Definitions
- the present invention relates to a hand strap for a stick, particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick. It is a hand strap, which is a MacBooksöfnung for the hand, a first outlet opening for the back of the hand resp. the finger and a second outlet opening for the thumb, wherein the fastening of the hand strap on a stick handle of a stick is at least indirectly via a guided between the thumb and the other fingers strips, and wherein the hand strap in the area between insertion for the hand and the first outlet opening for the back of the hand has a variably fixable first fastening device.
- Sporting activities with the help of sticks are becoming increasingly popular. For example, skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and more recently especially the so-called Nordic Walking.
- sticks have been developed in which the hand strap can be releasably attached to the pole grip.
- the hand strap can be releasably attached to the pole grip.
- Such constructions make it possible to use hand straps, which are firmly attached to the hand or on the wrist, and which can be released from the stick for a short time, if only a brief interruption of the sporting activity is desired.
- the hand straps used have been further developed, for example, as mentioned in the introduction, by attaching such hand straps nowadays, for example via a Velcro on the hand, and to disturb as little as possible in the sporting activity, very slim or alternatively designed as a whole glove.
- the invention is therefore u.a. the task is to provide an improved hand strap for a stick.
- it is about the improvement of a wrist strap, which is not only laid loosely around the hand or the wrist, but which is firmly connected to the hand.
- the hand strap optimally adapts to the user's hand. For example, for use by a biathlete, it is important that the wrist strap does not disturb the user or restricts his freedom of movement, and thus has a particularly good fit, since the hand strap is kept for shooting on the hand and the greatest possible flexibility of the hand should allow.
- the hand strap for a stick, particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick
- the hand strap has an insertion opening for the hand, a first outlet opening for the back of the hand and a second exit opening for the thumb.
- the fastening of the wrist strap is carried out on a stick handle of the stick at least indirectly via a run between the thumb and the other fingers strips, and the hand strap has in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the first outlet opening for the back of a variable fixable first fastening device.
- a hand strap for a stick particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick is provided, which in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the thumb outlet opening a web which has both a non-elastic region and a (rubber) elastic or expansion-soft widening region.
- the wrist-side non-elastic region of the web can be formed, for example, by a rigid material, or by a reinforcement of the material, for example by a sewn-on band.
- the elastic widening area can on the non-elastic region sewn and / or glued, or integrally formed on the elastic and the non-elastic regions material integrally formed on the non-elastic region, so that for example the web has on its inside a continuous piece of material, on the outside but two optically and in terms of the material has different areas, which have different elastic properties.
- the elastic widening region protects against a cutting of the area reinforced on the wrist side, in particular if, as is optionally possible, it is adjustable, for example formed by a webbing with Velcro fastener.
- the web between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb is stiff or stiff or hard or stretch-resistant, and thus allows a good power transfer from the hand to the floor, and thumb-stretched, what allows a precise adaptation to the hand shape of the wearer and at the same time protects against a friction caused by hand injury by the stretch-hard area.
- the proposed hand strap is much more flexible in terms of adaptation to different hand sizes and hand shapes or glove sizes and glove shapes.
- a hand strap is presented in which the elastic widening region is arranged on the side of the non-elastic region on the web between the insertion opening and the thumb outlet opening.
- a further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the elastic or expansion-soft widening region which is arranged between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb on the thumb side of the reinforced area to the wrist, as a rubber-elastic webbing or rubber-elastic strip, for example Neoprene or similar material is formed.
- the broadening region has a width in the range of 0.5-4 cm, preferably 1-2 cm.
- the hand strap mainly preferably consists of a substantially non-stretchable material (eg carrier made of plastic fabric or the like), ie it is preferably not designed as a whole stretch soft hand strap (eg neoprene), since such for athletic applications normally no allow sufficient power transmission, the hand strap but at least in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the outlet opening for the thumb has a stretch-soft area.
- the loop may also be designed such that it is designed as a whole stretch soft, (for example, neoprene), but has an integral reinforcement, for example in the form of externally sewn especially in the pulling direction tapes or strips of a substantially non-stretchable material.
