Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Matrixsteckverbinder, insbesondere einen hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinder, gemäß dem Oberbegriff von Anspruch 1.
  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Matrixsteckverbinder mit integrierter flexibler Leiterplatte die über eine Kontaktmatrix verfügt. Der erfindungsgemäße Steckverbinder umfasst daher ein Matrixsteckverbinderpaar mit einem ersten Matrixsteckverbinder mit einer ersten flexiblen Leiterplatte und einer ersten Kontaktmatrix und einem zweiten Steckverbinderpaar mit einer zweiten Leiterplatte und einer zweiten Kontaktmatrix, welche korrespondierend ausgebildet ist zur ersten Kontaktmatrix und diese kontaktieren kann. Die Erfindung betrifft daher einen lösbaren Matrixsteckverbinder zur berührbaren Verbindung von Leiterplatten, insbesondere flexiblen Leiterplatten.
  • Im Stand der Technik sind bereits Matrixsteckverbinder mit hochpoligen Kontaktanordnungen, die flächig und korrespondierend zueinander ausgebildet sind, bekannt.
  • Die CA 2 490 096 zeigt beispielsweise einen Matrixsteckverbinder gebildet aus einer ersten Kontaktmatrix mit ausgebildeten Kontaktstiften und einer zweiten Matrix mit Kontaktlöchern, in die der Matrixsteckverbinder mit den Kontaktstiften eintauchen kann, zur lösbaren Verbindung und zur Kontaktierung mit dem zweiten Matrixsteckverbinder, sprich dem Matrixboxensteckverbinder.
  • In der DE 3 215 191 wird eine Kontaktmatrix offenbart, in der Kontakte zwischen den Kontaktmatrixfeldern, beziehungsweise deren Kontaktstellen, die als offene Kontaktstellen ausgebildet sind, mittels Überbrückungsstempel an korrespondierende Kontaktstellen, im Wesentlichen über Tastenbetätigung, verbunden werden können, so dass Strompfade hergestellt werden können, durch lokale und punktuelle Verbindung verschiedener Kontaktpunkte der Kontaktmatrix mit den korrespondierenden Kontaktstellen. Dieser Anordnung liegt die Eigenheit zu Grunde, dass die Kontaktmatrix mit offenen Kontaktstellen in einer flexiblen Anschlussleitung angeordnet ist und diese nicht in die korrespondierende Kontaktanordnung eintauchen muss.
  • EP 1 204 169 offenbart einen Matrixsteckverbinder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Im Stand der Technik sind weitere ähnliche Kontaktanordnungen bekannt, denen alle das Problem zu Grunde liegt, dass mit steigender Anzahl von Kontakten in einem Matrixsteckverbinder, insbesondere bei eintauchenden Kontakten, die Kontaktkräfte wesentlich ansteigen und dadurch die Steck- und Ziehkräfte negativ bei einem solchen Matrixsteckverbinder beeinflusst werden.
  • Weiterer Nachteil solcher Matrixsteckverbinder ist die Problematik der Toleranzen und damit der Lage korrespondierender Kontaktpaare in einer jeweiligen gegenüberliegenden Kontaktmatrix. Sind die korrespondierenden Kontakte nicht korrekt aufeinander ausgerichtet, so kommt es entweder nicht zu einer Kontaktierung, beziehungsweise lässt sich der Matrixsteckverbinder nicht betätigen und stecken. Auch bedingt die herstellungs- und fertigungsbedingte Toleranz nach wie vor eine erhöhte Steck- und Ziehkraft. Weiterer Nachteil der bekannten Matrixsteckverbinder liegt darin, dass sich die Kontaktnormalkraft über das gesamte Kontaktfeld nicht beliebig einstellen lässt.
  • Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Matrixsteckverbinder derart bereit zu stellen, bei dem die Kontaktnormalkräfte skalierbar und einstellbar sind, bei gleichzeitig verbesserter Kontaktierung und beim Erreichen einer höheren Kontaktsicherheit.
  • Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gelöst, dass ein Matrixsteckverbinder bereitgestellt wird, in den flexible Leiterplatten integriert werden, die jeweils über eine Kontaktmatrix verfügen, die sich mit einer korrespondierenden Kontaktmatrix des Gegensteckens berührend verbinden lässt, wobei bei einem der Steckverbinderpaare des Matrixsteckverbinder die flexible Leiterplatte in federnde Gehäuseeinsätze integriert werden. Die Gehäuseeinsätze verfügen dabei über Führungsstifte, die das Ausrichten des Matrixsteckverbinders, insbesondere der Kontaktmatrix mit der korrespondierenden Kontaktmatrix bewerkstelligen. Diese Gehäuseeinsätze werden federnd in einem weiteren Gehäuse eingebracht, in welchem ein weiteres Führungsmittel vorhanden ist, zur Ausrichtung der Gehäuseeinsätze zum korrespondierenden Matrixsteckverbinder und damit zur korrespondieren Kontaktmatrix. Der erfindungsgemäße hochpolige Matrixsteckverbinder umfasst daher ein Steckverbinderpaar, aus einem ersten Steckverbinder, welcher die Gehäuseeinsätze und ein darin gelagertes Paar flexibler Leiterplatten mit ihrer Kontaktmatrix federnd aufnimmt, sowie einem korrespondierendem Matrixsteckverbinder, umfassend ein weiteres Paar von Leiterplatten, vorzugsweise flexible Leiterplatten und einem Führungsmittel, welches in das korrespondierende Führungsmittel des Gehäuses des ersten Matrixsteckverbinderpaares passt. Dadurch verfügt der Steckverbinder, sprich der Matrixsteckverbinder über erste Führungsmittel, die dafür sorgen, dass die Kontaktmatrixfelder der Steckverbinderpaare des hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinders zueinander ausgerichtet werden und einem zweiten Führungsmittel, was dafür sorgt, dass die Gehäuse der Matrixsteckverbinderpaare ebenfalls zueinander ausgerichtet werden. Durch Anordnung verschiedener Kontaktmatrizen in diesem hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinder lassen sich daher eine Vielzahl von Kontaktierungsmatrizen mit flexiblen Leiterplatten herstellen, die bedingt durch ihre federnde Gehäuseeinsätze mit unterschiedlichen Kontaktfederkräften beaufschlagt werden können.
  • Der erfindungsgemäße Matrixsteckverbinder eignet sich insbesondere für Anwendungen in der Ultraschalltechnik und zur Kontaktierung und zur Gewinnung von Bildern im Ultraschallverfahren. Um die Kontaktsicherheit im gesteckten Zustand eines erfindungsgemäßen Matrixsteckverbinderpaares zu verbessern, kann einer der Führungsmittel so ausgebildet sein, dass dieses über eine Codierung und eine Verriegelung verfügt. Bevorzugt werden die Gehäuseeinsätze mit Schraubenfedern ausgebildet, insbesondere mit mehreren Schraubenfedern, um eine stabile und damit auf die Abmessung der Gehäuseeinsätze verteilte Federkraft zu bewirken. In einer vorteilhaften Weiterbildung der Erfindung werden die flexiblen Leiterbahnen an mehreren geeigneten Stellen, insbesondere durch Passbänder mit den Gehäuseeinsätzen verbunden und sicher in ihrer Lage gehalten. Vorzugsweise werden neben den Passbändern weitere im Wesentlichen schraubenförmige Verbindungen an den flexiblen Leiterplattenelementen angebracht um dieses mit den Gehäuseeinsätzen zu verbinden.
  • In einer weiteren vorteilhaften Ausbildung des erfindungsgemäßen Matrixsteckverbinders verfügen die Gehäuseeinsätze an ihren Seiten über mehrere Führungsrippen, die zusätzlich zur genauen Ausrichtung der Kontaktmatrizen zueinander beitragen. Weitere Vorteile und zweckmäßige Ausführung der Erfindung sind in den weiteren Ansprüchen der Figurenbeschreibung und der Zeichnung erläutert. Es zeigen:
    • Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht eines Teils eines Matrixsteckverbinders mit eingebrachten flexiblen Leiterbahnen, die jeweils über ein Kontaktmatrix verfügen,
    • Fig. 2 eine zu Fig. 1 leicht gedrehte perspektivische Ansicht, der in Fig. 1 gezeigten flexiblen Leiterbahnen und federnde Gehäuseeinsätzen,
    • Fig. 3 eine perspektivische Ansicht zur Fig. 1 korrespondierenden Matrixsteckverbinderelement.
  • Die im Wesentlichen übereinstimmenden Merkmale des Matrixsteckverbinders werden in allen Figuren mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet. Ähnliche Merkmale werden mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen, aber zusätzlich mit kleinen Buchstaben versehen, bezeichnet; unterschiedliche Merkmale werden mit unterschiedlichen Bezugszeichen bezeichnet.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Matrixsteckverbinder 1, insbesondere einen hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinder. Steckverbinder sind gattungsgemäß aus zwei steckbaren Teilen aufgebaut, von denen ein erster als freier Steckverbinder, wie in Fig. 3 gezeigt, ausgebildet ist und ein zweiter als Anbausteckverbinder, zum Anbau an einem Gehäuse, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, ausgeführt werden. Solche Steckverbinderpaare werden allgemein als Steckverbinder oder in dem vorliegenden Fall als Matrixsteckverbinder bezeichnet. Der Matrixsteckverbinder, gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung, wird im Folgenden in seinen Teilen beschrieben.
