Description

Hinter-grund der ErfindungBackground of the invention

The present invention relates to a method for the construction of a paint shop at a predetermined site.

Painting equipment for components, such as those used in high volumes and in excellent quality in the automotive industry, are complex manufacturing facilities that bind high investment. Such paint shops are generally built so that they are located in a building and are often adapted to the predetermined by the building room situation. This has the consequence that the arrangement of individual processing zones within the system is complicated and expensive, since their design is adapted to the local conditions of the building.

Such paint shops are planned and built to a specific specification, comprising the sequence and number of steps, painting steps, pre- and post-processing steps associated with the components to be painted logistics and the energy and media supply of the system. If such a known paint shop to supplement or otherwise rebuild, because, for example, the specification of the components to be painted has changed, this is associated with high costs, strong disabilities and other hindering compromises. Overall, therefore, retrofitted paint systems of this kind are often disadvantageous, since not in all cases changes to the system correspond to what an amended process specification requires. Often, compromises have to be made which complicate the painting, pre and postprocessing processes and rarely represent fully acceptable solutions. Occasionally, the degrees of freedom of a painting process are concentrated in partial aspects, instead of being extended in the sense of an improved process.

Conversions of existing paint shops, as they are often used for example in automobile manufacturers and in particular automotive component suppliers, are complicated, expensive, tedious, because of the disruption of the ongoing Lackierbetriebes feasible only in certain time windows and should therefore be avoided if possible.

Another disadvantage of the paint systems described above is that they are constructed adapted to the site. A shift of such a paint shop to another location is therefore very complicated and sometimes impossible, since the dismantling of the individual modules whose transfer to a new location and their assembly are connected to an operational paint shop with major obstacles.

Although paint shops for large moldings are already being constructed and built in modules, but here is the reduction of the design effort in each case based on the individual components of a paint shop (washing machine, evaporator zone, dryer, cabins, ventilation systems, etc.) in the foreground. The individual parts / modules are transported to the destination and assembled there. As a rule, this also includes the complete piping for water, sewage and energy supplies such as electricity, gas, compressed air, etc. This requires a cost-intensive commissioning of specialist companies on the construction site who carry out test runs and, if necessary, subsequent improvements after completion of the installations. In this case, the installation work sometimes takes place as far as possible in parallel, sometimes they have to be carried out in succession.

For many different trades, specialist firms have to be employed on the construction site for longer periods of time. After installation of the individual trades, it is then possible to start trial runs to test the function of the individual process groups, usually followed by rework and optimization work. In addition to the personnel capacity, the specialist companies have to bring a large number of lifting and transport tools, special tools and machines to the construction site. The entire installation and commissioning usually takes several months. For the operator, there is also the risk that undetected errors will adversely affect the production quality or deadlines are not met.

From the DE 10 2004 060 515 B3 is a painting known in which individual, prefabricated module groups are mounted on a common base frame.

In the post-published publication WO 2007/090538 is described a composed of several containers together Lackieranlage in which, for example, the spray booth consists of a single container.

The present invention is therefore based on the object of specifying a method for the construction of a paint shop at a predetermined site with which the time and effort to set up or to build the paint shop at the site over known solutions can be significantly reduced.

In accordance with the invention, this object is achieved by a method for constructing a painting installation according to claim 1. In itself, it means that a functional test after the completion of a single module is already possible at the respective finishing location. Change parts, such as For example, filters, filter cartridges or atomizers on a painting robot can also be finally assembled at the installation site.

The paint shop may include a complete painting process or only parts of the same. The module groups, each of which comprises functional modules, according to the invention, each take over at least one working step of the entire painting process.

