By the flange 301 thereof, the bolt 3 is rotationally fixedly connected with the lock cylinder 304, which at the outer end thereof is covered by a freely rotatable protective plate 305.
  • the lock cylinder situated next to the cylinder cover 304 is turned in a conventional way by a key that is introduced through the key slot 307 in the protective plate 305.
  • the locking portion of the bolt can thereby be brought to assume either of the positions that are illustrated in Figs. 6 and 7 .
  • the protective plate 305 has an inner part 306 having a greater diameter situated in the shorter portion 109 having a greater diameter than the other parts of the boring. Thereby, the protective plate 305 cannot be removed from the first lock part 1.
  • the axial travel of the bolt is limited inward by a stop pin (not shown) arranged in the hole 113 (see Fig. 1 ).
  • Mounting and of the protective plate is carried out by displacing the bolt 3 and the lock cylinder inward toward the bottom of the boring 108 of the bolt before the stop pin is inserted into the hole 113.
  • the lock cylinder with the cover 304 thereof is displaced inward so that it is situated axially inside the slot 112 (see Fig. 1 ), wherein the protective plate 305 can be introduced in place through the slot 112.
  • the entire package is displaced outward and the stop pin is introduced through the hole 113. Removal of the protective plate 305 can only be made when the lock part 1 is dismounted from the door.
  • Fig. 9 shows the security lock mounted on a lockable unit 4 with the first lock part 1 on the door 42 and the second lock part 2 on the door frame 41.
  • the design of the lock allows it to be used for left-hand as well as right-hand doors.

Claims (9)

  1. Sicherheitsschloss, welches ein erstes Schlossteil (1), das dafür vorgesehen ist, an einer Tür (42) oder Ähnlichem angebracht zu werden, und ein zweites Schlossteil (2), das dafür vorgesehen ist, an einem Türrahmen (42) oder Ähnlichem angebracht zu werden, zum Zusammenwirken mit dem ersten Schlossteil (1) umfasst, wobei das erste Schlossteil (1) ein Gehäuse umfasst, welches einen Schließzylinder und einen Bolzen (3) aufweist, der um eine Drehachse drehbar ist und der mit dem Schließzylinder verbunden ist und mittels eines Schlüssels drehbar ist, und wobei das zweite Schlossteil (2) einen Schlosskörper (202) umfasst, wobei
    - der Schlosskörper (202) auf einer Befestigungsplatte (201) angeordnet ist und das Gehäuse des ersten Teils (1) auf der Seite (101), die dem zweigen Teil (2) zugewandt ist, wenn die Schlossteile verbunden sind, eine Vertiefung (110) aufweist, die eine Kontur aufweist, welche der Kontur der Befestigungsplatte (201) entspricht, und die eine Tiefe aufweist, welche der Tiefe der Befestigungsplatte (201) entspricht, wobei die Vertiefung (110) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie die Befestigungsplatte (201) umgibt, wenn die Schlossteile verbunden sind,
    - und eine tiefere Aussparung (111) in dem ersten Teil (1), welche in der Vertiefung mündet, so eingerichtet ist, dass sie den Schlosskörper (202) umgibt, wenn die Schlossteile verbunden sind,
    - der Bolzen (3) einen Schließabschnitt (303) aufweist, welcher senkrecht zu der Drehachse des Bolzens (3) ein nicht einheitliches Querschnittsprofil aufweist, das in einer ersten Richtung eine größere Dicke aufweist und in einer zweiten Richtung senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung eine kleinere Dicke aufweist,
    - und der Schlosskörper (202) einen Schlitz (204) aufweist, welcher zwei Seitenöffnungen, eine vordere Öffnung und einen Boden aufweist, wobei der Schlitz (204) einen äußeren Teil (205) an der vorderen Öffnung und einen inneren Teil (206) an dem Boden aufweist, wobei der äußere Teil (205) eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als die kleinere Dicke, jedoch geringer ist als die größere Dicke, und wobei der innere Teil (206) eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als die größere Dicke, wobei
    - der Bolzen (3) in einer ersten Drehposition in Querrichtung durch den äußeren Teil (205) des Schlitzes (204) gelangen kann, Jedoch nicht in einer zuweilen Drehposition, welche einen rechten Winkel mit der ersten Drehposition bildet.