- a layer which at least partially covers the inside of the hand strap forms the elastic widening region.
- the inside of the hand strap is at least partially configured with an elastic material.
- the elastic widening area can be made of the same material that at least partially covers the inside of the hand strap.
- the inside of the wrist strap may be covered or sewn with a layer of neoprene. In this case, several parts of the hand strap are internally covered by such a neoprene layer, and those parts requiring reinforcement are reinforced.
- An increased wearing comfort can be achieved, for example, by the web between the insertion opening for the hand and the outlet opening for the thumb on the outside and / or inside has a sewn neoprene cover.
- the expansion-soft area between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb only on this otherwise used for the inner lining neoprene on.
- the neoprene layer thus forms by protruding under the firmer areas the inventive stretch-soft area.
- the first thumb-side edge of the elastic widening portion in the non-hand-tightened state of the wrist strap is longer than a second edge of the non-elastic portion which faces and is connected to the elastic widening portion. This is the case, in particular, when the elastic widening region is relaxed, ie not pretensioned, in the state not tightened on one hand.
- the non-elastic region has a width of 0.5-4 cm, preferably 1-2 cm, and is essentially formed by a webbing or a non-stretchable fabric strip.
- the elastic widening region is preferably 0.5 to 4 cm, more preferably 1 to 2 cm, on the thumb side over the non-elastic region and engages under this at least in the transition region between the elastic widening region and non-elastic region.
- the web has a variably fixable second fastening device between the insertion opening and the thumb outlet opening at the non-elastic region.
- a second fastening device is preferably arranged on the outside of the wrist strap on the stretch-hard area, while underneath, for the purpose of increased comfort, a rubber-elastic region may be arranged, for example, formed of the same material as the thumb-side adjacent stretch soft area of the web and preferably in one piece formed.
- At least the first fastening device is designed as a webbing with Velcro, which is preferably looped through a mounting bracket.
- Velcro which can either be attached on one side and fixed on the other side via a Velcro fastener, or it is, as preferred, possible to fix these straps on one side (eg sew on, glue, etc.), on the other side by one at this other Loop side fastened mounting bracket and lead back towards the first page and fix there with a Velcro connection.
- a particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the first fastening device is designed as a webbing with Velcro fasteners, which are looped through a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket to the Upper side of the hand strap is arranged, that is essentially on the outside of lying on the back of the hand area between the three openings of the wrist strap.
- the second fastening device is preferably also designed as a webbing with Velcro.
- the mounting bracket is arranged on the outside of the hand strap outside.
- the wrist strap has a reinforcement.
- this reinforcement can be achieved by patches of a stiff material. But it is also possible to achieve a stiffening by simply two equal layers of material are arranged one above the other at the points to be stiffened.
- Particularly advantageous is a reinforcement along the insertion opening for the arm or the hand. But it can also be arranged, for example, reinforcements on diagonal band or on the strip between the thumb and forefinger.
- the material used for reinforcement can also be glued on in addition or as an alternative to sewing.
- the reinforcing material is located on the outside of the hand strap. But it is also possible to provide the reinforcements on the inside.
- a coupling element is provided for attaching the hand strap on the pole grip on the strip of the hand strap, which can be self-locking in or on the pole grip in a releasable mechanism attached.
- Such coupling elements are known from the prior art, such as from EP-A-1 036 579 .
- DE-A-196 36 852 of the WO-A-2004/052476 known resp. in the applications PCT / CH 2005/000729 or the PCT / CH 2005/000728 the applicant described.
- the coupling element for self-locking but releasable attachment in or on a pole grip can be provided on the strip between the thumb and forefinger.
- These are preferably a (multiply) toothed rigid element, a hook-like device or a particularly preferably flexible loop or eyelet, which advantageously consists essentially of a low-stretch, possibly braided or coated wire-like material.
- the strip between thumb and forefinger can also have a broadening range of flexible material, which leads to a better comfort, since the preferably reinforced or stretch-hard strip between the thumb and forefinger so can not cut into the skin.