Each functional module contributes to the execution of the work step provided for the entire module group and has corresponding module-specific components for this purpose. Thus, before the construction or the establishment of the paint shop at a given site, for example in the vicinity of an automotive manufacturing facility, at least one preferably each module of the module group completed at a respective finishing location, after completion of a respective module all specific components of this Module are assembled to the module and the module is functional in itself. The self-contained modules are designed after completion in such a way that the function or the feasibility in the scope of the contribution of the respective module to the work step has already been reached. For example, the paint booth module group that is responsible for a paint job is provided, inter alia, a self-contained module in the form of a cabin module or Lackierfunktions module and a Spritznebelabscheidefunktionsmodul have, wherein specific components of the cabin module including a cabin wall, a cabin floor, a filter cover, a painting robot, for example, on the cabin wall or the cabin floor, a paint supply, a robot controller, a cabin control, a conveyor system and a Kabinenbelechtung include. Specific components of the spray mist removal function module include, but are not limited to, a separation system, a recirculation system, a cold and hot water supply, and a control portion. From, for example, four further such functional modules, such as a module in the form of a cleanroom section with floor and ceiling as specific components ensteht then the entire module group spray booth. In order to provide functional modules, all piping, cabling and other facilities necessary for operation are preinstalled. The modules are dimensioned in terms of their dimensions so that they can be easily transported, for example, on the road, by rail or by ship.

Stromleitungen aufweist. The functional assembled modules are then transported to the intended site and connected there to establish the module group. Accordingly, only the individual, already functional or deployable modules with required media and required power from media sources or power sources located at the site are to be supplied via media lines or media connections and power lines for commissioning at the intended installation location, wherein at least one of the modules is preferably under Other module-specific components in the form of connection elements for connecting the module to the media lines or power lines.

Furthermore, since all media connections and power lines by means of quick couplings, preferably in the form of a mix-proof design, are manufactured, no or only to a very limited extent specialist companies necessary, which can reduce the coordination and commissioning costs very much. Lengthy remedial measures are therefore also eliminated. In this way, only slightly complicated connection work, in particular for connecting the modules to the respective module group, is to be carried out. Elaborate assembly work accounts according to the invention, since already in itself functional modules are connected to the respective module group.

In particular, according to the invention, the risk that can not be delivered by defects with potential customers agreed dates and qualities can be significantly reduced, since the successful commissioning of the modules can be carried out already at the site and also due to the modular design of each defective module quickly and without large Effort can be exchanged by a functional.

Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen der ErfindungAdvantageous developments of the invention

In an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the painting process comprises several steps, which are carried out according to a predetermined sequence, and the painting plant comprises a plurality of module groups, each module group is provided for at least one of the steps, and wherein in the third step, the paint shop is established, in which each module group is provided by connecting all modules of the module group and all provided module groups are connected to each other to ensure the predetermined sequence of operations. According to the invention by means of this method, a completely modular painting, which in addition to the actual paint can also include a further number of steps, such as cleaning or drying of painted or painted components can be built at a predetermined site, with a significantly reduced effort compared to known solutions, as already stated above.

In an advantageous development of the invention, at least one of the modules is already partly assembled at the completion site, which is preferably an assembly hall or an assembly room, at least at one assembly location, which may be spatially separated from the completion site according to the invention or is spatially separated, wherein the mounting location is preferably an assembly hall or a mounting room. Thus, the construction of the paint shop according to the invention can also be adapted to circumstances for which incomplete pre-assembly is required or advantageous.

Preferably, the finishing locations of at least two modules are identical, wherein in a particularly practical embodiment of the invention, the finishing locations of all modules are identical.

In a further practical development of the invention, in at least one of the modules assembled between the second and the third step, a test of the module is carried out with respect to its functionality. According to the invention, this is preferably carried out after provision of a media and power supply provided or required for the respective module. Thus, possible sources of error can already be detected and eliminated before transport to the site.

Preferably, during the third step, each module group is connected to at least one other module group, preferably releasably connected, in particular a simple and practical disassembly of the module group and thus also the entire painting after completion or termination of painting on To enable site. The connection can preferably be made by using connecting means with which the individual module groups can be positively or positively connected. According to the invention, such connection means can also be provided for connecting the individual modules of a module group to the module group.

The modules or module groups according to the invention can thus also be easily separated from each other again, so that a shift of the painting is much easier possible. In particular, both the dismantling costs fall drastically, as well as the cost of media supply and power lines, which are usually discarded in previous system concepts.

