    - a power supply terminal (7) supported by the said item of electrical equipment (3) and extending in a direction of orientation (D), and
    - a connection eye terminal (9) capable of being connected to a cable (11) of a power supply source and connected to the said terminal (7),
    characterized in that the said eye terminal (9) has a first convergent portion (17a) and a second convergent portion (17b), each portion (17a, 17b) being configured to be connected to the said terminal (7) while being placed in a direction substantially parallel to the direction of orientation (D), such that:
    - for a first direction (D1) of arrival of the said cable (11), the first portion (17a) is connected to the said terminal (7) while being placed in the said direction parallel to the direction of orientation (D), and
    - for a second direction (D2) of arrival of the said cable (11), the second portion (17b) is connected to the said terminal (7) while being placed in the said direction parallel to the direction of orientation (D).
  2. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the said eye terminal (9) has a general shape that is substantially like an "L".
  3. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to one of Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the said item of electrical equipment (3) supports at least one rib (16a, 16b) for retaining the said eye terminal (9), the said rib (16a, 16b) being configured to retain without distinction one or the other of the said portions (17a, 17b) of the said eye terminal (9).
  4. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to Claim 3, characterized in that the said rib (16a, 16b) protrudes relative to a housing (5) of the said item of electrical equipment (3) in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to the plane (P) defined by the said housing (5).
  5. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to one of Claims 3 and 4, characterized in that the said retaining rib (16a, 16b) is made of an elastic material and has an opening for allowing the insertion of the said portions (17a, 17b) of the said eye terminal (9).
  6. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the said rib (16a, 16b) has a shape that is substantially like a hook.
  7. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to one of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the said rib (16a, 16b) has at least one bevelled zone so as to make it easier to insert the said portions (17a, 17b).
  8. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to any one of Claims 3 to 7, characterized in that the said retaining rib (16b) is placed opposite the said terminal (7) in a direction that is substantially parallel to the direction of orientation (D).
  9. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to any one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the said device comprises a first rib (16a) and a second rib (16b) for retaining the said eye terminal (9) forming an angle that this substantially identical to the angle formed by the said portions (17a, 17b) of the said eye terminal (9).
  10. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to any one of Claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the said eye terminal (9) comprises a body (13) of generally tubular shape matching the end of the said cable (11) in order to allow the insertion of the end of the said cable (11) into the said body (13).
  11. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to Claim 10, characterized in that the said item of electrical equipment (3) comprises a wall (19) forming an abutment for the said body (13) of the said eye terminal (9).
  12. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to any one of Claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the said eye terminal (9) comprises a means (15) for clamping the end of the said cable (11).
  13. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to Claim 12, characterized in that the clamping means (15) comprises two half-flanges (15a, 15b) arranged in staggered rows to grasp the end of the said cable.
  14. Item of electrical equipment (3) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the said item of electrical equipment (3) is a heating device.
