Abstract

A household appliance, in particular a dish-rinsing or dish-washing machine, with a base support onto which the appliance unit is mounted and which is supported on a floor by means of appliance feet. In an exemplary embodiment of the invention, a least one appliance-foot support, which is connected to the base support by means of a tension element, is provided for the base support.

Description

The invention relates to a domestic appliance, in particular a dishwasher, according to the preamble of patent claim 1. DE-U-91 16 814 discloses a generic household appliance.

Household appliances usually have a base support or mounting floor, which carries device units. In dishwashers, among other things, the washing container, the drain pump and other equipment units can be mounted on the base support. In addition, the device feet are provided on the base plate to support the household appliance on the kitchen floor. The front feet are held in front projecting support arms of the base support and arranged approximately below a door to ensure a secure state of the household appliance.

In particular, in a variant-rich mass production of different sized household appliances, the geometric position of the front feet is to adjust in a complex manner the respective device variant.

The object of the present invention is to provide a domestic appliance, in particular a dishwasher, in which in particular the installation effort is reduced even with different device variants.

The object of the invention is solved by the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the invention are disclosed in the subclaims.

According to the characterizing part of claim 1, the base support is associated with at least one separate, a device base bearing base support. The base support is for easy installation via a clamping element with the base support in conjunction.

The base support can protrude in front of the base support in a device depth direction. In this case, corresponding contact surfaces of the base support and the base support can be in surface contact. With the from the base carrier to the front protruding base support the foot distances in the device depth direction for a safe device stand are advantageously increased.

In order to obtain a play-free surface contact between the abovementioned abutment surfaces in a simple manner, the tensioning element can be a pull lever. The pull lever pushes / pulls the device foot carrier with a predetermined tensile force against the contact surface of the base support.

In order to ensure a secure state of the household appliance on the feet, a backlash-free fixed clamping connection of the device base support on the base support is of great importance. A statically favorable introduction of force in the device foot is obtained when the pull lever is provided in a vertical direction below the contact surfaces of the base support and the base support. In this way, the upper part of the device base support - by supporting a tilting moment about the lower, play-free mounting of the clamping element - are supported transversely against the contact surface of the base support.

It is particularly preferred if the clamping element is formed of the same material and / or in one piece on the base support. In terms of manufacturing technology, it is preferred if the device base carrier together with the clamping element is a plastic injection-molded part.

The tensioning element can have an angled leg which, under the effect of the tensile force, can engage behind a counterstay formed in the base carrier. The clamping element can be elastically stretched in the installed position of the device base support to generate the tensile force. In contrast to the invention, such a play-free printing system between the base support and the base support can be made by a more complex screw.

Preferably, the device base carrier together with the clamping element form a U-shaped, open receiving profile, which is placed under construction of the tensile force on the base support counter-holder and this surrounds. In this case, the counter-holder can be clamped or clamped between a contact surface of the device foot carrier and the angled leg of the clamping element.

To build up the tensile force in the clamping element of the device foot carrier can be set in a tilting or pivoting movement on the anvil of the base support. In this tilting movement of the angled leg of the clamping element is guided along a contact edge or surface of the counter-holder under construction of the tensile force until the clamping element is located on the anvil.

To guide the tilting movement described above, the device base carrier can be placed with an angular portion of its U-shaped receiving profile on a facing contact edge of the counter-holder. The support foot facing the device base carrier thus forms a stationary pivot axis about which the device base carrier comes into guided tilting movement into engagement with the anvil.

In order to ensure a secure engagement of the clamping element with the counter-holder, a stiffening element is provided, whereby an undesirable deflection of the clamping element is prevented from its rest position.

The clamping element may also be associated with a latching connection, in particular with an elastically adjustable or deflectable latching hook. The latching connection ensures the mounting position of the device foot carrier, in which the clamping element engages under pretension the anvil. In this way, results between the base support and the base part a latching / clamping connection, which is easy to install / disassemble without additional screws.

The locking connection prevents unwanted disassembly movement of the device base carrier, in which the clamping element would be disengaged from the anvil. In particular, a pivoting movement of the clamping element is prevented from being engaged by the counter-holder.

For a protected against external influences connection, the clamping element and / or the latching hook of the device base support in installation position in an insertion shaft of the base support protrude. The latching hook can engage behind a first shaft wall of the insertion shaft. One of the first shaft wall opposite the second shaft wall can be easily provided by the counter-holder manufacturing technology.

In order to enable a simple disassembly of the device foot carrier from the base support in the case of customer service, the first shaft wall may have an opening for a tool access. The tool can push the latching hook in an unlocking position, whereby the device base carrier is releasable from its positional fixation and is pivotable together with the clamping element out of engagement of the counter-holder.

In the Fig. 1 is shown in a rough schematic side sectional view of the bottom portion of a household appliance with a front foot 1 and a rear foot 3. The rear base 3 protrudes on the bottom side by a base support 5. Both feet 1 and 3 support the household appliance on the floor 7 from.

The base support 5 carries device units of the household appliance, not shown. The device foot carrier 13 has according to the Fig. 2 a threaded channel 15 in which the device foot 1 is guided in height adjustable with its threaded shank. The device base support 13 may additionally carry a front plinth panel, not shown, which closes the dishwasher decorative down. The plinth panel can be pushed on the front of the two base support 13, for example.