Die Erfindung betrifft ferner eine Lackieranlage gemäß Anspruch 9.The invention further relates to a paint shop according to claim 9.

The painting installation according to the invention, which can preferably be erected by means of the method according to the invention at a predetermined site, comprises functional modules. According to the invention, a painting installation is provided which has to be able to make without major assembly work, since there are already functional modules which are designed according to the invention so that the function or the feasibility in the scope of the contribution of the respective modules to the work step has already been achieved. The work to be carried out for the construction of the paint shop is limited, as already stated above, to simple, inexpensive, connecting work, along with a significant reduction in the cost of constructing the paint shop.

When the paint shop is being removed, converted or retrofitted, the modules can be easily replaced individually at any time - without having to make any essential changes to the structure of the paint shop - for example, if paint specifications change or a module malfunctions. But it can also be retrofitted, for example, in the case of a new advanced technology without much effort be made by the respective module is replaced by one with a corresponding equipment.

  • Bauteileaufgabe,
  • Bauteilereinigung,
  • Bauteiletrocknung,
  • Oberflächenaktivierung der Bauteile (Beflammung, Plasmaaktivierung, u. ä.),

  • Inspektion/QualitätsprĂĽfung der lackierten Bauteile,
  • Reparatur/Nacharbeit der lackierten Bauteile,
  • Demaskieren der lackierten Bauteile, und/oder
  • Bauteileabnahme.
The steps of the painting process intended for individual module groups may be, for example, the following:
  • Components task
  • Parts cleaning,

  • Components decrease.

The modules of a module group are connected to one another according to a specific for the module group module plan, which can be preferably adapted to each given Lackiervorhaben or Lackierprozessen.

In a specific development of the invention, each module for the module has specific components, wherein in a practical development of the invention at least one module of each module group at least one specific component in the form of a container is formed, wherein the container has an interior, in the other specific components of the module are installed. Preferably, each module of each module group has a specific component in the form of a container, wherein each container of a module is non-positively connected to at least one further container of a module of the same module group. The individual module groups can be connected to each other in this way.

The connection can be made using tensioners, fittings, clamps and similar means. Thus, it is possible to arrange further containers on and in addition to such containers connected, the arrangement of a plurality of containers in this way results in a stable module group or consisting of a number of module groups painting, unlike paint shops no further support means in the form of scaffolding, support structures, galleries, substructures or the like is required according to the prior art. According to the invention, instead of a container, any other intrinsically stable device, such as a cab, may be provided to install or properly house specific components.

In a further practical development of the interior of the container is bounded by container walls, wherein in at least one container wall at least one passage opening is formed, which is provided for the implementation of at least one line extending from the interior to the outside of the container extends. The passage opening may be formed in container side walls or a bottom or a roof wall of the container, and is provided for example for the implementation of power lines media lines, data transmission lines, data transmission cables, hydraulic hoses or the like.

So-called sea containers, which are used worldwide as a standard for the transport of goods and goods of any kind, are preferably used as the starting point for the containers. These containers are used in large numbers in goods traffic by sea, by rail and on the road. Throughout the world, logistics resources for such containers are available in many locations or can easily be procured with the support of logistics companies. Containers of the type described are not only used for goods and freight, but also to temporarily or permanently create office or residential space, for example, which are modularly assembled, as is often the case for example in large construction sites. Containers of this type have a number of advantages, they have a sturdy frame construction, are built worldwide to standardized standard dimensions, and design and size are standardized according to standards. The containers have means to carry out the loading by standardized methods on trucks, trains and ships, with the necessary loading facilities are available worldwide.

Let technical conditions such. For example, if the size of modules or subassemblies or necessary room sizes does not allow the use of these standard containers, the modules or function modules are designed once so that they can still be transported. In addition to an integrated process functionality, the necessary inherent stability for the transport as well as the use at the installation site is taken into account without additional steel construction.