- the hand strap is provided with a padding strip at the edge at the border to the inlet opening for the hand and / or to the first outlet opening for the back of the hand and / or to the second outlet opening for the thumb.
- This cushioning strip is preferably made of a skin-friendly, soft material, such as e.g. Fiber fur, felt, etc. This material may at least partially cover the inside of the wrist strap, and at the same time forms the pad strip.
- the inner layer at the edges of the hand strap, which are arranged at the insertion and discharge openings may be wrapped around the arranged at the edges of rigid or reinforced areas and thus overlap on the outside of the wrist strap. This offers a particularly good wearing comfort, because the stretch-hard or stiff areas of the hand strap thanks to the pad can not cut into the skin of the wearer.
- the present invention relates to a hand strap as described above, which is mounted in or on a stick handle of a stick, preferably a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick, with a self-locking releasable mechanism.
- Fig. 1 is a view of a closed hand strap 1 for a right hand shown.
- the hand strap 1 shown has a coupling element 12 for releasable connection with a stick handle.
- the floor can be either a ski pole, Nordic walking stick, cross country pole or walking stick.
- the head portion of the stick handle may be shaped to include a spike which is offset from the head portion of the stick handle via a slot. Introduced into this slot loop 12 of the hand strap 1 can be fixed self-locking in this slot, for example, by a retaining lug, which is integrally formed on a mounted in the head of the stick handle fixing.
- the fixing element is preferably acted upon by a spring force and has at its upper end via a release button, with which it can be reset against this spring force. If the release button is pressed, the fixing element tilts about a horizontal axis and the retaining lug moves out of the slot, so that the fastening loop 12 of the hand strap 1 can be removed from the slot again.
- the actual hand strap 1 is designed such that it can be fixed and secured to the user's hand.
- the hand strap has three openings, namely an insertion opening 4 in the hand strap for insertion of the hand, via an opening 3 for the back of the hand and a thumb opening 2, which is generally designed as the smallest opening Fig. 1 the insertion opening 4 for the hand is shown below, the opening 3 of the hand strap for the back of the hand shown on the right, and the thumb hole on the left. It is therefore a hand strap for the right hand.
- the wrist strap has a strip-like area which has a first substantially non-elastic wing 25, which is arranged on the back of the hand between the thumb and fingers when the hand strap is tightened, and optionally integrally merges into the strip 19 between thumb and fingers.
- the first wing 25 goes on the palm in the non-elastic, in FIG. 3 indicated by the reference numeral 16 diagonal over.
- the wrist strap 1 has a second substantially non-elastic wing 26, which at closed hand strap 1 via the Velcro 5 or with the first wing 25 is connected and in turn merges into the palm area of the hand strap 1. The bridging between the two wings 25, 26 can lead to a different distance between the two wings 25, 26, depending on the size of the hand.
- the wings 25, 26, as well as the other areas of the hand strap 1 may be provided on its inner side 20 with a neoprene insert or similar material, ie it is on the inside 20, a layer of neoprene or similar material either sewn or glued to the actual , usually non-elastic carrier material, which may for example consist of a plastic fabric.
- the strip 19 between thumb and forefinger may have a widening 8, which may be made of a flexible and skin-friendly material such as leather, synthetic leather, band braid, fabric, neoprene, or the like, and it may be sewn or glued on the inside of the hand strap ,
- the web 11 between the insertion opening 4 for the hand and the thumb exit opening 2 has a wrist-side, non-elastic region 14 and a thumb-side, elastic widening region 13.
- the thumb-side elastic portion 13 is shown above the wrist-side non-elastic portion 14 because the insertion opening for the hand or the wrist is shown in the figure at the bottom and the thumb-hole in the figure at the top left.
- the distance between the thumb-side edge 28 of the elastic widening portion 13 and the thumb-side edge 29 of the non-elastic portion 14 defines the width of the elastic widening portion 13. This may be 0.5 to 4 cm, preferably 1 to 2 cm.
- the length of the broadening region 13 is defined by the distance measured along the thumb-side edge 29 of the non-elastic region transverse to the width of the broadening region 13 between the thumb and forefinger strip 19 and the back band 15 which extends between the thumb exit opening 2 and the central region 24 on the inside of the hand is arranged. This length can be about 1-5 cm, preferably 3-5 cm.
