Claims (9)

  1. Système de commande de l'intensité lumineuse dans un tunnel routier ou dans toute autre ambiance ayant des caractéristiques similaires, désignées ci-après par zones d'éclairage commandées, sur la base de mesures denses de quantité internes se rapportant à un éclairage et d'autres paramètres physiques, comprenant :
    - un jeu de dispositifs d'éclairage ;
    - des moyens d'actionneur pour réguler le flux lumineux des dispositifs d'éclairage ;
    - des moyens de mesure interne pour mesurer des quantités se rapportant à un éclairage interne ;
    - des moyens de commande pour réguler les moyens d'actionneur ;
    - des moyens de mesure extérieure pour effectuer des mesures extérieures de l'ambiance à l'extérieur de la zone d'éclairage commandée ;
    caractérisé par
    - des moyens de définition de référence pour calculer dynamiquement une courbe de référence de points de réglage pour l'éclairage de la zone commandée sur la base des mesures extérieures et d'un jeu de limites et/ou de critères exigeant des niveaux d'éclairage bien définis
    - dans lequel les quantités se rapportant à un éclairage interne sont collectées par un réseau de capteurs sans fil et comprennent l'une des quantités suivantes :
    ■ luminance, éclairage, température, rayonnement infrarouge, rayonnement ultraviolet, pouvoir de réflexion des parois, du plancher et du plafond ;
    - dans lequel les mesures externes de l'ambiance à l'extérieur de la zone d'éclairage commandée comprennent l'une ou plusieurs des mesures suivantes :
    ■ mesure de luminance, mesure de trafic, conditions ambiante, climatique et physique ; présence de trafic ; vitesse du trafic et/ou densité ; conditions dangereuses telles que blocage du trafic dans le tunnel ou activités de sécurité en cours dans d'autres ambiances ; conditions ambiantes modifiées qui modifient la réaction de conducteurs (par exemple, neige, pluie, brouillard) ;
    - dans lequel les moyens de commande régulent les moyens d'actionneur, de manière à ce que les quantités internes mesurées se rapportant à un éclairage ne diffèrent pas de la courbe de référence de points de réglage de plus d'une quantité définie.
  2. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel le réseau de capteurs sans fil est un système de dispositifs de détection et de communication qui ne sont pas reliés par des fils de communications, mais communiquent par radio, par infrarouge, ou par tout autre moyen approprié ne reposant pas sur des fils, y compris des dispositifs qui sont alimentés par une source extérieure, des batteries internes, ou des systèmes de collecte de l'énergie ambiante (solaire, vent, vibrations, thermique, chimique, nucléaire, etc.), y compris mais sans limitation un système tel qu'il accumule l'énergie collectée dans une batterie ou dans un ultra-condensateur.
  3. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de contrôle sont mis en oeuvre par un ou par plusieurs PLCs.
  4. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de contrôle sont mis en oeuvre par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif ou système informatique général, y compris une mise en oeuvre répartie sur des ordinateurs multiples.
  5. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les moyens de commande sont mis en oeuvre par un algorithme réparti passant sur des dispositifs incorporés, y compris donc a) le cas dans lequel il est mis en oeuvre directement dans le réseau de capteurs sans fil et b) le cas dans lequel il est utilisé aussi pour commander les actionneurs des lampes.
  6. Système suivant la revendication 5, dans lequel des capteurs et des actionneurs sont intégrés dans un dispositif, y compris le cas de la colocalisation avec des dispositifs d'éclairage.
  7. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les mesures sont des mesures d'éclairage prises en des points sélectionnés de la zone d'éclairage commandée et dans lequel la transformation au point de référence réglé est effectuée par un calcul théorique.
  8. Système suivant la revendication 1, dans lequel les mesures sont des mesures de luminance.
  9. Procédé de commande de l'intensité lumineuse dans un tunnel routier ou dans toute autre ambiance ayant des caractéristiques similaires, désignées ci-après par zones d'éclairage commandées, sur la base de mesures denses de quantités se rapportant à un éclairage internes et d'autres paramètres physiques, comprenant les stades dans lesquels :
    - on se procure un jeu de dispositifs d'éclairage ;
    - on se procure des moyens d'actionneur pour réguler le flux lumineux des dispositifs d'éclairage ;
    - on se procure des moyens de mesure interne pour mesurer des quantités se rapportant à un éclairage interne ;
    - on se procure des moyens de commande pour réguler les moyens d'actionneur ;
    - on se procure des moyens de mesure extérieure pour effectuer des mesures extérieures de l'ambiance à l'extérieur de la zone d'éclairage commandée ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    - on se procure des moyens de définition de référence pour calculer dynamiquement une courbe de référence de points de réglage de l'éclairage de la zone commandée sur la base des mesures extérieures et d'un jeu de limites et/ou de critères exigeant des niveaux d'éclairage bien définis
    - on collecte les quantités se rapportant à un éclairage interne par un réseau de capteurs sans fil et dans lequel les quantités se rapportant à un éclairage interne comprennent l'une ou plusieurs des quantités suivantes :
    ■ luminance, éclairage, température, rayonnement infrarouge, rayonnement ultraviolet, pouvoir de réflexion des parois, du plancher et du plafond ;
    - on mesure les mesures exterieures de l'ambiance à l'extérieur de la zone d'éclairage commandée qui comprennent une ou plusieurs des mesures suivantes :
    ■ mesure de luminance, mesure de trafic, conditions ambiante, climatique et physique ; présence de trafic ; vitesse du trafic et/ou densité ; conditions dangereuses telles que blocage du trafic dans le tunnel ou activités de sécurité en cours dans d'autres ambiances ; conditions ambiantes modifiées qui modifient la réaction de conducteurs (par exemple, neige, pluie, brouillard) ;
    - par les moyens de commande, on régule les moyens d'actionneur, de manière à ce que les quantités mesurées se rapportant à un éclairage interne ne diffèrent pas de la courbe de référence de points de réglage de plus d'une quantité définie.