  • Matrixsteckverbinder (Anbausteckverbinder)
  • Fig. 1 zeigt einen erfindungsgemäßen Matrixsteckverbinder beziehungsweise ein Teil eines erfindungsgemäßen Matrixsteckverbinders 1, umgeben von einem Anbaugehäuse 2. Das Anbaugehäuse 2 ist im Wesentlichen so ausgebildet, dass es über ein Gehäuseflansch 4 verfügt, der im Wesentlichen eben ausgebildet ist und über die Kontur des Anbaugehäuses 2 hinaus kragt. Dadurch lässt sich ein solcher Matrixsteckverbinder 1 in eine entsprechende Gehäuseöffnung eines nicht dargestellten Gerätes oder Gehäuses einführen. Der Gehäuseflansch 4 verfügt ferner an seinen Ecken über Montageöffnungen 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d, die dazu dienen, dass Anbaugehäuse mit den darin befindlichen Kontaktmatrizen 13 in eine dafür vorgesehene Gehäuseöffnung einzuführen und anhand der Montageöffnungen mit diesem fest zu verbinden. Weiterhin verfügt das Anbaugehäuse 2 über eine aus dem Flansch herauskragenden, abstehenden umlaufenden Kammerwand 7, welche einerseits umfangsgeschlossen ist und andererseits in ihrer Mitte über einen Steg 8 verbunden ist. Die Kammerwand 7 ist so an dem Anbaugehäuse 2 ausgebildet, dass Öffnungen zur Aufnahme von Gehäuseeinsätzen 18 gebildet werden, einerseits von der Kammerwand 7 und andererseits von dem Steg 8, sowie den Seitenwänden des Anbaugehäuse 2, die sich über die gesamte Höhe des Anbaugehäuses erstrecken. Im Steg 8 und in den seitlichen Abschnitten der Kammerwand 7 befinden sich Ausnehmungen 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d, die dazu dienen, einen Gehäuseeinsatz in einer vorgegebenen Richtung zu positionieren, der dazu geeignet ist, in das Anbaugehäuse 2 aufgenommen zu werden. Der erfindungsgemäße Matrixsteckverbinder 1 verfügt neben dem Anbaugehäuse 2 über darin eingesetzte Gehäuseeinsätze 18, die in ihrer Abmessung auf die Öffnungen in dem Anbaugehäuse und die darin befindlichen Aufnahmen 5 in die Ausnehmungen 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d abgestimmt sind. Wie in Fig. 1 ferner gezeigt, verfügt der Steg 8 über eine Führungsöffnung 9, in der sich wiederum eine Nut 10 über die Höhe des Steges 8 befindet. Diese Führungsöffnung 9 dient unter anderem dazu, den in Fig. 3 dargestellten Teil des Matrixsteckersverbinders korrekt gegenüber dem Anbaugehäuse zu positionieren, was dazu führt, dass die Kontakte, die zueinander korrespondierend angeordnet sind, korrekt in ihrer Lage zueinander ausgerichtet werden. In das Anbaugehäuse 2 sind, wie in Fig. 1 gezeigt, die Kontaktmatrizen 13, welche Bestandteil flexibler Leiterplatten 11a, 11b sind, eingebracht. Die Kontaktmatrizen 13 verfügen über eine Vielzahl von in einem festen Raster angeordneten Kontaktelementen 14, die sich an der Oberfläche der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11b befinden. Wie in Fig. 2 deutlich gezeigt, sind die Gehäuseeinsätze 18 mit den flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11 b derart bestückt, dass sich die Abschnitte der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11b, die über die Kontaktmatrix 13 verfügen, auf der Oberseite der Gehäuseeinsätze 18 befinden, während der restliche Teil der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11 b so um die Gehäuseeinsätze 18 gebogen sind, dass diese von unten in das Anbaugehäuse 2 einführbar sind. Erfindungsgemäß verfügen die Gehäuseeinsätze 18 über zwei seitlich angebrachte Führungsrippen 20a, 20b, wobei die Führungsrippen 20b geeignet sind, in die Ausnehmungen 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d der Anbaugehäuse 2 einzutauchen und die Führungsrippen 20a, 20b zusätzlich an weiteren Führungsebenen geführt werden können. Darüber hinaus verfügen die Gehäuseeinsätze 18 über Federaufnahmen 22, die sich im Wesentlichen als kreisrunde, zylindrische Federaufnahmen 22 unterhalb der Gehäuseeinsätze 18 nach unten erstrecken, zur Aufnahme von Federn 21. Vorzugsweise werden an jedem Gehäuseeinsatz 18 zwei im wesentlichen symmetrisch ausgebildete Federaufnahme 22 ausgebildet, die jeweils eine Feder 21 aufnehmen. Die Feder 21 wird in die Federaufnahme 22 einseitig eingeführt und kann sich auf der Gegenseite an einem dazu geeigneten Punkt abstützen, welcher beispielsweise durch eine Kontur in dem Gehäuse bereitgestellt werden kann. Werden die Gehäuseeinsätze mit den eingebrachten flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11b