The containers are generally provided with a pair of hinged doors on at least one end or side wall to allow access to the interior of the container. If, in the sense of the inventive concept, a painting installation is to be constructed from modules which have such containers as an essential specific component, namely in which the containers of the modules are joined together in a predetermined manner, these containers are in most cases about one more opening the front side, which is opposite the gullwing doors to expand. In certain cases it may also be advantageous if openings are made on longitudinal walls of the container.

It is advantageous if in each case between two containers to be connected or coupled to seal means are arranged to ensure the shielding of the processing space inside the container against external influences in the form of dust, foreign air, etc. In this case, means may be provided to produce a pressure-tight connection between two containers coupled to one another, these means may be sealing arrangements, sealing frames, sealing packages, sealing cushions or cords or the like. With the help of these means, it is possible to create a working space in the connected containers, in which a differential air pressure to the outside environment is maintained. This is particularly important for the air flow within a paint shop.

In a practical development of the invention, the specific components are installed according to a predetermined component plan in the interior of the container.

In a further specific development of the invention, at least one module of each module group has a number of specific components in the form of electrical and / or pneumatic and / or hydraulic and / or data processing and / or fluid-conducting components which form a module-specific infrastructure.

This may include components configured, for example, in the form of means to provide electrical energy, to collect data, to route data, to process data, and / or to route, distribute, and / or condition gases.

In a practical development of the invention connection means are provided, which are designed to connect the infrastructure of a module group with the infrastructure of at least one further module group. For this purpose, the module groups or the modules connection means to be able to be networked data transmission technology. This may include a data bus, but connection means may also be used to ensure networking through wireless data transmission, which may be radio based or other electromagnetic radiation based systems. The advantage of the latter is the fast construction of the connections. According to the invention, manufacturing and quality data obtained during processing of the components during the painting process can be exchanged between the individual module groups in order to advantageously control the entire component painting process.

In an advantageous development of the invention, transmission means are provided, which are designed to transmit energy and / or media and / or signals and / or data between at least two module groups.

Advantageously, the modules or the module groups may have normalized interfaces to which the transfer of energy and / or media and / or signals and / or data takes place, these electrical and / or electronic interfaces and lines that are responsible for the fluid Serve, may include.

The modules or the module groups can be connected to each other with respect to the exchange of media or networked with each other, these media, for example, water, compressed air, paint materials and associated auxiliaries, such as hardeners, dilutions, cleaning agents, etc., air for drying purposes (heated, dehumidified, purified, etc.), steam, heat transfer (heated oil, or water, or other liquids or gases) may include.

It is particularly advantageous if the interfaces for the transfer of energy and / or media and / or signals and / or data are designed as pluggable connections in the form of quick couplings, which are usefully used for rapid coupling and thus rapid commissioning of the paint shop can.

In this case, encoded quick couplings can be used to avoid confusion in, for example, several necessary connections for a medium.

The coupling of the modules can then be carried out by a person skilled in the art, a "plug and paint" solution can thus be realized according to the present invention.

Sensors which provide signals and / or data and pass them on to the transmission means can also be provided as module-specific components. The signals and / or data generated by the sensors may provide information, in particular via parameters of the painting process.

The modules or the module groups can have control devices as specific components. a sketch of several interconnected modules of a module group in the form of a Lackierkabinen module group.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation for explaining the method according to the invention. In a first step S1, the assembly of individual specific components of a module 16 comprising a container 12 and further specific components 14 (see top illustration at step S1) to a module 16 (see lower illustration at step S1) takes place at a finishing location 10. For this purpose, all other components 14 are preferably mounted in the interior of the container 12. All other modules of all module groups of the paint shop to be constructed, each with specific components, are also assembled analogously to step 1.

In Fig. 1 illustrated is the situation where all the components 12 and 14 are assembled to the module 16 at the finishing location 10, which is preferably an assembly hall. According to the invention, however, the module 16 can also be partially assembled at the assembly site 10, even before it is completed, at a location remote from the completion site 10 (not shown in greater detail).