- the thumb-side edge 28 of the elastic widening region is preferably longer than the length along the thumb-side edge 29 of the non-elastic Broadening range.
- Wrist side of the non-elastic region 14 is in FIG. 1 a pad strip is provided which contributes to increased comfort of the hand strap and prevents the non-elastic region 14 from cutting into the skin of the wearer.
- the elastic widening portion 13 is preferably made of a stretch-soft material, which conforms smoothly to the shape of the hand of the wearer in the area between the thumb and wrist.
- the elastic widening region 13 can be designed, for example, as a rubber-elastic webbing or neoprene.
- FIG. 2 has the insertion opening 4 for the hand obliquely down, the outlet opening 2 for the thumb to the left and the outlet opening 3 for the back of the hand to the right.
- the hand strap has at least one adjustment 5.6. This area lies between the opening 3 for the back of the hand and the insertion opening 4 for the hand. In this area, a first Velcro strip 5 is provided for adjusting and securing the wrist strap 1 to the hand.
- This Velcro strip 5 is a webbing on which two complementary Velcro regions 9,10 are applied on the outside, namely a first Velcro region 9 in the end region and a second Velcro region 10 of complementary nature in that area in which this first Velcro strip 5 is sewn with the hand strap 1
- the loose when not attached loose end of this attachment strip 5 typically has a holding aid 18, which, for example, by a reversed envelope of the webbing possibly together with an additional tab 23, such as in FIG. 2 and 3 represented, can be realized.
- This holding aid also serves to largely prevent the fastening strip 7 from slipping unintentionally through the guide bar 6 arranged on the wing 25.
- the fastening strip 5 is sewn with its one end to the wrist strap 1.
- the free end is passed through a feedthrough bracket 6, which is sewn or glued to a fastening 7 on the wrist strap 1.
- the fastening strip 5 can be placed around this lead-through bracket 6 for fastening the hand strap 1 to the hand, the first hook-and-loop area 9 coming to rest on the second hook-and-loop area 10, and thus setting the circumference of the insertion opening 4 for the hand can be adjusted in Depending on the size of the hand and whether the user wears gloves or not.
- the feedthrough bracket 6 can also be designed in the form of a multiple feedthrough bracket, which has a plurality of slots arranged parallel to one another. Depending on the setting width of the area is then performed according to the Velcro strips 5 through a different slot. In particular, it can thus be avoided that for a large adjustment range of the Velcro strips must be made very long, which is particularly uncomfortable when the setting must be made tight.
- the hand strap further comprises a web 11 between the insertion opening 4 for the hand and the outlet opening 2 for the thumb on this web 11 is configured in two areas.
- the first portion of the web 11, which is non-elastic, provides stability to the hand strap, or a portion of the circumference of the hand insertion opening 4.
- the second region 13, which is arranged on the side of the first, non-elastic region 14, is stretch-soft and / or rubber-elastic. This results, inter alia, a better adaptability of the hand strap 1 to different sizes of hands.
- the elastic widening region 13 is not biased in the non-tightened state of the wrist strap, so the elastic webbing, for example, is relaxed or loose.
- the thumb-side edge 28 of the elastic widening portion 13 is longer than the thumb-side edge 29 of the non-elastic portion 14. Since a hand is in a relaxed position shaped so that the thumb protrudes slightly from the forearm longitudinal axis, the hand strap undergoes this slightly longer edge 28 of the elastic broadening area accordingly also in the transition region between the wrist and thumb broadening.
- the first, non-elastic region 14 of the web 11 may additionally be designed to be adjustable, wherein an adjusting band is firmly sewn with its end to the wrist strap 1, and its free end is by a second feedthrough strap, which is sewn on the side of the back of the hand,
- the variable fixing of the adjusting band can be made possible, for example, by a first and second hook-and-loop area, ie the second fastening strip is pulled through the second feedthrough bracket and then folded down again.
