  • Said measuring device (C) being positioned downstream of said microwave emitting devices (Mx) and therefore of said dehumidified band (Fx), continues measuring said humidity profile (P) and, according to the measured values, deactivates said microwave emitting devices (Mx) or modifies their power so that the paper (F) is correctly dehumidified.
  • Said electronic unit (S) processes said data concerning said humidity profile (P), identifying also peak values (P2) that are lower than a reference value or value interval and, through said PLC control unit (R) of said microwave emitting devices (M), deactivates and/or modulates the power of one or more of said microwave emitting devices (Mx) that act on said portions of paper (F) aligned, along said direction (X) of the production line, with the portions of said measurement section (F2) corresponding to said peak values (P2).

Claims (2)

  1. Système pour le réglage et le contrôle du contenu d'humidité dans le papier (F) durant le cycle productif dans des installations pour la production de papier, comprenant un ou plusieurs dispositifs aptes à déshumidifier ledit papier (F), lesdits dispositifs de déshumidification comprenant un ou plusieurs dispositifs (M, Mx) qui émettent des microondes à fréquence contrôlée et qui sont aptes à traiter au moins une zone du papier (F) durant le coulissement dudit papier (F), à hauteur d'au moins une section (F1) à traiter disposée transversalement (Y) par rapport à la direction de coulissement (X) dudit papier (F), ledit système comprenant en outre :
    • un ou plusieurs dispositifs de détection (C) aptes à déterminer le profil d'humidité (P) dudit papier (F) le long d'au moins une section transversale de détection (F2), et où ladite section de détection (F2) est positionnée en aval de la zone à déshumidifier et desdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (M) par rapport à ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production ;
    • au moins une unité électronique (S) apte à recevoir des données d'un ou plusieurs desdits dispositifs de détection (C) de façon à déterminer ledit profil d'humidité (P), à élaborer lesdites données identifiant les valeurs de crête (P1) supérieures à une valeur ou un intervalle de valeurs de référence et, au moyen d'au moins une centrale de contrôle PLC (R) desdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (M), à activer/désactiver et/ou à modifier la puissance d'un ou plusieurs desdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (Mx) qui n'agissent que sur des portions (F1x) de ladite section (F1) à traiter alignée, le long de ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production, avec des portions (F2x) de ladite section de détection (F2) correspondant auxdites valeurs de crête (P1),
    et où, en combinaison avec le mouvement d'alimentation du papier dans ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production, lesdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (Mx) génèrent une bande déshumidifiée (Fx), ladite bande (Fx) étant parallèle à ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production et ayant une largeur essentiellement égale à ladite portion de section (F1x) à traiter, caractérisé en ce que lesdits dispositifs déshumidifiants (M) sont installés sur une tête (T) qui se déplace en direction transversale (Y) par rapport à ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production, de façon à ce que lesdits dispositifs déshumidifiants (M) sont positionnés seulement à hauteur d'un ou plusieurs points ou portions (F1x) de ladite section (F1) à traiter.
  2. Système pour le réglage et le contrôle d'au moins le contenu d'humidité du papier (F) durant le cycle productif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite unité électronique (S) élabore lesdites données relatives au profil d'humidité (P), identifiant les valeurs de crête (P2) qui sont inférieures à une valeur ou un intervalle de valeurs de référence et, au moyen de ladite unité de contrôle PLC (R) desdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (M), active/désactive et/ou modifie la puissance d'un ou plusieurs desdits dispositifs émettant des microondes (M) qui agissent sur des portions de papier (F) alignées, le long de ladite direction (X) de la ligne de production, avec les portions de ladite section de détection (F2) correspondant auxdites valeurs de crête (P2).