aus Fig. 2 in das Gehäuse aus Fig. 1 eingesetzt, so sind diese dort federn und beweglich gelagert und können entlang den Ausnehmungen 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d über einen definierten Weg auf- und ab federn. Dadurch wird erreicht, dass im gesteckten Zustand, wobei der Matrixsteckverbinder 1 aus Fig. 1 mit dem Matrixsteckverbinder 25 aus Fig. 2 zueinander gesteckt ist, die Kontakt-Normalkraft, die notwendig ist zur Kontaktierung der Kontaktelemente 14 der korrespondiernden Kontaktmatrizen 13 aufgebracht wird. Durch geeignete Auswahl der Feder 21, lässt sich erfindungsgemäß die Federkraft und damit die Kontaktanpresskraft eines solchen Matrixsteckverbinders definiert einstellen und auf die gegebene Applikation ausrichten. Insbesondere bei Erhöhung der Anzahl der Kontaktelement 14 in der Kontaktmatrix 13, können durch erhöhte Federkräfte der Feder 21 die Kontakteigenschaften eines solchen hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinders optimiert und verbessert werden. Zum besseren Halt der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11b an den Gehäuseeinsätzen 18, wird ferner ein Passband 19 seitlich oberhalb an der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11 b bereitgestellt und mit den Gehäuseeinsätzen 18 verbunden. Dadurch wird die zwischen dem Passband 19 und der Oberfläche des Gehäuseeinsatzes 18 liegende flexible Leiterplatte, beziehungsweise der dazwischen liegende Leiterplattenabschnitt, mit einer definierten Kraft verpresst und gegen verrutschen oder verschieben gesichert. Zur weiteren Positionierung und Ausrichtung der flexiblen Leiterplatte in dem hochpoligen Matrixsteckverbinder 1, werden an den jeweiligen flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11 b seitlich Laschen 15 angebracht, die wiederum unterbrochen werden durch eine im Wesentlichen U-förmige Öffnung, zum Hindurchragen von weiteren Führungsmitteln 23. Die Laschen 15 werden mit dem Gehäuseeinsatz 18 mittels Verbindungsmittel 16, vorzugsweise mittels Schrauben, verbunden. Dadurch lässt sich in Verbindung mit den eben erwähnten Passbändern 19 eine exakte Lage der flexiblen Leiterplatten 11a, 11 b in Bezug auf den Gehäuseeinsatz 18 definieren und festlegen. Die Führungsmittel 23, die an den Seiten der Gehäuseeinsätze 18 angebracht sind, dienen wiederum zur korrekten und exakten Ausrichtung der Gehäuseeinsätze 18, in Bezug auf das Anbaugehäuse 2 und damit im Bezug auf das zu dem Anbaugehäuse 2 korrespondierenden Matrixsteckverbinderpaar 1 b aus Fig. 3. Die Führungsmittel 23 sind vorzugsweise als im Wesentlichen zylinderförmige Stifte ausgebildet, die an ihren Enden etwas zugespitzt zulaufen, zur Findung korrespondierender Löcher und damit zur Selbstausrichtung des Steckverbinders beim Steckvorgang. Wie insbesondere in Fig. 3 deutlich zu sehen ist, verfügt der Matrixsteckverbinder 1 mit seinem zweiten Matrixsteckverbinderteil 1b über ein weiteres Führungsmittel 23, welches im Wesentlichen im Zentrum des zweiten Matrixsteckverbinderteils 1 b positioniert ist. Dieses Führungsmittel 23 ist ebenfalls als im Wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Stift ausgebildet mit einer zugespitzten Ende, sowie einem Steg entlang über die Höhe des Stiftes, welcher in die aus Fig. 1 gezeigte Nut 10 in der Führungsöffnung 9 eintauchen kann. Dadurch ist gewährleistet, dass der Steckverbinder, insbesondere der hier gezeigte Matrixsteckverbinder 1, nicht verkehrt, also in einer 180° verdrehten Position gesteckt werden kann. Die Nut 10 hat damit die Aufgabe einer Polarisierung und korrekten Ausrichtung des zweiten Steckverbinderteils 1 b mit dem ersten Steckverbinderteil 1 a, also des gesamten Matrixsteckverbinders 1. Das zweite Matrixsteckverbinderteil 1b verfügt über ein Gehäuse 26, in welche in eine Vertiefung 27, also nach hinten zurück versetzt, die korrespondierenden Kontaktmatrizen 13 angebracht sind. Diese Kontaktmatrizen können als feste, massive Leiterplatten, wie hier gezeigt, ausgebildet werden mit einer Vielzahl von Kontaktelementen 14, die an der Oberfläche der Leiterplatten 28a, 28b liegen oder aber auch in geeigneter Weise durch flexible Leiterplatten ersetzt werden. In die Leiterplatten 28a, 28b sind ferner Öffnungen 29 vorgesehen, die in ihrer Lage korrespondierend zu den hier in Fig. 1 beziehungsweise Fig. 2 dargestellten Führungsmittel 23 passen.

