characterized in that a waste separator (16) is arranged downstream of the terminal device (14) for separating waste copies out of the reel-fed printing press, in that the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) comprises a device (22) which out of signals which are present during the operation of the reel-fed printing press (10) automatically generates a command for automatically activating the net counter (20) of automatically activating the net counter (20) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10), with the help of which the number of good copies produced in the reel-fed printing press (10) can be automatically counted namely in such a manner that in particular when only the net counter (21) of the control system (19) of the further processing machine (11) has been triggered by a printer two independent counter readings of two independent net counters, namely of the net counter (20) of the reel-fed printing press (10) and of the net counter (21) of the further processing machine (11) are always available. - The system according to Claim 1, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) in particular when control signals of a colour register control device and of an ink density control device are within a defined value range.
- The system according to Claim 2, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) in particular when furthermore control signals of a cut register control device are within a defined value range.
- The system according to Claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) in particular when furthermore a rotational speed signal of the or each printing unit is within a defined value range.
- The system according to any one of the Claims 2 to 4, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) of the control system (15) in particular when furthermore control signals of the or each printing unit correspond to a print-on position of the printing couples involved in the printing.
- The system according to any one of the Claims 2 to 5, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) in particular when furthermore control signals of the or each printing unit correspond to a deactivation of washing devices of the printing couples involved in the printing.
- The system according to any one of the Claims 2 to 6, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) generates the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) in particular when furthermore control signals of the or each reel splicer correspond to a deactivation of the or each reel splicer which provides a substrate web for the printing couples involved in the printing.
- The system according to any one of the Claims 2 to 7, characterized in that the device (22) of the control system (15) of the reel-fed printing press (10) of the control system (15) generate the command for automatically activating the net counter (20) of the control system (15) in particular when furthermore a control signal of the waste separator (16), which is assigned downstream of the respective terminal device (14), corresponds to a deactivation of the same.
- The system according to any one of the Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the further processing machine (11) is designed as a stitcher and/or as a page trimming device and/or as a header or footer trimming device.