After assembly, the module 16 is functional in itself, in particular such that already the function or the feasibility in the extent of the contribution of each module to the operation of the module group of the module is reached, for example, a module in the form of a Lackiermoduls or Lackier function module (not shown in detail) as specific components may include cabin walls, a cabin floor, a filter cover, a painting robot, a paint supply, a robot and cabin control, a conveyor system and cabin lighting. If required, a clean room section with floor and ceiling is also integrated as a further specific component, whereby all piping, wiring and other necessary facilities for operation are also pre-installed, so that a self-contained module is created.

After assembly of all provided for the construction of the paint shop these modules are transported in a second step S2 to a designated site 20, where the third step S3, namely the construction of the painting system 22 according to the invention, in the assembled modules 16, 16 ', 16 "and 16 '' are first connected to one another to module groups 26, 28 and 30 (see schematic connecting lines 18), which are each provided for at least one working step of the entire painting process. Furthermore, the module groups 26, 28, 30 provided in this way are connected to one another in order to ensure a predetermined sequence of working steps of the painting process (see schematic connection line 24).

The connections 24 of the module groups 26, 28, 30, and preferably also the connections 18 of the individual modules to the module groups, comprise not only a mechanical connection of the module groups 26, 28, 30 or the modules 16, 16 to be made ', 16 "and 16"', the connection of their infrastructures, and further the connection of the module groups 26, 28, 30 and the modules 16, 16 ', 16 "and 16"' by means of transmission, the are designed to transmit energy and / or media and / or signals and / or data between the module groups 26, 28, 30 and the modules 16, 16 ', 16 "and 16"' (not shown in detail). Furthermore, a connection to a suitable power and media supply to the site 20 is still to be provided (not shown in detail). The majority, preferably all of the compounds to be made according to the invention are made by means of quick couplings, so that the coupling of the module groups or the modules can be made without professionals. Thus, according to the invention, a practical and inexpensive "plug and paint" solution is realized.

Since the individual modules 16, 16 ', 16 "and 16"' at the site 20 are already functional in itself, the work to set up the paint shop 22 at the site 20 limited only to the described, easy to be done connection work. Elaborate, to be carried out at the site 20 assembly work, as is the case with known solutions, omitted, along with a significant reduction in costs and a great deal of flexibility in the use of the paint shop 22 at predetermined sites 20th

Fig. 2 shows a sketch of several interconnected modules of a module group in the form of a Lackierkabinen module group 36th

The paint booth module group 36 includes, in addition to further functional modules (not shown in detail here) in particular modules in the form of an air distribution function module 16, in the form of a paint function module 16 ', and in the form of two spray mist separation function modules 16 ", 16" '. All modules 16, 16 ', 16 "and 16'" have as specific components in each case a cabin 38, preferably in the form of a container, which are mechanically connected to each other, and within which further specific components are housed. The cabins 38 of the spray mist separator function modules 16 ", 16 '" have a length of up to 12 meters. The height of these cabins is within a range of about 3 to 4 meters, preferably the height is about 4 meters, and the width of these cabins is within a range of about 4 to 5 meters, preferably the width is about 4, 5 meters. This inventive dimensioning, which is preferably also in other modules, allows transport of the modules without costly special measures, as required for devices with larger dimensions.

The painting function module 16 'has as specific components, inter alia, a filter cover, a painting robot 34, which is fastened, for example, to the cabin wall or the cabin floor, a paint supply, a robot and cabin control, a conveyor system and a cabin lighting (not shown in detail). , The spray mist separation function modules 16 ", 16" 'have as specific components, inter alia, a separation system, a recirculation system, a cold and hot water supply and a control component (not shown in detail).

The paint shop described in the embodiment is particularly suitable for the painting of auto parts, such as bumpers and the like. This has the advantage that, for example, for a specific production series of a vehicle, such a paint shop can be set up in the immediate vicinity of the vehicle production and, if appropriate, can be moved to another location after the vehicle series has come to an end. However, a use of the teaching of the invention for painting components outside the automotive industry is also possible.