  2. Sicherheitsschloss nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließabschnitt (303) ein Querschnittsprofil aufweist, welches durch mindestens einen kreisförmigen Bogen und mindestens eine gerade Linie begrenzt ist.
  3. Sicherheitsschloss nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schließabschnitt (303) aus zwei diametral entgegengesetzten gleich großen Aussparungen mit ebenem Boden in einem zylindrischen Bolzen ausgebildet ist.
  4. Sicherheitsschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitz (204) in Bezug auf eine Normale zu der Drehachse des Bolzens (3) symmetrisch ist und ein Querschnittsprofil aufweist, das aus einem kreisförmigen Bogen (206) einer Ausdehnung von mehr als 240° und zwei geraden Linien (207) ausgebildet ist, die den kreisförmigen Bogen mit der vorderen Öffnung (209) verbinden, wobei der kreisförmige Bogen den Boden und den inneren Teil bildet und die beiden geraden Linien (207) den äußeren Teil (205) bilden> wobei der kreisförmige Bogen (206) einen Radius aufweist, der etwas größer ist als die kreisförmige Linie des Profils des Schließabschnitts (303).
  5. Sicherheitsschloss nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der kreisförmige Bogen (206) eine Ausdehnung in dem Bereich von 270° bis 300° aufweist
  6. Sicherheitsschloss nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden geraden Linien (207) des Querschnittsprofils des Schlitzes (204) von dem kreisförmigen Bogen (206) aus in Richtung auf die vordere Öffnung (209) auseinander laufen,
  7. Sicherheitsschloss nach einem der Anspruche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnen, dass das Gehäuse eine Befestigungsseite (101), mit welcher es an einer Tür oder Ähnlichem angebracht werden soll, eine gegenüber liegende Außenseite (102) und Seitenflächen (103 bis 116) aufweist, welche die Befestigungsseite (101) mit der Außenseite (102) verbinden, wobei die Seitenfläche (103 bis 116) von der Außenseite in Richtung auf die Befestigungsseite nach außen abgeschrägt sind,
  8. Sicherheitsschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    - der Bolzen (3) und der Sperrkolben in einer Bohrung (107, 108) angeordnet sind, welche ein inneres Ende und ein äußeres Ende aufweist,
    - eine frei drehbare Schutzplatte (305), welche einen Schlüsselschlitz (307) aufweiset, das äußere Ende des Sperrkolbens bedeckt,
    - ein Stoppstift in der Bohrung (108) neben dem inneren Ende derselben ungeordnet ist, wobei der Stoppstift in einem Loch (113) senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Bolzens zu verdrängen ist, wobei das Loch (113) auf der Befestigungseite (101) des Gehäuses mündet und wobei das innere Ende des Bolzens (3) gegen den Stoppstift stößt,
    - das Gehäuse eine Öffnung für die Schutzplatte (305) aufweist, welche einen geringeren Durchmesser aufweist als die Schutzplatte (305),
    - ein Schutzplattenloch (112) auf der Befestigungsseite des Gehäuses ausgespart ist, wobei das Loch (112) eine längliche Querschnittsform aufweist, welche eine Breite aufweist, die größer ist als der Durchmesser der Schutzplatte (305), und wobei die Längsrichtung senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Bolzens (3) verläuft,
    - der Abstand zwischen der Seite des Stoppstiftes, welche gegen das innere Ende des Bolzens (3) stößt, und dem inneren Ende der Bohrung (108) größer ist als der Abstand zwischen der Innenseite der Schutzplatte (305) und der axial inneren Grenzfläche des Schutzplattenlochs (112), so dass die Schlossbaugruppe in Richtung des inneren Endes des Bohrung (108) mindestens um eine Distanz zu verdrängen ist, welche dem Abstand zwischen der Innenseite der Schutzplatte (305) und der axial inneren Grenzfläche des Schutzplattenlochs entspricht,
  9. Verschließbare Einheit (4), welche Wände und eine Tür (42) umfasst, welche einen eingegrenzten Raum umgeben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einheit ein Sicherheitsschloss nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8 umfasst,
