Le bouchon délimite un chambrage interne en communication avec l'ouverture du flacon et avec l'extérieur, par au moins un orifice.
Le bouchon présente, en outre, des agencements permettant de le maintenir préclipé par rapport au flacon, dans une position dite de remplissage selon laquelle l'orifice est en communication avec l'extérieur, puis une autre position de fermeture étanche, selon laquelle le bouchon est enfoncé jusqu'à une position de butée dans le flacon correspondant à une obturation de l'orifice. Le remplissage des flacons, du type de ceux définis dans la demande de brevet précitée
Dans ce but, d'une manière parfaitement connue pour un homme du métier, les flacons UNICADOSE sont conditionnés et rangés dans des plaques connues sous le nom de « cristallisoirs ». Ces cristallisoirs, généralement carrés ou rectangulaires, présentent une pluralité d'empreintes dans lesquelles sont positionnés et maintenus, par des formes coniques complémentaires, les flacons. A titre indicatif, nullement limitatif, ces cristallisoirs peuvent recevoir 200 flacons, voire plus. Comme indiqué, pour le remplissage, les flacons sont équipés de bouchons qui sont préclipés, sans être totalement enfoncés, pour que les orifices que présente chacun desdits bouchons, soient en communication avec l'extérieur.
Après remplissage du liquide par exemple, on utilise une machine présentant une cuve à vide, ouverte à la partie supérieure et équipée d'un couvercle pivotant, conformé pour recevoir le ou les cristallisoirs pré-équipés des flacons, dans les conditions indiqués.
Après retournement du couvercle, les différents flacons, au niveau de leur bouchon, baignent dans le liquide. Il convient ensuite de faire le vide dans la cuve, afin d'évacuer l'air contenu dans les flacons, de sorte que, après avoir supprimé le vide, c'est-à-dire lorsqu'on permet à l'air de remonter dans la cuve, les flacons aspirent le liquide par les orifices des bouchons. Le cristallisoir est ensuite retourné pour diriger l'ensemble des flacons, ainsi remplis, vers un poste pour l'enfoncement de la totalité des bouchons dans les flacons.The filling of the bottles, of the type defined in the aforementioned patent application

Pour résoudre un tel problème, il a été conçu et mis au point un procédé selon lequel :
- on dispose la plaque équipée de la pluralité de flacons dans une enceinte étanche ;
- on crée, à l'intérieur de l'enceinte, un phénomène de pression/dépression pour décliper les bouchons par envoi d'air au moyen des orifices desdits bouchons et pour les maintenir positionnés dans des empreintes complémentaires d'un tiroir monté à l'intérieur de l'enceinte avec capacité de déplacement ;
- on déplace le tiroir avec les bouchons pour donner libre accès aux différents flacons ;
- on remplit les différents flacons du produit considéré ;
- on repositionne le tiroir avec les bouchons au-dessus des flacons et on exerce un effort de poussée sur ledit tiroir pour cliper les bouchons dans les flacons remplis du produit.
