Description

Aus der G 88 10 829 U1 ist eine Falzmaschine bekannt, die eine Schutzhaube aufweist, die außer dem Parallelbruch auch den Kreuzbruch abdeckt. Die Schutzhaube weist einlassseitig einen Bügel auf, an dem sie an dem Gestell der Falzmaschine angelenkt ist. Zur Erleichterung der Öffnungs- bzw. Schließbewegung der Schallschutzhaube ist einlassseitig eine Gaszugfeder an einem an der Schutzhaube angeordneten Vorsprung angelenkt. An dem dem Vorsprung gegenüberliegenden Ende weist die Gaszugfeder eine Öse zur Anlenkung am Falzmaschinengestell auf. Die Schutzhaube wird beim Öffnen und Schließen von Hand verschwenkt, wobei die Gaszugfeder die dazu aufzubringenden Handkräfte verringert. Aufgrund ihrer Größe ist die Schutzhaube sehr schwer. Auch wenn durch die Gaszugfeder die Handkräfte verringert werden, sind hohe Bedienkräfte erforderlich. Außerdem muss die Schutzhaube nicht für jeden Bedienerzugriff ganz geöffnet werden. In diesen Fall ist es nachteilig, wenn die Schutzhaube nur zwei stabile Stellungen hat. Dieses Problem wird zum Teil durch eine zusätzliche Rastposition gelöst. Den erfindungsgemäßen Falzmaschinen liegt das gemeinsame Prinzip zugrunde, durch die Bewegung des Rollenhebels auf der Kurvenbahn sicherzustellen, dass sich die Schutzhaube in allen Schwenkstellungen im Gleichgewicht befindet, wobei sie sich nicht selbständig ohne Bedienkraft aus einer entsprechenden Stellung bewegt. Die Schutzhaube kann mit sehr geringen Bedienkräften angehoben bzw. gesenkt werden.
