Abstract
Description
- Our invention is related with a magnetic fuel regulating and saving device which provides more power and performance with the same amount of fuel in ovens, boilers, melting pot, land vehicles and vessels, generators and industrial facilities using liquid and gas fuel, owing to better combustion.
- The resources of fuel used in internal combustion engines are going down at the present time and therefore it is a necessity to use these fuels economically and efficiently to the utmost. That is why fuel saving methods and devices are being developed by using many methods and processes. Within these fuel saving devices, magnetic systems have a fundamental role. Compared to the other systems, magnetic systems are more advantageous due to being continuous and being installed only once.
- The magnetic performance increasing methods used today are increasing the performance firstly by developing a magnetic field, then developing resonance between the large hydrocarbon molecules present in the fossil fuels, then weakening inner molecular and inter molecular bonds with the help of this resonance, and increasing the bonding of oxygen molecules to these weakened bonds when the fuel reaches the combustion chamber. In addition to these, it helps the environmental protection by decreasing the unburned fuel amount being exhausted. In the present system, the performance increases parallel to the increase in magnetic power being used. Therefore, as the magnetic field is increased, the inter molecular resonance will increase and the combustion performance of the fuel will also increase in parallel.

- The magnetic material used in our invention, namely the galvanized sheet iron plate (3) positioned behind the neodymium plate (5), serves as the assembly duct in which the neodymium plate is inserted and increases the magnetic power in front of the neodymium plate (5) by being positioned behind the neodymium plate (5). Thus, by increasing the resonance between the molecules, a better combustion and more performance and energy is gained as a result. In addition to these, as a result of the increase in the combustion efficiency, less environmental pollution is created. Behind the galvanized sheet iron plate (3) and neodymium plate (5) , also a copper plate (4) is positioned to prevent magnetic reflection. At the same time, this turns back the magnetic flux going to the dead zone in an amount of 60 % and thus increases the power of the product and decreases the magnetic reflection going to the dead zone. In addition, by increasing the area of neodymium plate (5) and galvanized sheet iron (3) in the industrial model, more power is obtained compared to the counterparts.
- Depending on the type of the application, by increasing the area of neodymium plate (5) and galvanized sheet iron (3), different models may be used in processes requiring different magnetic powers.
In DHP-3 model which is designed to be used in high capacity industrial equipments, two neodymium plates (5) having the dimensions 28*10 are used.
In DHP-2 model which is designed to be used in lower capacity industrial equipments, two neodymium plates (5) having the dimensions 25*10 are used.
The model which is manufactured in small dimensions and having one neodymium plate (5) with a dimension of 28*10 is used in vehicles having a cylinder volume between 2200 cc and 5800 cc.

Claims (2)
- Our invention is a magnetic fuel saving device characterized in having a heat resistant plastic body (1), a heat resistant plastic lid (2), a sheet copper (4) to turn back the magnetic flux going to the dead zone, a neodymium plate (5) to create magnetic field and a galvanized sheet iron plate (3) to increase the magnetic power.
- Our invention is a magnetic fuel saving device characterized in being also used as water conditioner and lime preventer.