- the elastic widening region 13 can thus be configured, for example, from the same material, for example neoprene, by the inner lining of the non-elastic region 14 projecting beyond the non-elastic region 14 on the thumb side.
- This article can, for example, be sewn to the non-elastic band region 14 by means of two seams which run perpendicular to the actual rubber-elastic expansion direction of the elastic widening region 13 and which are arranged on the edge of the elastic region 13 which is not visible from the outside on the inner side of the hand loop.
- This inside neoprene cover or similar skin-friendly material prevents the non-elastic or hard or stiff area from feeling uncomfortable when the wrist strap is worn, thus increasing wearing comfort.
- FIG. 3 is a wrist strap 1 with a view of the areas that come to rest on the inside of the hand when tightened hand strap shown. It is visible how the central, substantially triangular-shaped region of the wrist strap is formed unreinforced on the inside of the hand. In this case, this area can be stretch-soft or non-elastic.
- the central region framing strips 15 and 16 are shown with sewn-on reinforcements 22.
- the wrist-side strip 10 forms part of the hook-and-loop fastener 5 of the adjustment area for the wrist.
- FIG. 4 shows an open right hand strap.
- the entrance opening for the hand as Also, the outlet opening for the back of the hand are thus not recognizable as such in this illustration.
- the Velcro strip 5 having the hook and loop regions 9 and 10 is first arranged with tab 23, followed by the areas 15, 16 of the hand loop 1, which come to rest on the palm of the hand.
- the strip 19 coming to rest between thumb and forefinger joins the web 11, followed by the fastening means 7 together with lead-through clip 6 for the Velcro or webbing 5.
- the coupling element 12 in the form of an eyelet for attaching the wrist strap 1 at a stick handle is attached above the thumb opening at the lying between thumb and forefinger coming strip 19.
- FIG. 5 shows a representation of a hand inside with hand-tightened hand strap.
- FIG. 6 is essentially the hand strap of FIG. 3 shown, wherein the hand strap is tightened in this figure on one hand.
- the coupling element is attached to the strip 19, wherein the back of the hand-side strip 19 is continued over the ridge between the thumb and forefinger on the palm of the hand as a diagonal band 16.
- the widening 8 of the strip of a flexible material is comfortable to wear and prevents the non-elastic materials from being cut into the skin. It is conceivable that the strip 19 is designed in several parts.
- the central region 24 of the wrist strap 1 on the palm of the hand can be designed to be bend-soft or stretch-soft in comparison to the possibly reinforced regions 15, 16 surrounding it, possibly of the same material as the expansion-soft widening region 13 of the web 11.
- FIG. 7 shows a view of a tightened on a right hand strap 1 with a view of the back of the hand.
- the wrist strap 1 has according to the figure two patches for the logo, wherein one is arranged on the Velcro tape 5 and the other on the strip 19 between thumb and forefinger.
- the web 11 is arranged in this figure, left below the thumb, wherein the elastic or stretch-soft region 13 is shown above the non-elastic portion 14.
- the ends of the two wings 25, 26 are not adjacent to each other, but are fixed by the Velcro of the size of the hand corresponding to a certain distance from each other.
Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a hand strap for a stick, particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick. It is a hand strap, which is a Einführungsöfnung for the hand, a first outlet opening for the back of the hand resp. the finger and a second outlet opening for the thumb, wherein the fastening of the hand strap on a stick handle of a stick is at least indirectly via a guided between the thumb and the other fingers strips, and wherein the hand strap in the area between insertion for the hand and the first outlet opening for the back of the hand has a variably fixable first fastening device.
Sporting activities with the help of sticks are becoming increasingly popular. For example, skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and more recently especially the so-called Nordic Walking.
Accordingly, the hand straps used have been further developed, for example, as mentioned in the introduction, by attaching such hand straps nowadays, for example via a Velcro on the hand, and to disturb as little as possible in the sporting activity, very slim or alternatively designed as a whole glove.
