Description

The present invention relates to an arrangement with lighting function and climatic function comprising at least one light source, the at least one lamp associated means for light guidance and at least one accommodated in the arrangement fan.

A known from the prior art arrangement with luminaire function and climate function of the aforementioned type is in the DE 10 2005 038 199 A1 as well as in the GB 546005 described. It is a relatively bulky device for air conditioning a room in the form of a ceiling panel, which can be attached to the ceiling of a room. In the device, a radiator is integrated, which is mounted on the ceiling. The device has a comparatively large amount of reclaiming frame which is closed down from a cover plate. From the cover plate can be suspended a pendant light. It is also mentioned in the document that various lighting units can be arranged within the frame of the entire device, for example, an elongated lighting unit, which is housed in a side panel next to the centrally arranged in the device radiator. This elongated lamp unit can also be designed as a grid lamp. In the document, however, there are no further statements regarding the specific design of such a grid lamp. A disadvantage of the known arrangement is due to the size and design enormous space requirements. But the radiator, which is housed in a middle field of the housing frame, already has about the dimensions of a flat compact built modern light. For the accommodation of heat exchangers and the lighting unit more fields are provided. Additional vertical partitions are provided in which fans are arranged for the Passage of air through the radiator, are provided for the supply of fresh air into the room or the extraction of exhaust air from the room. For the accommodation of all necessary components four transverse walls extending in the transverse direction and two further intermediate walls are provided, which extend in the longitudinal direction.

Although it is possible to accommodate a plurality of lighting units of different types in or on the housing of the device, such as round and elongated lighting units. However, this does not take into account that, for example, a workplace-appropriate illumination of a room, the arrangement of the lights has to be made according to the architecture and the use of space, for which purpose the lighting planner usually creates a concept based on calculations. Upon acquisition of an arrangement of the known type, however, the arrangement of the lights is practically predetermined. If one or more other lighting units needed elsewhere in the room, you would have to use several of the overall devices, which is likely to retire because of the enormous size often for reasons of space. Another disadvantage of the known arrangement is that it is not suitable for installation in a suspended ceiling. The dimensions do not correspond to the usual grid dimensions. The large-volume device must therefore be attached to the on-site solid ceiling (concrete ceiling), which is lost to a considerable extent available ceiling height.

Based on this problem, the object of the present invention is to provide an arrangement with lighting function and simultaneous air conditioning function of the type mentioned, which is of much more compact design and therefore more versatile and more variable uses allows.

The solution to this problem provides an arrangement with lighting function of the aforementioned type with the characterizing features of the main claim. According to the invention it is provided that the arrangement is designed as a ceiling luminaire and within a single in one Suspended ceiling luminaire housing both at least one lamp unit comprising lighting means and means for light guidance and at least one air conditioning unit comprising at least one fan are housed.

The solution according to the invention makes it possible to accommodate the desired two functions, namely the lighting function and the air conditioning function in only a single comparatively flat housing with approximately the dimensions of a modern compact recessed ceiling light for a workplace, which can then be mounted in a suspended ceiling so that they the dimensions of a standard grid complies. In other words, it is used according to the invention, a unit of a size that corresponds to only a fraction of that shown in the above-mentioned document arrangement. It results in a reduction in size by a multiple with the further advantage that can be used on the usual grid dimensions of the fields of suspended ceilings, as they are otherwise used for the installation of conventional recessed ceiling lights without climate function.

In addition, the installation of a ceiling luminaire with climate function according to the invention is much easier to accomplish, as is the case with the known arrangement described above. It is sufficient to remove the corresponding ceiling panel to install the recessed light according to the invention in the ceiling of the suspended ceiling and to install the connections of the necessary lines for the various functions. By contrast, the known arrangement was very bulky and had to be laboriously installed in several steps. Due to the design, it was also not possible to make the installation in a suspended ceiling, so that consequently the installation had to be done under the existing ceiling, resulting in a significant loss of room height result. Finally, the known arrangement was due to their size and volume also very expensive to transport. All these problems are eliminated in the solution according to the invention. It is an industrial mass production possible. The inventive product serving as a light and for air conditioning of a room can be mounted quickly and easily. It will Little packaging is needed and transport from the manufacturer to the customer is easy and inexpensive. The customer acquires a unit comparable to that of a conventional lamp of this type, but equipped with the additional climate function. An elaborate building-side air conditioning can be omitted.

Compared with known Deckeninduktionsdurchlässen with climate function, which also allowed installation in a ceiling panel of a suspended ceiling, there is the advantage that according to the invention at least one fan is integrated in the ceiling recessed light, making it self-sufficient. The known Deckeninduktionsdurchlässe, however, required the connection to a central fresh air supply device (with correspondingly large-sized fan) or a central exhaust air intake. Among other things, the solution according to the invention has control engineering advantages, since the air-conditioning unit of each recessed ceiling luminaire allows an individually controlled supply of fresh air via the fan integrated in it.

