Description
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine wässrige Mischung sowie deren Verwendung in der Holz-, Bau- und Metallindustrie.The present invention is an aqueous mixture and their use in the wood, construction and metal industries.
In der Bauindustrie werden Trennmittel eingesetzt um Verschalungen nach Abbinden von Beton leichter zu lösen. Dazu werden üblicherweise mineralische Öle eingesetzt, die aus Umweltschutzgründen nicht unbedenklich sind. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit Gleitmitteln, die in der Holzindustrie eingesetzt werden wie auch Kühl-, und Bohrflüssigkeiten für Zerspannungsvorgänge in der Metallindustrie. Des weiteren kommen Trennmittel in der Kunststoffindustrie zum Einsatz. Eine Aufgabe der Erfindung bestand darin umweltfreundlichere Mittel bereitzustellen, die die genannten Nachteile der im Stand der Technik verwendeten Mittel nicht aufweisen und in unterschiedlichen Bereichen der Technik eingesetzt werden können.In the construction industry, release agents are used to more easily release moldings after setting concrete. Im Gegensatz zu den in der Bauindustrie als Trennmittel üblichen mineralischen Ölen ist die erfindungsgemäße Mischung nicht brennbar. Dadurch wird in vorteilhafter Weise ein Verkleben von Maschinen und Bauteilen in der Holz verarbeitenden Industrie vermieden. Ebenso werden mit der erfindungsgemäßen Mischung behandelte Flächen nicht nachhaltig verschmutzt. Eine unbedenkliche Handhabung ist ermöglicht, da keine Sicherheitsvorschriften, wie sie bei brennbaren Mitteln vorhanden sind, bestehen. Eine Rissbildung wird vermieden, wodurch eine langfristige Wirksamkeit erzielt wird.
