Dieser an allen vier Rändern bzw. Seiten beschnittene Ausgangsstapel ist im Sinne der vorliegenden Erfindung als randbeschnittener Ausgangsstapel bezeichnet. Die Erfindung schlägt zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ein Verfahren zum Erzeugen eines Nutzenstapels durch Schneiden von aus einer Vielzahl von Bogen gebildeten quaderförmigen Ausgangsstapeln in Quer- und Längsrichtung mittels einer einzigen Planschneidmaschine vor, mit folgenden Merkmalen:
- mehrmaliges Vorschieben des auf einem Hintertisch der Schneidmaschine angeordneten Ausgangsstapels unter ein Schneidmesser der Schneidmaschine und Trennen des Ausgangsstapels in mehrere Teilstapel,
- nacheinander erfolgendes seitliches Abfördern der bei diesen Schnitten entstandenen Teilstapel mittels einer Ausschiebevorrichtung auf einen seitlich der Schneidmaschine angeordneten Aufnahmetisch und Ausrichten der Teilstapel zur Bildung eines quaderförmigen Gesamtstapel,
- Drehen des Gesamtstapels um 90° und Überführen des Gesamtstapels auf den Hintertisch der Schneidmaschine,
- mehrmaliges Vorschieben des Gesamtstapels unter das Schneidmesser und Trennen des Gesamtstapels in eine Vielzahl von Teilstapeln,
- nacheinander erfolgendes seitliches Abfördern der bei diesen Schnitten entstandenen Reihe von Teilstapeln mittels der Ausschiebevorrichtung auf einen seitlich der Schneidmaschine angeordneten Aufnahmetisch und Ausrichten der Vielzahl von Teilstapel zur Bildung eines quaderförmigen Gesamtnutzenstapels.
