Zur Fixierung im Mantelstück 25 ist der Einsatz 24 mit Halteorganen 244 versehen, die sich in die Ausschnitte 250 des Mantelstücks 25 pressen. Der in das Mantelstück 25 eingefügte Einsatz 24 hält den Zusammenbau aus Feder 22 und beiden Fixierelementen 23 in Position. Jeweils ein Paar von Rastnasen 223 der Feder 22 greift drehbeweglich in ein zweites Halteorgan 233 am Fixierelement 23 ein. Der Einsatz 24 umgibt ebenfalls dreiseitig einen Freiraum 245, der zur Aufnahme eines Abschnitts der Vertikalstütze 1 bestimmt ist. Der Einsatz 24 und die Keilkontur 231 haben eine abriebschonende Oberfläche, um bei Berührung mit der Vertikalstütze 1 deren Oberfläche nur minimal zu beanspruchen.   1. A suspension device consisting of:

    b) a primary carrier (2) which can be engaged on the vertical support (1) with a docking part (21); wherein
    c) for engaging with the engagement contours (13), a pair of spring-mounted fixing elements (23), each having a wedge-shaped contour (231), is provided in the docking part (21);
    d) the docking part (21) comprises the front face (11) and also the two side faces (12) of the vertical support (1), characterized in that
    e) the vertical support (1) is a hollow profile, the engagement contours (13) are in the form of apertures and the fixing elements (23) are arranged so as to be able to be deflected about a respective vertical axis;

    a) the assembly made up of the spring (22) and both fixing elements (23) is held in position by an insert (24) which can engage with the jacket piece (25);
    b) the insert (24) has, for receiving the fixing elements (23) with their first holding members (230), window-like cutouts (240) each having an extension (243);
    c) the insert (24) has, for fixing in the jacket piece (25), holding members (244) which press into the cutouts (250) in the jacket piece (25); and

  5. The suspension device as claimed in at least one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the insert (24) and the wedge-shaped contour (231):
    a) have an abrasion-preventing surface in order on contact with the vertical support (1) to subject the surface thereof to only minimal stress; and
    b) are preferably composed of plastics material or are provided with a plastics material coating.
  6. The suspension device as claimed in at least one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that
    a) free-standing mounts or designs which are supported on a supporting structure are constructed with the vertical support (1) and primary carriers (2) engageable therewith; and
    b) the primary carriers (2) can for their part support secondary carriers (3).
