Claims (10)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zur Einstellung der Breite (L) des Aufbringens eines Oberflächenfüms auf eine Papierbahn, wobei die Vorrichtung dazu bestimmt ist, mit wenigstens einer Walze zum Übertragen (2) des Films auf eine Papierbahn zusammenzuwirken, und wenigstens ein festes Abstreiforgan (3) umfasst, das geeignet ist, an der Walze zum Übertragen des Oberflächenfilms zu reiben, und dazu ausgelegt ist, die maximale Breite (Lmax) des aufzubringenden Films zu begrenzen, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens ein bewegliches Abstreiforgan (11, 12) umfasst, das geeignet ist, sich in wenigstens einer ersten Richtung, die zu der Oberfläche der Übertragungswalze im Wesentlichen normal verläuft, sowie in wenigstens einer Richtung, die zu einer Mantellinie der Übertragungswalze (2) im Wesentlichen parallel verläuft, zu bewegen, wobei das (die) bewegliche(n) Abstreiforgan(e) (11,12) mit einem automatisierten Bewegungsmechanismus (13) zusammenwirkt (zusammenwirken), um die Breite (L) des Oberflächenfilms auf der Übertragungswalze (2) zwischen einem Minimalwert (Lmin) und einem Maximalwert (Lmax), der durch das feste Abstreiforgan bestimmt ist, einzustellen.
  2. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der automatisierte Bewegungsmechanismus (13) eine Transporteinrichtung (15) zum Verschieben des (der) beweglichen Abstreifargan(e}s (11, 12) in einer zu einer Mantellinie der Übertragungswalze im Wesentlichen parallelen Richtung sowie Mittel (28, 29) zum Kippen des (der) beweglichen Abstreiforgan(e)s auf die Übertragungswalze umfasst.
  3. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verschiebetransporteinrichtung (15) einen Schlitten (20) zum Tragen der beweglichen Abstreiforgane (11, 12) sowie Antriebsmittel (17, 21, 22) zur Verschiebebewegung des Schlittens in einer Richtung parallel zu einer Mantellinie der Übertragungswalze, die durch Führungsmittel (24, 25, 26, 27) vorgegeben ist, umfasst.
  4. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transporteinrichtung (15) vom Typ Schraube-Mutter ist und der Tragschlitten (20) fest verbunden mit einer Mutter (21) angebracht ist, die mit einer durch einen Motor (17) drehbetätigten Gewindeachse (22) zusammenwirkt.
  5. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zum Kippen (28) der beweglichen Abstreiforgane auf die Übertragungswalze wenigstens einen Zylinder (29) umfassen.

Einstellungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen Abstreiforgane (31, 12) und das feste Abstreiforgan (3) vertikal zueinander versetzt sind und der automatisierte Bewegungsmechanismus (13) ein wenigstens teilweises Überlagern des beweglichen Abstreiforgans mit dem festen Abstreiforgan ermöglicht.
  7. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie wenigstens zwei bewegliche Abstreiforgane (11, 12), die vertikal zueinander versetzt sind, umfasst, wobei die beweglichen Abstreiforgane mit dem automatisierten Bewegungsmechanismus (13) fest verbunden sind.
  8. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beweglichen Abstreiforgane (11, 12) an dem Bewegungsschlitten (20) verschwenkbar angebracht sind und jeweils mit einem Kippzylinder (29) zusammenwirken.
  9. Einstellungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das feste (3) und die beweglichen Abstreifargan(e) (11, 12) jeweils eine Rakel zum Reiben (823) an der Walze (2) sowie einen Becher (9) zum Auffangen des an der Walze abgestreiften Oberflächenfilms umfassen, wobei der Auffangbecher unter der Reibrakel (823) angeordnet ist, um den durch Schwerkraft ablaufenden Oberflächenfilm unter der Platte nach dem Abstreifen von der Oberfläche der Übertragungswalze aufzufangen.

System (S) zum Auftragen eines Oberflächenfilms auf eine Papierbahn, umfassend wenigstens zwei Walzen (2), von denen wenigstens eine Organe (R) zum Auftragen eines flüssigen Oberflächenfilms auf die Oberfläche der Walzen (2) umfasst, um ihn auf eine zwischen den Walzen geführte Papierbahn zu übertragen, sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Drehantreiben in umgekehrter Richtung der Walzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es für jede mit Auftragorganen ausgestattete Walze (2) wenigstens zwei Vorrichtungen (1) zur Einstellung der Breite des aufzutragenden Oberflächenfilms jeweils nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtungen zur Einstellung der Breite des aufzutragenden Oberflächenfilms paarweise zueinander symmetrisch in Bezug auf die mittlere Querebene (P) der Walze und in derart geeigneter Weise angeordnet sind, dass das feste Abstreiforgan (3) einer jeden Vorrichtung (1) tangential auf die Oberfläche der Walze (2) im Bereich eines jeden Endes (2a, 2b) dieser drückt.