The invention is therefore u.a. the task is to provide an improved hand strap for a stick. In particular, it is about the improvement of a wrist strap, which is not only laid loosely around the hand or the wrist, but which is firmly connected to the hand. In particular, it is advantageous if the hand strap optimally adapts to the user's hand. For example, for use by a biathlete, it is important that the wrist strap does not disturb the user or restricts his freedom of movement, and thus has a particularly good fit, since the hand strap is kept for shooting on the hand and the greatest possible flexibility of the hand should allow. Specifically, it is about improving a hand strap for a stick, particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick, the hand strap has an insertion opening for the hand, a first outlet opening for the back of the hand and a second exit opening for the thumb. The fastening of the wrist strap is carried out on a stick handle of the stick at least indirectly via a run between the thumb and the other fingers strips, and the hand strap has in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the first outlet opening for the back of a variable fixable first fastening device.
A solution to this problem is achieved in that a hand strap for a stick, particularly preferably for a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick is provided, which in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the thumb outlet opening a web which has both a non-elastic region and a (rubber) elastic or expansion-soft widening region. The wrist-side non-elastic region of the web can be formed, for example, by a rigid material, or by a reinforcement of the material, for example by a sewn-on band. The elastic widening area can on the non-elastic region sewn and / or glued, or integrally formed on the elastic and the non-elastic regions material integrally formed on the non-elastic region, so that for example the web has on its inside a continuous piece of material, on the outside but two optically and in terms of the material has different areas, which have different elastic properties.
The elastic widening region protects against a cutting of the area reinforced on the wrist side, in particular if, as is optionally possible, it is adjustable, for example formed by a webbing with Velcro fastener. Thus, it is achieved that the web between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb is stiff or stiff or hard or stretch-resistant, and thus allows a good power transfer from the hand to the floor, and thumb-stretched, what allows a precise adaptation to the hand shape of the wearer and at the same time protects against a friction caused by hand injury by the stretch-hard area. The proposed hand strap is much more flexible in terms of adaptation to different hand sizes and hand shapes or glove sizes and glove shapes.
In particular, a hand strap is presented in which the elastic widening region is arranged on the side of the non-elastic region on the web between the insertion opening and the thumb outlet opening.
A further preferred embodiment is characterized in that the elastic or expansion-soft widening region which is arranged between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb on the thumb side of the reinforced area to the wrist, as a rubber-elastic webbing or rubber-elastic strip, for example Neoprene or similar material is formed. Preferably, the broadening region has a width in the range of 0.5-4 cm, preferably 1-2 cm.
It should be emphasized that apart from the said inventive Widening the hand strap mainly preferably consists of a substantially non-stretchable material (eg carrier made of plastic fabric or the like), ie it is preferably not designed as a whole stretch soft hand strap (eg neoprene), since such for athletic applications normally no allow sufficient power transmission, the hand strap but at least in the area between the insertion opening for the hand and the outlet opening for the thumb has a stretch-soft area. The loop may also be designed such that it is designed as a whole stretch soft, (for example, neoprene), but has an integral reinforcement, for example in the form of externally sewn especially in the pulling direction tapes or strips of a substantially non-stretchable material.
According to a further preferred embodiment, a layer which at least partially covers the inside of the hand strap forms the elastic widening region. In this case, advantageously, the inside of the hand strap is at least partially configured with an elastic material. The elastic widening area can be made of the same material that at least partially covers the inside of the hand strap. For example, the inside of the wrist strap may be covered or sewn with a layer of neoprene. In this case, several parts of the hand strap are internally covered by such a neoprene layer, and those parts requiring reinforcement are reinforced. An increased wearing comfort can be achieved, for example, by the web between the insertion opening for the hand and the outlet opening for the thumb on the outside and / or inside has a sewn neoprene cover. In this case, the expansion-soft area between the insertion opening for the hand and the second outlet opening for the thumb only on this otherwise used for the inner lining neoprene on. The neoprene layer thus forms by protruding under the firmer areas the inventive stretch-soft area.
Further, it is preferable that the first thumb-side edge of the elastic widening portion in the non-hand-tightened state of the wrist strap is longer than a second edge of the non-elastic portion which faces and is connected to the elastic widening portion. This is the case, in particular, when the elastic widening region is relaxed, ie not pretensioned, in the state not tightened on one hand.
