Abstract

Gleitschalungsvorrichtung (1), insbesondere zur Durchführung von Betongleitschalungsverfahren, zur im Wesentlichen kontinuierlichen Herstellung von Bauteilen aus einem Baumaterial, wobei die Vorrichtung (1) entlang des herzustellenden Bauteils verfahrbar ist und die Vorrichtung (1) aufweist:
- einen mit Wandbereichen (3) umgebenen Einfüllbereich (2) zum Einfüllen des Baumaterials (4) für das Bauteil,
- eine Gleitschalungsform (6) mit Wandbereichen (6a, 6b) zur Formgebung des Baumaterials (4),
- mit wenigstens einem über einen elektrischen Strom angetriebenen Rüttler (8) zur Verdichtung des Baumaterials (4).
Die Gleitschalungsvorrichtung ist gekennzeichnet durch zumindest einen Frequenzumrichter (23) und eine Steuerung für den Frequenzumrichter (23), durch die während der Verdichtung des Baumaterials die Frequenz und/oder die Spannung des durch den Frequenzumrichters erzeugten Stromes, welcher den Rüttler (8) antreibt, anpassbar sind.