Claims (15)

  1. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) umfassend ein erstes Steckverbinderpaar (1a) und ein zweites Steckverbinderpaar (1b), wobei das erste Steckverbinderpaar (1a) über ein Gehäuse (2) verfügt, in welchem mindestens eine flexible Leiterplatte (11a, 11b) mit mindestens einer Kontaktmatrix (13) ausgebildet ist, welche mit mindestens einer zweiten Kontaktmatrix (13), welche im zweiten Steckverbinderpaar (1 b) ausgebildet ist, kontaktiert, gekennzeichnet dadurch, daß die flexiblen Leiterplatten (11a, 11b) mit beweglich im Gehäuse (2) gelagerten Gehäuseeinsätzen (18) fest verbunden sind.
  2. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Kontaktmatrix (13) des zweiten Steckverbinderpaars (1 b) von einer festen Leiterplatte (28a, 28b) gebildet wird und über eine Vielzahl von Kontaktelementen (14) in der Kontaktmatrix (13) verfügt.
  3. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Leiterplatten (11a, 11 b) und die Gehäuseeinsätze (18) mittels Verbindungsmittel (15, 16) miteinander verbunden sind.
  4. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die flexiblen Leiterplatten (11a, 11b) über Laschen (15) als Verbindungselemente verfügen, die mit Führungsrippen (20b) der Gehäuseeinsätze (18) verbunden sind.
  5. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels Passbänder (19) die flexiblen Leiterplatten (11a, 11b) mit den Seitenflächen der Gehäuseeinsätze (18) verbunden sind.
  6. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseeinsätze (18) über Federaufnahmen (22) an ihren Unterseiten verfügen.
  7. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Federaufnahmen (22) der Gehäuseeinsätze (18) Federn (21) eingeführt sind.
  8. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseeinsätze (18) mittels der Federn (21) beweglich im Gehäuse (2) entlang von Führungen gelagert sind.
  9. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kontaktkraft zwischen den Matrizen (13) des ersten und zweiten Matrixsteckverbinderpaars (1a, 1b) im Wesentlichen aus der Federkraft der Federn (21) erzeugt wird.
  10. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gehäuseeinsätze (18) über Führungsmittel (23) zur korrekten Findung der korrespondierenden Kontaktmatrixen (13) der ersten und zweiten Steckverbinderpaars (1a, 1 b) bereitgestellt werden.
  11. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anbaugehäuse (2) über eine Führungsöffnung (9) verfügt.
  12. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsmittel (23) aus dem Gehäuse (2) herauskragen und die Führungsöffnung (9) in das Gehäuse (2) eintaucht.
  13. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsöffnungen (9) über eine Nut (10) verfügt.
  14. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Matrixsteckverbinderpaar (1b) über Führungsmittel (23) verfügt, welche beim Stecken mit dem ersten Matrixsteckverbinderpaar (1a) in die Führungsöffnungen (9) eintaucht.
  15. Matrixsteckverbinder (1) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das zweite Matrixsteckverbinderpaar (1 b) über Öffnungen (29) verfügt, die korrespondierend zu den Führungen (23) des ersten Matrixsteckverbinderpaars (1a) ausgebildet sind und dazu dienen, beim Stecken des ersten Matrixsteckverbinderpaars (1a) in das zweite Matrixsteckverbinderpaar (1b) die Kontaktelemente (14) der jeweils korrespondierenden Kontaktmatrizen (13) zueinander zu orientieren und in eine definierte Position zu bringen.