The removal of the exhaust air or the extraction of the exhaust air can be done centrally according to a preferred variant of the invention, said exhaust air can pass through a heat exchanger, in return, the fresh air can be passed, so that there takes place a heat exchange in which the fresh air preferably preheated or pre-cooled before it flows above the suspended ceiling to the individual fans of the recessed ceiling lights and is then fed through this space. According to a further preferred variant, for the fresh air flowing through such a heat exchanger provided, for example, for a whole room, a filter device may be provided which filters out dust particles etc. from the fresh air sucked in so that the fresh air can be sucked in from outside the building without hesitation.

Another significant advantage is that the luminaire according to the invention can be installed in a room in the ceiling where, according to the photometric calculations for optimum illumination of the workplaces placed a luminaire should be. Due to the compact design, it is easily possible to hang a corresponding number of lights in a room. At the same time, there is the advantage that not only the illuminance based on the workplace optimizes available where it is needed, but also an air conditioning is provided related to the respective workplace, which allows a significant increase in efficiency over conventional room air conditioning.

According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, it is provided that the recessed ceiling light has an approximately rectangular housing which is open at least over part of its surface downwards and is subdivided in longitudinal or transverse succession or juxtaposed rectangular fields, of which at least one is a light exit panel of a lamp unit and at least one is an air outlet or air inlet panel of an air conditioning unit. The "open" housing can of course be covered in the region of the light exit fields by a light-technically effective cover such as a prismatic glass, a translucent cover or the like.

Preferably, seen in the longitudinal direction or in the transverse direction of the lamp three are provided over the vast majority of the width or length of the rectangular housing extending rectangular fields, two of which each light exit fields are each a lamp unit and one of which is an air outlet or air inlet panel of an air conditioning unit is, preferably an air outlet panel with this associated fan, which emits fresh air into the room.

Particularly preferred is a solution variant in which at least two in the longitudinal direction are provided on both sides to near the end of the rectangular housing extending rectangular rectangular light emission fields, between which in a longitudinal direction or transverse direction approximately central region of the housing, a rectangular air outlet or air inlet field an air conditioning unit is arranged. This variant allows a technically advantageous design of the lighting function, since you can hang the light over a workplace, for example, so arranged light emission fields that the light falls under normal conditions at low angles of incidence on the work area.

The ceiling recessed luminaire with climatic function according to the invention, for example, in the outline be approximately square, preferably with dimensions that correspond to a ceiling built-in field.

In a construction of a rectangular recessed ceiling luminaire with two outer Lichtaustrittsfeldern and a central climatic area can be run as elongated fields with fluorescent tubes and a light-guiding luminaire grid, for example, the two light exit fields, so that the arrangement performs the function of two smaller spaced-apart grid lights. In the central area with climatic function, for example, a larger fan or a plurality of smaller fans can be arranged. Above the fan, for example, a heat exchanger can be accommodated in the housing of the recessed ceiling light, so that the fresh air is preheated or pre-cooled there. Between the suction side of the fan and the heat exchanger located in the housing above oblique baffles are arranged for a possible preferred solution, so that the sucked air can flow over a larger area through the heat exchanger before it enters the suction of the fan, the fresh air to the Room feeds.

The present invention further relates to a device for lighting and air conditioning of a room comprising at least one designed as a ceiling luminaire arrangement with lighting function and climate function of the aforementioned type, the invention further comprises at least one associated with one or more recessed ceiling luminaires, these separately arranged heat exchanger, of the the recessed ceiling lights to be supplied fresh air and / or the exhaust air from the room (in countercurrent) is flowed through. This heat exchanger is preferably arranged in the region of an outer wall of the building or in the vicinity thereof. Furthermore, this is preferred in arranged a plane above the suspended ceiling or the fresh air supply of this heat exchanger takes place in the space above the suspended ceiling. Said heat exchanger can be, for example, a plate heat exchanger, which operates without coolant, so that only a temperature exchange between the supplied fresh air and discharged from the room exhaust air takes place. If, as preferred, a filter device for the supply air in the area of this heat exchanger is provided, then quasi clean air is introduced into the space above the suspended ceiling, which either pre-cooled (summer) or preheated depending on the season (in winter ) becomes. This preconditioned clean air is then sucked in by the respective fan of the recessed ceiling light (s). The heat exchange process is thus spatially separated from the or the recessed ceiling lights in this variant of the invention. In the individual recessed ceiling luminaires fans can be used, whose task is to supply only the corresponding (this ceiling downlight assigned) portion of the room with already preconditioned and purified fresh air. This solution has the advantage that the fresh air with comparatively low flow rate can be supplied to the room, which can still be set individually for the individual ceiling luminaire. Conventional air conditioning systems, however, usually work with a central fan, which must supply the entire room or a whole building with fresh air and therefore operates with a correspondingly large power, which also comparatively high flow velocities are generated, so that when blowing the fresh air into the room strong air movements arise, which are perceived by the people who are in the room, as an unpleasant drafts.