In addition, it is advantageous if the non-elastic region has a width of 0.5-4 cm, preferably 1-2 cm, and is essentially formed by a webbing or a non-stretchable fabric strip.
The elastic widening region is preferably 0.5 to 4 cm, more preferably 1 to 2 cm, on the thumb side over the non-elastic region and engages under this at least in the transition region between the elastic widening region and non-elastic region.
According to a further preferred embodiment, the web has a variably fixable second fastening device between the insertion opening and the thumb outlet opening at the non-elastic region. In this case, such a second fastening device is preferably arranged on the outside of the wrist strap on the stretch-hard area, while underneath, for the purpose of increased comfort, a rubber-elastic region may be arranged, for example, formed of the same material as the thumb-side adjacent stretch soft area of the web and preferably in one piece formed.
According to a next preferred embodiment, at least the first fastening device is designed as a webbing with Velcro, which is preferably looped through a mounting bracket. This can either be attached on one side and fixed on the other side via a Velcro fastener, or it is, as preferred, possible to fix these straps on one side (eg sew on, glue, etc.), on the other side by one at this other Loop side fastened mounting bracket and lead back towards the first page and fix there with a Velcro connection. A particularly preferred embodiment of the invention is characterized in that the first fastening device is designed as a webbing with Velcro fasteners, which are looped through a mounting bracket, wherein the mounting bracket to the Upper side of the hand strap is arranged, that is essentially on the outside of lying on the back of the hand area between the three openings of the wrist strap. This arrangement allows a simple, intuitive and at the same time precise definition of the adjustable range with the other hand. In the case of the presence of a second fastening device, the second fastening device is preferably also designed as a webbing with Velcro. Particularly preferably, the mounting bracket is arranged on the outside of the hand strap outside.
Preferably, at least a portion of the wrist strap has a reinforcement. In particular, this reinforcement can be achieved by patches of a stiff material. But it is also possible to achieve a stiffening by simply two equal layers of material are arranged one above the other at the points to be stiffened. Particularly advantageous is a reinforcement along the insertion opening for the arm or the hand. But it can also be arranged, for example, reinforcements on diagonal band or on the strip between the thumb and forefinger. The material used for reinforcement can also be glued on in addition or as an alternative to sewing. Preferably, in particular with regard to the wearing comfort, the reinforcing material is located on the outside of the hand strap. But it is also possible to provide the reinforcements on the inside.
The coupling element for self-locking but releasable attachment in or on a pole grip can be provided on the strip between the thumb and forefinger. These are preferably a (multiply) toothed rigid element, a hook-like device or a particularly preferably flexible loop or eyelet, which advantageously consists essentially of a low-stretch, possibly braided or coated wire-like material. The strip between thumb and forefinger can also have a broadening range of flexible material, which leads to a better comfort, since the preferably reinforced or stretch-hard strip between the thumb and forefinger so can not cut into the skin.
Furthermore, it is preferred if the hand strap is provided with a padding strip at the edge at the border to the inlet opening for the hand and / or to the first outlet opening for the back of the hand and / or to the second outlet opening for the thumb. This cushioning strip is preferably made of a skin-friendly, soft material, such as e.g. Fiber fur, felt, etc. This material may at least partially cover the inside of the wrist strap, and at the same time forms the pad strip. In such a case, the inner layer at the edges of the hand strap, which are arranged at the insertion and discharge openings, may be wrapped around the arranged at the edges of rigid or reinforced areas and thus overlap on the outside of the wrist strap. This offers a particularly good wearing comfort, because the stretch-hard or stiff areas of the hand strap thanks to the pad can not cut into the skin of the wearer.
Furthermore, the present invention relates to a hand strap as described above, which is mounted in or on a stick handle of a stick, preferably a ski pole, a Nordic walking pole, a cross-country pole or a walking stick, with a self-locking releasable mechanism.
Further preferred embodiments of the present invention are described in the dependent claims.

In

The
The hand strap further comprises a
Preferably, the elastic widening

The first,
In order to increase the wearing comfort of the