The latching / clamping connection 14 described above between the base support 13 and the base support 5 has according to the Fig. 2 to 4 a latching hook 18 and a clamping lever 19 as a tensioning element. The pull lever 19 engages in the assembled state of Fig. 1 and 4 with an angled leg 21 under tensile force F _z a molded onto the base support 5 counter-holder 23, whereby the device base support 13 is firmly clamped in a simple manner with the base support 5.

The pull lever 19 forms together with its leg 21 and a vertical receiving surface 25 of the device base support 13 a downwardly open U-shaped receiving profile 26. The latching hook 18 and the pull lever 19 protrude perpendicularly from the contact surface 25 of the device base support 13 from.

The counter-holder 23 is clamped or clamped on the basis of the tensile force F _z acting in the receiving profile 26 between the contact surface 25 of the device base support 13 and the Zughebel-leg 21. As a result, the pull lever 21 biases the device base carrier 13 backlash against the base support 5, as otherwise can only be achieved by a much more expensive screw. Between the receiving profile 26 of the respective device base support 13 and the counter-holder 23 of the base support 5 results in a "tilting axis", around which a weighting moment G causes a tilting moment, which with the tilting force F _K the device base support 13 against the contact surface 27 of the base support 5 presses. The device foot support 13 is therefore supported with the horizontally acting tilting force F _K against the contact surface 27 of the base support 5.

In order to ensure a reliable engagement of the pull lever 19 with the anvil 23 during assembly, oblique stiffening walls 27 are provided between the contact surface 25 of the device base support 13 and the pull lever 19, so that the pull lever 19 can not deflect upwards.

In contrast to the stiffened by the stiffening walls 27 pull lever 19, the latching hook 18 of the device base support 13 are elastically deflected. According to the in the Fig. 1 shown installation position, the latching hook 18 engages behind a side wall 29 of the base support 5, whereby the clamping connection secured and the device base support 13 is fixed in position. The latching hook 18 is also not acted upon by additional mechanical loads due to the weight G.

The side wall 29 of the base support 5 forms together with the anvil 23 a horizontally open to the front insertion chute 31, in which the latching hook 18 and the Protrude pull lever 19.

For mounting the device base support 13 on the base support 5 are in accordance with the Fig. 3 the latching hooks 18 and the pull lever 19 are swiveled under a pivoting movement I into the insertion chute 31 of the base support 5. In order to achieve a guided pivoting movement I, according to the Fig. 2 an angle portion of the U-shaped receiving profile 26 of the device base support 13 against a lower contact edge 33 of the insertion chute 31 are recognized. The contact edge 33 thus serves as a pivot axis for the pivotal movement I. During the pivotal movement I, the leg 21 of the pull lever 19 along a lying in the insertion chuck 31 contact edge 35 of the counter-holder 23 under construction of the tensile force F _Z pivoted down until the pull lever 19 in the installed position lies on the counter-holder 23 and the latching hook 18 in its locking position, the side wall 29 engages behind.

In the side wall 29, an access opening 37 is provided. To disassemble the device base support 13 in case of service, a tool can deflect the latching hook 18 from its locking position into an unlocking position through the access opening 37. In the unlocking position of the latching hook 18, the device base carrier 13 can be pivoted against the pivoting movement I out of the insertion chute 31.

Claims (11)

1. Domestic appliance, particularly dishwasher or washing machine, with a base support (5), on which appliance units are mounted and which is supported by way of appliance feet (1, 3) on a base (7), wherein at least one appliance foot carrier (13) carrying an appliance foot (1) is associated with the base support (5), characterised in that the appliance foot carrier (13) is connected with the base support (5) by way of a clamping element (19).
2. Domestic appliance according to claim 1, characterised in that the clamping element (19) is a draw lever which urges the appliance foot carrier (13) against the base support (5) by a tension or traction force (F_Z).
3. Domestic appliance according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the clamping element (19) is connected with the appliance foot carrier (13) particularly in unitary material manner and/or integrally.
4. Domestic appliance according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the clamping element (19) has an angled limb (21) which engages behind a counter-holder (23) at the base support (5) under the tension force (F_z).
5. Domestic appliance according to claim 4, characterised in that the counter-holder (23) of the base support (5) is clipped or clamped in place under the action of the tension force (F_Z) between the appliance foot carrier (13) and the angled limb (21) of the clamping element (19).
6. Domestic appliance according to one of claims 4 and 5, characterised in that the appliance foot carrier (13) together with the clamping element (19) forms a preferably U-shaped open receiving profile (26) which engages around the counter-holder (23) under formation of the tension force (F_Z).

Domestic appliance according to any one of claims 4, 5 and 6, characterised in that the clamping element (19) can be brought in a tipping or pivot movement (I) into engagement with the counter-holder (23) in which the angled limb (21) of the clamping element (19) is pivotable along a contact edge (35) of the counter-holder (23) under build-up of the tension force (F_z) on the counter-holder (23).
8. Domestic appliance according to claim 7, characterised in that for formation of a pivot axis the appliance foot carrier (13) can be placed against a bearing edge (33) of the counter-holder (23).
9. Domestic appliance according to any one of claims 2 to 8, characterised in that at least one reinforcing element (27) is associated with the clamping element (19).
10. Domestic appliance according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that a detent connection (18, 29) securing the installed position of the appliance foot carrier (13) is associated with the clamping element (19).
11. Domestic appliance according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the clamping element (19) and/or a detent hook (18) of the detent connection projects, in the mounted state, into an insertion shaft (31) of the base support (5).