The features described in the dependent claims relate to preferred developments of the task solution according to the invention. Further advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description.

First, it will open FIG. 1 Reference is made and explained with reference to this a first possible embodiment of the present invention. The perspective view shows an intended for ceiling installation lamp according to the invention, which is generally designated 10. This lamp has a housing 11 which is rectangular in outline or approximately square. This housing 11, which is largely concealed after installation of a suspended ceiling in which it is installed, is provided on the underside with a respect to the housing outwardly slightly projecting frame 12, which rests on the top of the suspended ceiling after installation and the Ceiling opening concealed, as is also the case with a conventional recessed ceiling light of this type is usually the case.

The ceiling recessed luminaire 10 according to the invention has as in FIG. 1 recognizes two lamp units 13 and 14, between which an air conditioning unit 15 is arranged. To the arrangement of the various fields of the bottom of the lamp that make up these functional units, in their relative orientation to define each other, is resorted to the four boundary edges of the frame 12 back. The frame 12 on the underside of the housing is rectangular in outline and is bounded on the right longitudinal side by the boundary edge 17, on the front transverse side by the boundary edge 20, on the rear transverse side by the boundary edge 18 and on the left longitudinal side by the boundary edge 19th Although the luminaire is square or approximately square in outline, it is referred to herein as longitudinal and transverse sides to facilitate the description, focusing here on the orientation of the luminaire units 13 and 14. These two lamp units 13, 14 are each rectangular elongated fields in which a light emission takes place downwards. These fields are covered, for example, by a prism glass or a translucent cover to achieve light scattering. The right in the drawing lamp unit 13 extends in the longitudinal direction parallel to the boundary edge 17 and adjacent to its outer side close to this boundary edge 17. Furthermore, the lamp unit 13 extends substantially over the entire length of the lamp between the two boundary edges 20 front and 18 rear. In the width, the rectangular lamp unit 13 extends approximately over one third of the lamp and adjoins the left of the air conditioning unit 15, which extends centrally. This arranged in the central region of the lamp air conditioning unit 15 is slightly wider than a third of the lamp seen in the transverse direction (between the boundary edges 19 and 17). Further, the air conditioning unit 15 extends in the longitudinal direction approximately over the entire length of the lamp between the boundary edges 20 and 18th

The central panel of the air conditioning unit 15 is flanked on both sides by the two lamp units 13 and 14. Approximately in the middle of the air conditioning unit 15 is in this embodiment, a fan 16. This fan gives fresh air into the room under the ceiling light. To the left of the air conditioning unit 15 is the second rectangular lamp unit 14, which is designed in principle in their dimensions and in their execution the same as the right lamp unit 13. On the right side of the lamp unit 14 is almost adjacent to the left boundary edge 19. The lamp unit 14th extends largely over the length of the lamp in the longitudinal direction between the two boundary edges 20th and 18. Thus, there is a three-part construction of the lamp, which is symmetrical to an imaginary center plane, which runs vertically through the housing, parallel to the two boundary edges 19 and 17th

Further details concerning the construction of the luminaire in the interior can be found in the sectional view according to FIG FIG. 2 showing a vertical cross section through the luminaire in a plane extending between the two boundary edges 20 and 18. It can be seen here, the fan 16, which sucks the fresh air from above, this being guided by baffles 25, above which there is a heat exchanger 26 in the housing of the recessed ceiling light. Through this heat exchanger, the intake fresh air can be pre-cooled in the summer or preheated in winter, if necessary. This heat exchanger can be, for example, a plate heat exchanger, wherein coolant, for example water flows through pipes laid in loops and is thus pre-cooled.

13 a abgedeckt werden. In FIG. 2 can be seen further that the two lighting units are each covered on the underside by the prism covers or translucent covers 14 a and 13 a. Above this is in each case a receiving space with a lamp 21 or 22, preferably in each case an elongated fluorescent lamp whose light is aligned in each case via a longitudinal reflector 23 and 24 for the light output to the underside of the lamp. In a respective upper space 28 above the horizontal partition 29, which limits the housing of the lamp unit 13 upwards, necessary installation units for the lamp unit such. As ballasts and the like can be accommodated. This upper space is bounded on the upper side by the housing cover 27 of the entire recessed ceiling luminaire. The overall housing is thus slightly higher than the respective individual housing of the two lamp units 13 and 14. Thereby, enough space is available for accommodating a heat exchanger 26 (here in the central area above the fan 16). However, this heat exchanger does not have to be present, because for the cooling (or preheating) of the fresh air can also serve a suitable place housed central heat exchanger, which is not a single recessed ceiling luminaire assigned. This will be explained below with reference to the FIG. 3 explained in more detail.

