  • the strip discharge the stresses through the spacer directly onto the upper surface of the metal reinforcement 30 within the door and window frame. Therefore, the combined effect of the PVC door and window frame heating due to the thermal transfer from the strip is especially avoided, which thermal transfer causes the deformation of the profile around the screw in systems of known type.
  • the PVC profile deformation over its entire length also leads in general to a misalignment of the screw itself and therefore to a further disadvantageous force transfer from the supporting system to the door and window frame.
  • a permanent static connection is instead created with the new fixing system among: inner transversal screws - metal reinforcement - fixing screws and strip, thus considerably improving the statics of the door and window frame itself.

Claims (9)

  1. Befestigungssystem (10) für Halterungen von Tür- und Fensterrahmen (1), insbesondere für aus PVC gefertigte Tür- und Fensterrahmen, welche so ausgelegt sind, dass der Tür- und Fensterrahmen am Mauerwerk oder an dem mit dem Mauerwerk verbundenen Blendrahmen (2) verankert wird, wobei die genannten Halterungen von dem Typ sind, der einen oder mehrere Bänder (11) umfasst, in denen ein oder mehrere Durchgangslöcher (12a) zum Durchführen von Befestigungsmitteln (12) vorhanden sind, welche so ausgelegt sind, dass sie in Verstärkungselemente (30) eingeführt werden, die an der Innenseite des Tür- und Fensterrahmens (1) angebracht sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte System ein oder mehrere Abstandselemente (20) umfasst, welche so ausgelegt sind, dass sie verhindern, dass das eine Band oder die mehreren Bänder (11) mit dem genannten Tür- und Fensterrahmen (1) in Kontakt kommt/kommen, und dadurch, dass die genannten Abstandsstücke (20) die Gestalt einer Scheibe haben und ein axiales Durchgangsloch (22) aufweisen, das für die Aufnahme des genannten Befestigungsmittels (12) ausgelegt ist, und die genannten Abstandsstücke (20) so ausgelegt sind, dass sie in einen Sitz (21) in der Form eines Durchgangsloches eingeführt werden, welches zu diesem Zweck an derjenigen Seite des Tür- und Fensterrahmens angelegt ist, welche dem genannten Band (11) zugewandt ist, so dass das genannte Abstandsstück in der Konfiguration, in welcher das System zusammengebaut ist, mit der einen Seite gegen das genannte Band (11) und mit der entgegengesetzten Seite gegen die obere Kante (30a) des genannten Verstärkungselements (30) zu liegen kommt.
  2. Befestigungssystem (10) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Sitze (21) in Form eines Durchgangsloches sich auf der dem genannten Band (11) zugewandten Seite des Tür- und Fensterrahmens an Stellen befinden, welche einem jeden der genannten, in dem genannten Band (11) vorhandenen Durchgangslöcher (12a) entspricht, wobei der genannte Sitz (21) ein im Wesentlichen kreisförmiges Profil hat, das für die Aufnahme des genannten Abstandselements (20) ausgelegt ist.
  3. Befestigungssystem (10) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Abstandsstück (20) aus Metall gefertigt ist.
  4. Befestigungssystem (10) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Abstandsstück (20) aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
  5. Befestigungssystem (10) nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 - 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Abstandsstück (20) aus einem Verbundwerkstoff gefertigt ist.
  6. Befestigungssystem (10) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Befestigungsmittel Schneidschrauben sind (12).
  7. Befestigungssystem (10) nach irgendeinem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Verstärkungselement (30) aus Metall gefertigt ist.
  8. Befestigungssystem (10) nach einem oder mehreren der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die genannten Abstandselemente (20) in einem Stück mit dem genannten (11) Band erhalten werden.
  9. Befestigungssystem (10) nach dem vorangehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das genannte Band (11) welches die genannten Abstandsstücke (20) umfasst, im Druckgussverfahren hergestellt wird.
