im Strömungsverhalten beeinflussenden Querflächen und/oder in Form von separaten Luftkanälen zugeordnet. Durch solche aktiv im jeweiligen Strömungspfad befindlichen die vom Gebläse in Richtung der betreffenden Durchlassöffnung strömende Teil-Luftströmung, diese strömende Luft erfassenden Luftleitelemente kann eine "gleichgerichtete", weitgehend homogene Ausströmung durch die verschiedenen Durchlassöffnungen erreicht werden in dem Sinne, dass diese z.B. stark erhitzte Luft weder wesentlich in Richtung der kühlen Seitenwände des Garraumes strömt und dort abgekühlt wird noch direkt das im Garraum gelagerte Gargut anströmt und z.B. punktuell zu stark erhitzt bzw. im Extremfall verkohlt. Hierbei spielt der Umstand eine Rolle, dass die vom Gebläse ausgehende Luftströmung eine Vielzahl von entsprechend der Drehrichtung des Gebläses tangenzial abströmenden Teil-Strömungen enthält, die in dem Gebläseraum hinter der den Garraum begrenzenden Wandeinheit (auch Prallwand genannt) ein annähernd chaotisches Strömungsgemenge bilden.
Damit sind die Strömungsmittel als entgegen des jeweiligen Luftstroms stehende Querflächen ausgebildet in Richtung des jeweiligen, vom Gebläse ausgehenden Luftstromes zumindest vor den zugeordneten Durchlassöffnungen angeordnet. Unter einer "Querfläche" soll in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere eine Fläche verstanden werden, welche, wenn sie auf die den Mittelpunkt des Strömungsmittels einschließende Querschnittsfläche, z.B. des Luftkanals projiziert wird, eine zweidimensionale Erstreckung aufweist. Hierbei bildet die Querfläche mit dieser Querschnittsfläche einen Winkel, der maximal 45°, vorteilhaft maximal 20° und bevorzugt maximal 10° beträgt. Besonders vorteilhaft weisen die Querfläche und die Querschnittsfläche die gleiche Ausrichtung auf.