FIG. 3 shows a schematically simplified longitudinal section through a space to be illuminated in, for example, an office. At a distance below the fixed ceiling 30 is the suspended ceiling 31, in which the recessed ceiling lights 10 are installed according to the present invention. Depending on the design of the room, size of the room, number of workplaces, etc., a corresponding number of recessed ceiling lights is used. These are generally arranged at intervals in each case in the transverse direction and in the longitudinal direction. In the sectional plane through the room are in the example after FIG. 3 three such recessed ceiling lights 10 recognizable. These are lights according to the invention with lighting and climate function as previously with reference to the FIGS. 1 and 2 described. In the embodiment according to FIG. 3 Furthermore, a central heat exchanger 32 is arranged above the suspended ceiling 31 adjacent to the outer wall 33 in the edge area of the room.

It is, for example, a countercurrent plate heat exchanger as in FIG. 4 is shown. There, the exhaust air entering at 40, which is sucked in by a first axial fan 45 and leaves the heat exchanger via the opening 41 again in cross-flow with the supplied through the opening 42 supply air, which is sucked by a second axial fan 46 and the Exits heat exchanger through the opening 43 again. The exhaust air or supply air flows through plates, which are arranged for example horizontally and in parallel. In this case, an upstream filter device 44 is provided for the inlet air entering from the outside at 42, by means of which dust particles etc. are removed from the supplied supply air. About the opening 43 then passes the filtered supply air into the false ceiling. In the heat exchanger, a temperature compensation between supply air and exhaust air takes place. If, for example, the fresh air supplied from outside the building is warmer in summer than the exhaust air emitted from the room, the supply air can already be pre-cooled via the latter. The air flowing through the space between the ceiling 30 and the suspended ceiling 31 incoming air (see FIG. 3 ) then to the individual air conditioning units of the various recessed ceiling lights 10 and is there optionally further cooled and fed via the fans as filtered and cooled fresh air to the room.

Below is on the Figures 5 and 6 Reference is made and explained in more detail with reference to this another embodiment according to a variant of the invention. In FIG. 5 again, a perspective view is shown, wherein the recessed ceiling light 10 shown there according to FIG FIG. 1 is similar in the basic structure. Both lamps differ on the one hand in each case in the lighting technology of the respective lighting units 53, 54. In addition, the two lighting units are designed here somewhat narrower, whereby the central area is designed slightly wider with the air conditioning unit 55. In the two lamp units 53, 54, a grid with reflectors and transverse fins 56 is provided here instead of a prism cover, so that each of the two lamp units 53, 54 fulfills the photometric function of a narrow, elongate louver lamp. Further details of in FIG. 5 illustrated recessed luminaire 10 result from the sectional view according to FIG. 6 , which shows a vertical section through one of the lamp units, which is in a plane perpendicular to the section in FIG. 2 runs.

In the grid area longitudinal reflectors 57 are provided as well as end reflectors 58 for the light steering, which cooperate with the above-mentioned transverse blades 56. From the suction side of the fan 16 extend upward in each case at an oblique angle baffles 25 on both sides of the fan and extend on the upper side to a heat exchanger 26 zoom. This was already in the description of FIG. 2 mentioned, as well as the baffles 25. In FIG. 6 can be seen left above and right above also laid in loops tubes 59, through which the coolant is passed. The air drawn in by the fan 16 can thus be cooled by the heat exchanger 26 before it is blown into the room.

It will be up again FIG. 5 Referenced. As can be seen there, the two parallel spaced-apart lighting units 53, 54 extend substantially over the entire length of the recessed ceiling light in a spatial direction, which in turn should be regarded herein as a longitudinal direction for simplicity. On the outside, the two lighting units 53, 54 are quite close to the respective boundary edges 19, 17 of the window frame 12. Seen over the width of the entire ceiling recessed luminaire, the luminaire unit extends over, for example, about one fifth of the total width of the luminaire. Since the arrangement of the two lamp units is symmetrical with respect to a vertical central plane of symmetry passing through the fan 16, the width of the central area of the air conditioning unit 55 remains about three-fifths of the total width. Of course, these dimensions are only values which have proved to be advantageous empirically or on account of photometric calculations for a specific application, so that other definitions of the proportions of the lamp units or of the air conditioning unit can be considered for other variants of the recessed luminaire in the context of the present invention. The present invention is therefore in no way to those in the examples according to FIG. 1 and 5 limited shown solution variants.
