Claims (9)
- Machine à emballer destinée à fabriquer des emballages sous film plastique, présentant un bâti de machine étiré longitudinalement,- comprenant des films dirigés dans le bâti de machine de la machine à emballer,
dans lequel au moins un film est maintenu des deux côtés sur le bord extérieur du film dans respectivement une chaîne de transport de films (7), et la chaîne de transport de films (7) est dirigée dans le bâti de machine et peut être mise en circulation de manière cadencée par un système d'entraînement,- le bâti de machine présente au moins une station de scellage vers laquelle les films avec une marchandise à emballer contenue dedans sont amenés, laquelle présente au moins un plateau de scellage et au moins une lunette de scellage afin d'appliquer de manière cadencée une soudure de scellage (13) fermée à travers les films entourant la marchandise à emballer et- le bâti de machine présente en outre des dispositifs de découpe et/ou de perforation (3, 4) pour différencier les bandes de film scellées avec la marchandise à emballer contenue dedans pour fabriquer des emballages individuels (2) et les emballages individuels (2) présentent en-dehors de la soudure de scellage (13) au moins une zone pelable (8) prévue pour peler le film supérieur,
caractérisée en ce- le bâti de machine présente en outre un dispositif d'étiquetage (12) pour amener des étiquettes (9),- un premier dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (3) est prévu dans le sens de la marche, pour une séparation des emballages sous film plastique au moyen d'une découpe transversale en un groupe d'emballages, en particulier de 2 à 8 emballages individuels (2), lequel est maintenu sur les bords des films de la bande de film respectivement dans la chaîne de transport de films (7),- au moins un dispositif d'étiquetage (12) est prévu à la suite du premier dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (3) dans le sens de la marche (14), pour munir les emballages sous film plastique du groupe d'emballages d'une étiquette (9) au niveau de la zone pelable, en particulier d'une étiquette (9) par emballage sous film plastique, partiellement également en chevauchant le groupe d'emballages du groupe suivant ou précédent au niveau de la découpe transversale et/ou de la perforation transversale,- un deuxième dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (4) est prévu à la suite du dispositif d'étiquetage (12) dans le sens de la marche (14), pour différencier les emballages individuels (2) dans le sens longitudinal,- sachant que l'étiquette (9) est reliée durablement par collage ou soudage avec l'un des emballages individuels (2), alors que l'étiquette (9) sur l'emballage individuel (2) du groupe d'emballages voisin est simplement posée temporairement de manière lâche avec une zone (11) neutralisée. - Machine à emballer selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étiquetage (12) dote respectivement 4 emballages sous film plastique directement voisins d'une étiquette (9) respective, sachant que respectivement deux emballages sous film plastique sont dotés par recouvrement de l'étiquette (9) par collage et deux emballages individuels (2) sont dotés par recouvrement d'une étiquette (9) posée de manière lâche dessus, et le deuxième dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (4) dans le sens longitudinal différencie les emballages sous film plastique recouverts de l'étiquette (9) par collage et l'étiquette (9).
- Machine à emballer selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'étiquetage (12) présente en outre une imprimante pour imprimer les étiquettes individuellement, par exemple avec des informations sur la date de production, le lot du produit et/ou la date d'expiration, directement avant qu'elle ne soient apposées sur les emballages sous film plastique.
- Machine à emballer selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3, caractérisée en ce que l'étiquette (9) est appliquée sur le film supérieur (par le haut), sur le film inférieur (par le bas) ou bien par le haut et par le bas.
- Procédé de fabrication d'emballages sous film plastique avec des étiquettes (9) apposées comprenant une machine à emballer présentant un bâti de machine étiré en longueur,- comprenant des films dirigés dans le bâti de machine de la machine à emballer, dans lequel au moins un film est maintenu des deux côtés sur le bord extérieur du film dans respectivement une chaîne de transport de films (7), et la chaîne de transport de films (7) est dirigée dans le bâti de machine et peut être mise en circulation de manière cadencée par un système d'entraînement et- le bâti de machine présente au moins une station de scellage vers laquelle les films avec une marchandise à emballer contenue dedans sont amenés, laquelle présente au moins un plateau de scellage et au moins une lunette de scellage afin d'introduire de manière cadencée à travers les films une soudure de scellage (13) fermée entourant la marchandise à emballer et- le bâti de machine présente en outre des dispositifs de découpe et/ou de perforation (3, 4) pour différencier les bandes de film scellées avec la marchandise à emballer contenue dedans pour fabriquer des emballages individuels (2) et les emballages individuels (2) présentent en-dehors de la soudure de scellage (13) au moins une zone pelable (8) prévue pour peler le film supérieur,
caractérisé en ce que- le bâti de machine présente en outre un dispositif d'étiquetage (12) pour amener des étiquettes (9),- avec le premier dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (3) dans le sens de la marche, les emballages sous film plastique sont différenciés au moyen au moins d'une découpe transversale en un groupe d'emballages d'au moins deux emballages individuels (2) reliés, lequel est maintenu sur les bords des films de la bande de film respectivement dans la chaîne de transport de films (7),- au moins un dispositif d'étiquetage (12) est prévu à la suite du premier dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (3) dans le sens de la marche (14) et les emballages sous film plastique du groupe d'emballages sont munis d'au moins une étiquette (9) au niveau de la zone pelable, en chevauchant partiellement la découpe transversale et/ou la perforation transversale, et- le groupe d'emballage est différencié en emballages individuels (2) avec un deuxième dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (4) à la suite du dispositif d'étiquetage (12) dans le sens de la marche (14). - Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que l'étiquette (9) est reliée durablement par collage ou soudage avec un emballage individuel (2), alors que l'étiquette (9) est simplement posée de manière lâche avec sa zone (11) neutralisée sur le groupe d'emballages voisin, en particulier le groupe suivant ou précédent.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étiquetage (12) dote respectivement 4 emballages sous film plastique directement voisins d'une étiquette (9) respective, sachant que respectivement deux emballages sous film plastique sont dotés par recouvrement de l'étiquette (9) par collage et deux emballages individuels (2) sont dotés par recouvrement de l'étiquette (9) posée de manière lâche dessus, et le deuxième dispositif de découpe et/ou de perforation (4) dans le sens longitudinal différencie les emballages sous film plastique recouverts de l'étiquette (9) par collage et l'étiquette (9).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'étiquetage (12) présente en outre une imprimante pour imprimer les étiquettes (9) individuellement, par exemple avec des informations sur la date de production, le lot du produit et/ou la date d'expiration, directement avant qu'elles ne soient apposées sur les emballages sous film plastique.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, lorsqu'on appose l'étiquette (9), des éléments de support, en particulier mobiles, soutiennent les emballages individuels (2) de par l'autre côté, en particulier par le bas, de préférence dans la zone de collage de l'étiquette (9) et de préférence de manière cadencée.
